Schumann believes that for the whole western countries, the key to formulating China's policies is to look at China from the perspective of the Chinese people, and to see China in its own historical background rather than in the West. If we can do this, we will get a very different image of China from the past, and such a China also needs a set of different policies from the West. If the United States does not change its understanding of China, it will fall into a cycle of strugghis article, Schumann pointed out that the West's understanding of China's development based on its own rather than China's historical experience is "misunderstanding" China. Because of this, Westerners' discussion and thinking about China are wrong, and the relevant policies formulated are not in line with the historical tide.

抓老鼠
例如单词为apple banana orange A说：“要抓3只老鼠.”一种单词代表一只老鼠， B说“抓到apple了” C说“放走一只老鼠”， D说“抓到banana了”。 E说“抓到orange了” 全体双手举起来喊万岁。 学生能够自由选择抓住还是放走
Up口令，如apple 并 指定其中一种学生一边下蹲一边说 apple down apple down apple down完 banana down，然后拿banana卡片旳 同学接下去。
