20天攻克考研词汇表格10天、20天的表格都有哦,方便打印我十天把考研单词背7遍的心得，附详细操作过程十二天前我回复了一个帖子，受这个帖子启发，然后搜到了一篇《17天搞定GRE单词》（好像是叫这个名字吧)，看完后我决心10天把考研单词全部背完，而且不是背一遍，先记单词再说。
整个过程耗时半分钟不到，个别意思多的要一分钟。
因此，1个小时60分钟能背掉100个单词是按照背单词的那个循环大表循环着背，前期一些单词都背了7遍了。
我做到了！筹划考研比较久了，但还没有考过，本人的基础是：前年单词翻到C放弃，去年单词看完一遍，如今也早就不记得了，掌握了一点基本的词根词缀知识，仅限于此。
曾经的我也为单词苦恼过，但如今完成这10天的魔鬼式训练，感觉单词不过如此。
谈谈我的方法和心得吧。
首先，这10天我是拿出每天10-12个小时不看别的书专门背单词，（在职的、忙于学业的、每天只能学习4、5个小时的朋友，可以相应延长这个时间到20天，而且我不相信一个考研的人每天4，5个小时都拿不出来，这样的话你最好别考了），偶尔的闲暇我还拿出时间来论坛水水。
另外，大纲里DOG，DESK，APPLE等中学词汇起码有2000多个不用背。
真正需要背的单词大概也就3000-3500（基础好的过了四级六级的，要背的远远少于这个数）。
每天平均新单词400不到，耗时6小时。
其他4-6小时全部是复习，按照艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线复习。
要谨记：复习永远比学新单词重要。
具体操作是：第一步：读单词音----简单拼写一下（这个时候不要强迫自己记得每个单词的拼写）---读单词汉语意思----回忆复述一下----PASS，到下一个单词。
不要追求拼写，不要追求用法，甚至很多词组都不要去管他，第二步：5-10分钟左右（根据自己记忆力）无论背到哪了，都重复前面那个5-10分钟的单词，操作如第一步。
假如你10分钟背完之前的那个小段单词，那么复习的时间最多只要3-5分钟甚至更短。
第三步：1小时复习前面1小时背诵的，操作同上第四步：“12小时后复习当天背诵的”，我一般是上午7点到下午2点完成当天新单词，14点--20点复习前面学习内容（至于复习哪些，大家搜一下艾宾浩斯单词记忆大表，应该都听说过吧），20点-23、24点复习当天内容（这个按照大表上也有规定的），我前面就说了，白天背诵5，6个小时，复习最多3小时我大概算了下，每天新单词加复习的旧单词加一起，大概有2000个。

20天背完考研词汇方法
１.将需要记忆的所有单词按数量等分成１０份（对应１０天表）或２０份（对应２０天表）2.表中的字母A至Ｊ依次对应于在一步骤中分成的１０份单词集团（２０天表中字母Ａ至Ｔ依次对应于２０份单词集团）3.表中的数字表示天数，其中１０天表中的前１０天是记忆单词阶段，后３０天是巩固强化阶段（２０天表前２０天是记忆单词阶段，后３０天是巩固强化阶段）４.表中“上”表示这一天中的上午，“晚”表示这一天中的晚上10天背诵表（适用于记忆力好的同学）20天背诵表（适用于记忆力一般的同学）（一）总论对绝大多数中国同学来说，学英语就是背单词，单词是很多同学心中永远的痛。
词汇是写作的基石，要想取得写作高分，必须突破词汇。
但很多同学却陷入了背单词的误区。
有些同学喜欢抱着厚厚的词汇书背，企图一气呵成，结果一天背几十个就晕过去了。
有些同学喜欢拼写，每个单词都要写上几十遍，可往往写到第十遍的时候就已经丢了一个字母，结果变成不断强化自己的错误记忆。

科学的单词记忆方法应该分成三步：第一是快速突破，第二是详细了解，第三是实战运用。
上文已提到，真正运用于写作的单词不过2000余个。
绝大部分考研词汇并不需要掌握拼写和发音，只要“见其形，知其义”即可。
快速突破这些写作单词后，再找一本比较详细的词汇书或字典，了解其的英文解释、同义词、反义词、用法等，但并不需要全背下来。
最后就是在练习中体会单词在上下文中的具体用法。
（二）记忆秘笈很多同学平时词汇书背得很熟，上了考场却有如下几种反应：（1）这个词我背过；（2）我知道这个词在词汇书第几页；（3）这个词上面和下面的词我都记得；（4）我忘了这个词什么意思了。
笔者以前也有过这样的感觉，原因在于只按照一种顺序背单词。

考研大纲每年都在修订。其它科目的大纲范围有增有减，只 有英语大纲规定的词汇量只增不减。研究生入学考试几乎每年都 会发布新增单词的词汇表，每年新增的单词在数百个之多。这就 说明，在淡薄语法的情况下，词汇量已经成为在考研中拉开英语 成绩差距的关键。 根据大纲 ，普通研究生入学考试应试者词汇 量要达到5850左右，而根据对近年试题的分析统计，真实的考 题往往会略有超纲，而且对于大纲中的单词，也越来越多的考察 其冷僻意义。因此，只有将所有大纲单词全部记牢，才能在考场 上胸有成竹，这其中的难度是不言而喻的。大量实例表明，能否 高效地背单词，已经成为能否在考研英语中拿高分的关键。而英 语对考研来说，正是最重要的科目。

使用这种方法记单词，以十天为例，首先把单词书词条部分大致等分为十部分，依次标为A~J，可以按页码划分。
所使用的单词书只要有主要的汉语释义即可，不用特别详细介绍用法、语法之类的，这些在做题的时，有必要的时候再学；如果有，也可以先不用花很多精力看。
看一下五分钟以内能背多少页单词，把这作为五分钟的量度，之后就不用再总是计时了。
每隔5min检查（或者说快速复习）前一个5min背的单词；第三个5min 只需检查第二个5min背的，而不需要检查第一个5min背的，其他类推。
每隔30min检查一下前30min背的单词；与5min类似，只需检查前一个30min背的内容。
早上背的内容可以晚上或接近晚上的时候一次全部复习，作为12h时的复习。
同样的道理，按遗忘曲线安排以后时间里要复习的内容。
表格给出了一个复习的时间安排表格；在十天以后的主要是巩固复习。
所有这些时间，其实不用特别精确，大致就行。
背过一两天就能掌完全记住了的词可划掉，不用再记；总记不住的可抄下来，按同样的方法再背一次。
30d以后每隔半月在检查一次。
老师当时说的方法就这样，具体的我觉得可以根据自己的情况调整一下。
这个方法需要时间。
暂时没有那么多时间就先快速多次记忆+做题记忆了，也很有效的。
还有分二十天记的，道理一样，但我觉得要坚持20天太痛苦了，不推荐。
