The crocodile is longer than the fish. The basketball is biggerthan the tennis. Yaoming is taller than my mother. My desk is smaller than my bed. My PE teacher is stronger than my English teacher. My neck is shorter than the giraffe’s neck. … 孩子们的想象力是如此的丰富,让我感觉到作为学生他们爱学习、会学习,真正把课堂还给学生,使每个学生成为课堂的主人,学习的主体。

湘鲁版四年级上册英语单词表

湘鲁版四年级上册英语单词表全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Big English Vocabulary AdventureHey there! I'm a 4th grade student and I've been learning English for a few years now. It's been quite a journey, let me tell you! This year, we're using the Xiang Lu Edition textbooks and boy, is the vocabulary list long. But you know what? I'm actually really excited about it!At first, I was a bit overwhelmed. Pages and pages of new words to learn? How am I ever going to remember all of them? But then my awesome English teacher shared a secret with us. She said that instead of just mindlessly memorizing the words, we should try to make connections and associations with them. Suddenly, it all started to make sense!Let me give you an example. One of the first words on the list is "adventure." Now, doesn't that just sound exciting? It makes me think of exploring new places, discovering treasures, and going on epic quests. Kind of like the adventure I'm embarking on with this massive vocabulary list!Speaking of adventures, another word that caught my eye is "brave." To learn all these words, I'm going to have to be brave and face my fears. Maybe I'll pretend I'm a valiant knight slaying the dragon of confusion and forging ahead into the kingdom of knowledge. Oh, that reminds me - "knight" and "kingdom" are also on the list! But you know what they say, a knight needs a trusty steed. That's where the word "horse" comes in. I can just picture myself galloping through the vocabulary fields, lassooing new words left and right. Yee-haw!Of course, no adventure is complete without a few bumps in the road. That's okay, though, because I've got words like "obstacle" and "challenge" to help me overcome any hurdles. And if I ever feel like giving up, words like "persevere" and "determination" will be there to keep me going. You see, that's the magical thing about words. They're not just random letters jumbled together. Each one is a tiny story waiting to be told, a window into a different world. By making these connections and letting my imagination run wild, I'm turning a seemingly daunting task into an epic tale. And you know what else? I'm not alone on this quest. I've got my fellow classmates by my side, and we're all in thistogether. We can share ideas, practice with each other, and cheer each other on. It's like we're a band of brave explorers, venturing into the great unknown, armed with our pencils and our wits. So, bring it on, Xiang Lu Edition Grade 4 Volume 1 English Vocabulary List! I'm ready for you. With every word I learn, I'll be one step closer to fluency, one step closer to unlocking the magical world of English. Who knows what kind of adventures await me there?Maybe I'll discover hidden treasures in the form of beautiful poems or fascinating stories. Maybe I'll befriend talking animals or encounter mythical creatures. Or maybe, just maybe, I'll learn to see the world through new eyes, with a deeper understanding and appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. The possibilities are endless, and it all starts with these words. So, let's dive in, shall we? It's going to be an incredible journey, I can feel it in my bones. Grab your dictionary and get ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime!篇2Vocabulary List from My English TextbookHi there! I'm a 4th grade student and I want to tell you all about the words we are learning in our new English textbook thisyear. It's called the Hunan-Shandong edition and it has some really cool vocabulary words that I'm excited to share with you. Learning English vocabulary is so much fun!One of the first words we learned is "family." Family is super important - it's the people you are related to like your mom, dad, sisters, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. We also learned the word "friend" which is people you like to spend time with and who you're not related to. Having good friends is awesome. Some other words about people are "teacher," "student," "neighbor," "doctor," "police officer" and "firefighter." Teachers help us learn at school, students are kids like me, neighbors live near us, and doctors, police officers and firefighters are community helpers who do important jobs. I think those are all really good words to know in English. We've learned tons of words for different places too. Like "home," "school," "park," "hospital," "zoo," "library," "restaurant," "supermarket" and "bank." My favorite place word is "playground" because I love going to the playground and playing on the swings and slides with my friends. The playground is where all the fun happens! There are also lots of awesome words about different objects and things in our textbook vocabulary list. Some Examples are "book," "pen," "pencil," "ruler," "backpack," "lunchbox," "ball," "doll," "car," "bus," "train," "bicycle," "apple," "banana," "cake," "sandwich," and "water." Having all these words makes it easier to talk about stuff in English.Of course, we can't forget the important words for colors, numbers, days of the week, months of the year, and words that describe things. Our color words are "red," "blue," "green," "yellow," "orange," "purple," "black," "white," "brown" and "pink." Number words go from "one" to "one hundred." The days are "Monday," "Tuesday," "Wednesday," "Thursday," "Friday," "Saturday" and "Sunday." And the months are "January," "February," "March," etc. up to "December." Descriptive words we've learned include "big," "small," "tall," "short," "long," "new," "old," "happy," "sad," "hot," "cold," "fast" and "slow." Knowing all these can really help me describe things better when I'm speaking English. Some other cool vocabulary categories are words for different actions like "run," "jump," "skip," "walk," "read," "write," "draw," "sing," "dance," "play," "eat," "drink," and "sleep." There are also words for nature things such as "sun," "moon," "star,""cloud," "rain," "snow," "tree," "flower," "grass," and "beach." And we can't forget opposite words like "up/down," "open/close," "on/off," "hello/goodbye," and "yes/no." Learning opposites is really fun and useful.Wow, that's a lot of words when I see the whole list! But I'm really excited to keep practicing and adding more English vocabulary to what I know this year. Getting better at English is awesome because I can understand movies, books, videos and people better when they speak it. And one day I can travel to different countries and use my English skills. How cool is that?Well, those are the highlights of the ginormous vocabulary list we have in our Hunan-Shandong edition English textbook this year. I hope you found it interesting to learn about some of the vocabulary 4th graders like me are working on. Expanding my English word power is hard work, but super rewarding. Wish me luck on my journey to become an English vocabulary master!篇3Vocabulary Lists and a 4th Grader's PerspectiveOh boy, here we go again - another long list of English vocabulary words to memorize for class. I'm in 4th grade now and the words are really starting to pile up! This year we're usingthe Hunan-Shandong textbook series and the vocabulary list for just the first volume looks incredibly daunting. There must be at least 200 words on this list, maybe even more. Just flipping through the pages, I can see words of all sorts - nombres, verbos, adjetivos, and those weird adverbios that always try to trick me. Where does one even begin with a huge stack of new vocabulary like this?I know the obvious answer is to just hunker down, bite the bullet, and start memorizing them one-by-one. Making flashcards, writing them out repeatedly, quizzing myself and my parents/siblings - the usual tactics. But to be honest, I've always found rote memorization of vocabulary pretty boring and tedious. There has to be a better way to make bulking up my English word power more interesting, right? Maybe I can turn it into some kind of game, or find a way to apply the words to my actual life. Like, I could make up sentences using the new words but relating them to my experiences, hobbies, and interests. Ooh, or I could try to work them into jokes and riddles!Come to think of it, a lot of the vocabulary words actually are pretty funny when you look at them the right way. I mean, words like "slither", "cuddly", and "preposterous" just sound inherentlysilly and goofy. Maybe I'll make a game of thinking up the most hilarious, over-the-top example sentences using those wacky words. That could make the process of ingraining them in my brain way more fun!And for the words that aren't quite as melodramatic, perhaps I can look for patterns and connections between them. Like, words relating to technology or science could go in one category. Terms about emotions or personalities in another. It might help things stick in my head better if I organize and group the words by subject matter.Oh, and I definitely can't ignore all the prefixes, suffixes, and root words I've been taught about. Breaking down vocabulary into those bite-sized word part pieces has always made things easier for me to digest. If I can recognize the core meanings of "tele-", "bio-", "-able", and the like, that'll make the rest of the word less intimidating.Visuals could be useful too - maybe I'll draw silly pictures or comics to represent some of the harder words. Or make a video series acting out their definitions in skits with my friends. Whatever it takes to burn these new words into my brain for good!In the end, is memorizing hundreds upon hundreds of English vocabulary words my idea of a super fun time? Not really. But I know it's something I just have to power through to keep leveling up my skills. If I can find creative ways to make the process more engaging though, it'll be a lot less of a slog. This big Hunan-Shandong list is definitely a challenge, but I'm ready to face it head on - maybe even with a couple laughs along the way!。
