Health and diet

\A: Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. As is known to all, health is important to everyone. As an old saying goes, The body is the capital of revolution. It means that, if you want to success, you must have a healthy body at first. But how to keep ourselves and our family healthy? this question has puzzled many people all the time. There are many factors influencing our health, such as ,diet、sleeping、exercising and so on. Among these factors , the most significant and effective is diet.

B:Yes,you are right .Nowadays, we are beginning to see more and more health problems because of poor diet and little exercise. It's high time that something should be done about this. I think, the first step, we should know the distinction between healthy food and junk food .There are many healthy food, such as fruits、vegetables and grain,also,there are many unhealthy food ,such as cookies、sausage、barbecue and fried food. How should we choose to eat?

A: All right I think three meals of a day are very important. They offer us enough energy and give us plenty of nutrition to ensure our normal movement.早餐For breakfast, we want to eat something with high nutrition, for example, hot milk, porridge, and some fruits and vegetables.

原因If you don’t have a breakfast, then you will feel tired, fatigue, inattention, depressed and respond slowly。

One study said that the people who always do not eat breakfast is easier to get gall—stone than the people who have breakfast every day.

B: yeah ,you are right. Well,I suppose lunch is the most major meal of a day. So we should better have plenty of staple food(食) ,besides some coarse food grain(粗粮)and some kinds of meats are also important. For example,pork、rice、fish and vegetables .原因The reason is that Lunch provides us energy, it is the most important meal of the day. So, we should better eat some food with low fat, high fiber and vitamin.

A: besides.I think We should have a little for dinner. We have better eat some lite (清

淡的)food . You'll upset your stomach if you eat too much rich food for dinner. On the other hand, it is beneficial to maintain a good figure. Don't eat anything after 10 in the evening, after ten o 'clock is easy to make the body fat storage.

B: All we have told is about eating, but I think Diets must include adequate nutrition and are most effective combined with exercise. To keep health,we should do excise one hour a day. We can go running, play football.

Exercises which are more intense such as aerobics should be done if this is the goal. If you want to gain muscle, then resistant exercises as with weights should be done. A:Sleeping and rest are also essential to having a healthy lifestyle. This allows your body to readjust and gain energy for the next day. To get a good sleep, check that your bedroom isn't too hot or cold,noisy or stuffy. Keep it dark and quiet.

B:In addition to the above mentioned, good habits is import to good health. early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and wise.

A:A diet, to be affective, must be a life change. This requires the proper mind-set of wanting to stay healthy and pushing yourself in order to achieve this goal.

B well,great .I have some good news to tell you , I have got an great offer these days,it is a good job ,the company I will work in is in beijing and affords a high salary.

A:oh, it is great ! ok,tell me how do you find the job?

B:yeah, you know there are a lot of career fairs for graduate students in our university these days, the competition is sharp ,I try my best to show my strengths,think goodness ,I got the job at last!.

A: in my heart You are always the best ,

B:so what about your career goal?
