In case of illnesses or injuries unrelated to work, the salary during the remedial period aswell as medical treatment shall be paid in accordanee with Clause 16. The salary and Medicare ben efits of Party B in case of occupati onal diseases or work-related injuries shall be paid in accorda nee with the releva nt n ati onal and local laws and regulati ons.14. 因公出差按公司规定实行差旅费报销与补贴。
