2.深入研究了区域协调控制的理论与方法。以常州市武进区区域协调控制为 研究背景,提出了区域协调控制整体设计方案。通过交通调查分析了该区域存在 的主要交通问题和控制难点,并提出采用“从面到线,连线成面’’的方针,按干 线的重要程度逐级协调控制。最后以常武路为例,给出具体的控制方案,制定了 一套全天候多时段干线双向绿波协调控制策略。

Taking Wujin District in Changzhou reg"onal coordination control as research background,the overall design scheme of regional coordination control had been raised. Through the regional traffic investigation,this research analyzed about the major existing traffic problems and coordination controlling difficulties,then proposed to adopt”from the surface to line,then line into the area”policy,and coordinated control step by step according to the importance of the main line.Finally taking Chang Wu road for an example,the detailed control plans that a set of all—day and multi-period two-way

摘要
随着城市化进程的加快及机动车辆人均拥有率的增加,交通拥堵与过饱和已 成为制约城市化进程的重要因素之一。而城市干线道路作为城市交通网络中车辆 通行的大动脉,承担着车辆流通的主要负担。通过大规模的道路基础设施建设解 决现有的交通问题是不现实的。因此,提高现有道路的通行能力成为解决城市道 路设施负担过重的突破点。而采用先进的交通信号控制技术、实效的信号配时, 是提高现有路网的通行能力、减少停车率与延误的有效途径。本文在研究城市交 通信号协调控制系统的基础上,针对城市区域控制策略与干线协调控制技术进行 了深入的研究,主要工作包括:

control model proposed in this paper,the corresponding calculation software were designed by using the Visual Studio 2010 development platform.The overall structure of the software system,design principles and development steps were simply described, and finally giving software evaluation by functional test.
