中职英语教学改革探索与实践摘要：本文通过对学生学习现状调查、分析了中职英语教学存在的问题，通过实践，有针对性地提出了相应的教学改革措施：改变观念，着重口语教学，分层次布置作业，优化教学评价。

笔者对在校的部分新生做过一次调查，学生对开不开设英语课，无所谓的占50%，认为应该取消英语课的学生占20%，由此可见学生对学习英语的兴趣偏低。
对新生的英语成绩调查发现，70分以上的同学不到30%，学生不喜欢的主要原因是：认为学习枯燥乏味，每次课后要求背单词、背课文、做大量语法题；学生在初中学习英语以考试为目的，认为中专学生不参加高考没必要再学习；以前过分依赖老师和教材，缺乏学习能力；基础差，开口难，害怕学。
通过以上的数据和调查可以看出来，中专学校的学生在英语水平普遍低的情况下，英语学习的兴趣也是相对低下，这就增加了中专学校英语老师的教学难度。
一、更新教学观念，发挥学生的主体作用，创设更多的锻炼机会在讲解新课文时“介绍背景知识—教读单词—讲解课文—做练习”，教师花大量的时间备课，在课堂上更是反复强调语言点，生怕学生听不明白。
结果却是学生体会不到老师的用心良苦，上课开小差、打瞌睡的现象时有发生。
这一系列的教学过程往往是以教师为主体，老师讲得多，学生练得少。
学生在被老师“灌”一节课后，还要接受作业；“背单词、背课文、背…”，统一的作业，统一的评价标准。
对于很多英语基础差，缺少学习兴趣的中职学生来说，不仅感到乏味，学习动力不足，效率低下，而且会形成恶性循环。
因此要发挥学生的主体作用，培养创新意识，首先要教师更新教学观念，确立以“学”而教的思想，树立以“用”为中心的教学理念。

笔者首先从融洽师生间的关系，营造一个愉快和谐的氛围入手，主动接近他们，用积极的态度、真诚的微笑缩短师生问的距离，与他们一起分析中职英语学习与初高中英语学习目标的不同，明确只有扎实的英语基础知识，毕业后上岗就业或升入高职院校深造时，才能有效地运用英语，帮助他们找出成绩差的原因，排除学习英语的心理障碍。
其次，为了提高学生自主学习的能力，要把夯实学生的英语学习基础、培养良好的学习习惯和方法渗透在英语教学中。
从学生现有的认知水平出发。
有意识地在教学中帮助学生复习巩固英语基础知识，创设生动活泼的、学生能够开口、也乐于开口的情境。
以此引导学生逐步产生对英语学习的兴趣，从不想学到愿意学，并注重培养学生对学习英语的持续稳定的爱好。

一教师教学的问题
中职学校是培养职业型技术人才的地方，有些英语老师对本身的教学工作不够重视，
认为学生难教，就放弃了，对学生不负责，不尽职地教授学生知识，不能够尽到老师的责任。
教师教学的问题在中职英语教育中是一个很大的问题。
二学生的英语基础差
学生选择职业技术学校的原因有很多，比如家庭经济困难、升高中考试的失利和学生
本身的意愿。
选择职业学校的学生基础水平参差不齐，由于大多数学生本身素质较差并且
英语的基础不够好，使学校在英语教育工作的展开有一定的难度，导致中职英语教育质量
偏低。
有些学生学习刻苦努力，但是由于学习方法不正确，学习效果和学习成绩没有提升，这也是中职英语教育中难以解决的问题[1]。
三中职教学的条件限制
中职学校的教学设施不完善，教学方法陈旧，导致学生不能适应学校的教育。

英语教师缺乏，使中职英语教师的工作量增大，所以英语教学
的质量呈下降的趋势。
五英语教育评价方式单一
在中职英语教育中，评价学生的英语水平只是进行笔试测评，没有听力测评和口语测评，使学生对英语口语和听力的学习没有热情和压力，这对学生英语教育的发展起不到作用，考核评价方式的单一也是使英语教育质量下降的原因。
二、中职英语教育的对策
一改变英语教师的观念
中职学校中有的英语教师因为本身对英语教育不重视，对学生的教学和管理有了松懈，学生的英语水平没有提升。
有的英语教师认为技术学校只要学好技术就行，这种想法是错
误的，学校要坚决杜绝这种想法，对英语教师要定期进行师德教育，使教师能够从内心出
发教育学生，为学生尽到自身应尽的责任。
通过改变英语教师的观念让教师教育学生能够
做到尽职尽责，进而提升学生的素质，为学生的全面发展打下基础，为社会培养出全面的
技术型人才。
二引起学生对英语学习的兴趣
学生对于学习都是由感兴趣开始的，教师要对每个学生都进行了解，只有了解后才能
采取有效合理的方法培养学生对英语的兴趣，例如，学习“myfamily”单元中，教师选择
故事aboyandhistree要求学生编成小品，并进行表演，通过多媒体展现故事背景，以一
个男孩的生长历程来表达人生的短暂和对爱的感悟。
这种要求学生自己组织并且表演的学
习方式，使学生对英语学习的兴趣更加浓厚了，达到了提升英语教育效率的目的。
三改变教学方法，完善教学设施
教学方法的改变是提高教育质量水平的重要手段。
对于学生要因材施教，不能一味地
进行“填鸭式”教学，减少学生在学习英语过程中的反感情绪，促进学生对英语的学习。
例如，在学习“food”单元时，老师把教室布置成餐厅的形式，并且让学生进行即兴表演，学生积极参与。
这样不仅改变了教学的方法，还让学生对英语学习产生了浓厚的兴趣，帮
助老师进行了英语教学工作，提升了教学的质量[2]。
完善教学设施，使用多媒体等方式
进行教学，对学生的吸引力更大，可以调动起学生学习英语的积极性。
比如，在课间可以
给学生播放一些英语歌曲和英语视频，营造英语学习的氛围，这样有利于学生锻炼英语口

四提升在岗教师的素质，加大招聘的投入力度
提升在岗教师的素质，对教师的教学方法等进行改进，提升教学的效率，这样能够减
轻师资不足导致的教师工作压力大的问题。

教师，从整体上提高英语教师的素质，这样有利于学校英语教育的发展。

英语教育不仅仅局限在学生的阅读水平方面，还有英语口语和英语交流方面，改进中
职英语教育的测评方法，增加英语口语和英语听力的测评，已有这两种测评方式的学校要
加大其在英语教育测评中的比例。
这样有利于学生的全面发展，对于培养全面型人才有着
重大的意义。
中职英语教育是中职教育中的一部分，现在社会需求的是素质全面的技术人才，对于中职英语教育要重视起来。
