尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们：

大家好!我是xx市机关事业单位社会保险办公室的xx-x，很高兴参加今天的这次演讲，我演讲的主题是“从我做起，做好本职工作”.xx市机关保险办承担着全市机关事业单位社会保险的征缴和离退休及遗属人员的待遇发放工作，这些都是与我们息息相关的，作为保险办公室的一位工作人员，我深感荣幸和自豪。在工作中，我们认为应该从我做起，做好本职工作，秉承真情相助的服务理念，为全市机关事业单位服好务。作为个人来讲我觉得应从以下几个方面努力改进自己：

1、加强学习，提高自身综合素质和业务水平。在工作生活中，努力做到严以律己，真诚待人，微笑服务，按照一名机关工作者的要求规范自己的言行，自觉遵守国家法律、法令及各项规章制度，爱岗敬业，作风扎实，不谋私利，时时处处以严格的标准要求自己。同时积极创新思路，改进工作方法。

2、做好社会保险基数审核工作，维护职工合法权益并保证无一人漏缴，基数不差一分，离退休金发放准确无误。

3、认真做好指纹鉴定数据采集工作。在指纹采集过程中，积极宣传社会保险政策和法规。听取老同志对保险工作的意见,对他们的疑问进行解答,能当场处理的当场进行处

理,不能处理的及时向领导进行汇报。

4、认真做好报表统计工作。按时完成报表工作，保持数据的连续性和时效性。及时做好统计资料的归档工作，保证统计资料的完整性。
