五、先决条件：Precondition 5.1 试验范围内的管道安装工程除涂漆、绝热及允许预留的焊口、阀门、支架之外， 都已按设计图纸全部完成，安装质量符合规范要求。

5.4 管道支、吊架经检查符合设计要求，爆破吹扫排放口临时固定支架要牢固可靠。 The pipe supports and hanger are qualified after inspecting, and the temporary fixed support shall be fastened and secured at the rupture purging outlet. 5.5 试验用压力表已经校验，并在有效期内，其精度不得低于 1.5 级，表的满刻度 值应为被测最大压力的 1.5～2 倍，压力表不得少于两块。 Pressure gauge for test has been calibrated and the accuracy should not be lower than level 1.5. The full graduation value shall be 1.5~2 times of the maximum pressure and two pieces of pressure gauge is a must. 5.6 符合压力试验的气体已经备齐。 Air or nitrogen that meets the requirement of pressure test has been prepared. 5.7 待试管道与无关系统已用盲板或采取其他措施隔开。 Testing pipes have been separated with blind or using other measures from irrelevant system. 5.8 待试管道上的安全阀、爆破板及仪表元件等已经拆下或加以隔离。 Safety valve, rupture plate and instrument fittings on testing pipe have been removed or separated. 5.9 试验方案已经过批准，并向参与试验的所有人员进行了技术交底。 The method statement of pressure test has been approved and technique briefing has been conducted to personnel involved in pressure test. 六、施工准备：Preparation 6.1 管道试压包准备就绪并经批准。 Pipe pressure test package has been prepared and approved. 6.2 管道试压前，检查清单确认并经批准。 Checking list has been confirmed and approved prior to test. 6.3 涉及的 NDE 报告提交完成并经批准。 Relevant NDE report has been submitted and approved. 6.4 管道试压用的临时材料及工装准备就绪并经检查确认(分气包已经试验并确认 合格)。试压用临时材料应喷上红漆,不可同正式合同材料混淆。 Temporary materials and equipments for pressure test have been prepared and confirmed (Manifold have be tested is confirmable).
