摘要
本文为某市金冠花园9#商品住宅楼结构设计计算书。设计的主要内容要求是进行住宅楼设计,包括建筑设计和结构设计。该住宅楼位于某市某地,建筑面积约为2000m2左右,建筑层数为六层,属多层建筑,结构体系采用框架结构体系。抗震设防烈度为七度,抗震等级按三级计算。
建筑设计部分设计内容:根据已有建筑用地,确定建筑方案(工程概况、建筑方案设计说明、内外墙及楼地面的初装修情况),绘制主要建筑施工图。
结构设计部分设计内容:框架结构设计。根据建筑施工图确定结构方案,进行结构设计计算(以电算为主,手算主要板、梁配筋设计和一榀框架结构设计),绘制结构施工图。
结构设计根据建筑设计、工艺Байду номын сангаас用和抗震方面的要求,以及现场材料供应情况和施工能力、场地地质条件等,确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案,确定框架、楼面、屋面、楼梯及其它承重构件和非承重构件形式。手算只选取一榀主框架及其柱下基础进行设计计算。先进行荷载计算,在此基础上进行内力计算、侧移计算和内力组合。楼板设计采用弹性理论计算方法;框架水平荷载计算(风荷载是反弯点法、地震作用是D值法);框架竖向荷载计算采用近似计算方法(弯矩二次分配法、分层法)。
The structure design,(settles reasonable structure program)which are on the basis of the building design, the craft usage, and the request of anti-earthquake, and the spot material supply condition, construction ability, the ground geologycondition. etc, settles reasonable structure program and structure arrangement structure, and makes suretheforms or the frame、floor、storey、stairs、and other acceptable and unacceptable components. Calculates carry on the design calculation by selecting a main frame and itscolumnunder foundation. The forerunner goes a lotus to carry a calculation, dint in this foundation, goes forward the line calculation, and the side more acalculationand inside the dint combine.The building plank design adopts the flexible theories calculation method; the frame level lotus carries a calculation; (the breeze lotus carry is an anti-little bit curved method, the earthquake function is a D value method). The frame vertical carries the calculation adoption to look like the calculation method toward the lotus (moment two allotment methods, the layering method).
Parts of construct design contents: according to the available place, make sure the construct plan (engineer general situation, design instruction of construct project, initial renovate of the inside and out wall, and building ground. )
最后,运用PKPM、天正等软件绘制整栋建筑的结构施工图和建筑施工图。

The residential building, which occupies about 2000square meters, locates in some place of a city. It has 6 floors, which is many layer buildings. The frame system is adopted as structure system. The anti-earthquake establishes to depend the earthquake intensity as sever degrees, anti-earthquake grade according to three calculation, and the building fire prevention grade is one class.
然后进行构件配筋计算,各构件根据相应规范按公式计算而得,基础依《建筑地基基础设计规范》进行设计,拟建场地平缓,地貌类别简单,第四系土层分布较薄,且全新地质时期以来未受到地质构造的破坏;地面地质环境稳定;地震动峰值加速度g=0.1,相当于地震基本(设防)烈度7度区;地下水埋藏浅,对基础施工有不利影响;拟建场地浅部土层软硬不均,无天然浅基持力层,但中部的主要岩土性质良好,有理想的桩基持力层。土层无液化、震陷等不良的工程性质。依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,绘制结构施工图,写出相应的设计说明、英文资料翻译以及参考文献。本计算书所有项目均以最新规范规定为依据。
