QUICRUN 10BL60 SENSOREDWhen using sensored brushless motor, please connect the “SENSOR” port of the ESC and the the “SENSOR”For sensored brushless motor, the #A, #B, #C wires of the ESC MUST be connected with the motor wire #A, #B,SwitchElectronic Speed ControllerReceiverBlue (A)Yellow (B)Orange (C)CapacitorSensor wire01Begin to Use a New Brushless ESC03Program the ESCSet the ESC by the SET button1Set the ESC by Program Card2Set the Throttle Range2The Program Card is optional equipment which needs to be purchased separately. It has 3 digital LEDs to display the programmable items’ number and the options’ number. It is portable and very easy to use.(For detailed information, please refer to the user manual of the program card).04Reset All Items to Default ValuesAt any time when the throttle is located at neutral position (except in the throttle calibration or parameters program process), press and hold the “SET” key for over 3 seconds, the red LED and green LED will blink simultaneously , which means each programmable item has be reset to its default value. It needs to be restarted to complete the whole process.USER MANUAL10BL60 / 10BL120 SensoredBrushless Electronic Speed ControllerNote: “T” indicates the limit value of motor turns when the ESC timing is set to 0 degree. The larger the timing, the more turns the motor needs. Please pay close attention to temperatures of the motor and the ESC to avoid any damage to these two equipments.d) When the car reverses, the Red LED solidly lights; the Green LED also lights up when the throttle stick is at the end position and the maximum reverse force is set to 100%.05Programmable Items06Trouble Shooting1. Running Mode: With “Forward with Brake” mode, the car can go forward and brake, but cannot go backward, this mode is suitable for competition; “Forward / Reverse with Brake” mode has reverse running function, which is suitable for daily training. Note: “Forward/Reverse with Brake” mode uses “Double-click” method to make the car go backward. When you move the throttle stick from forward zone to backward zone for the first time (The 1st “click”), the ESC begins to brake the motor, the motor slows down but it is still running, not completely stopped, so the backward action is NOT happened immediately. When the throttle stick is moved to the backward zone again (The 2nd “click”), if the motor speed is slowed down to zero (i.e. stopped), the backward action will happen. The “Double-Click” method can prevent mistakenly reversing action when the brake function is frequently used in steering. By the way, in the process of braking or reversing, if the throttle stick is moved to forward zone, the motor will run forward at once. “Forward/Reverse” mode uses “single-click” method to make the car reverse. When moving the throttle stick from neutral zone to backward zone, the vehicle reverses immediately, so this mode is usually used by rock crawler.2. Drag Brake Force: Set the amount of drag brake applied at neutral throttle to simulate the slight braking effect of a brushed motor while coasting.3. Low Voltage Cut-Off: The function mainly prevents the Lipo battery from over discharging. The ESC detects the battery voltage at any time, if the voltage is lower than the threshold for 2 seconds, the output power will be reduced 70%, after 10 seconds the output power will be completely shut off and the red LED flashes in such a way: “☆-, ☆-, ☆-”. Please stop your car at the track side as soon as possible to avoid obstructing other racing cars.Note: For NiMH battery, if the voltage of the whole NiMH battery pack is higher than 9.0V, it will be considered as a 3 cells Lipo battery pack; If it is lower than 9.0V, it will be considered as a 2 cells Lipo battery pack. For example, if a NiMH battery pack is 8.0V, and the threshold is set to 2.6V/Cell, so it will be considered as a 2 cells Lipo battery pack, and the low-voltage cut-off threshold for this NiMH battery pack is 2.6x2=5.2V.4. Start Mode (Also called “Punch” or “Acceleration”): Level 1 has very soft start acceleration, while level 9 has very quick start acceleration. From Level 1 to Level 9, the start force is increasing. If you choose “Level 7” to “Level 9”, you should use good quality battery with powerful discharge ability, otherwise you cannot get the burst start effect as you want. If the motor cannot run smoothly (the motor is cogging), sometimes it is caused by the weak discharge ability, please use a better battery or increase the gear ratio.5. Maximum Brake Force: The ESC provides proportional brake function. The brake force is related to the position of the throttle stick. Maximum brake force refers to the force when the throttle stick is located at the end point of the backward zone. A very large brake force can shorten the brake time, but it may damage the gears.6. Maximum Reverse Force: Sets how much power will be applied in the reverse direction.7. Initial Brake Force: It is also called “minimum brake force”, which refers to the force when the throttle stick is located at the initial position of the backward zone. The default value is equal to the drag brake force, so the brake action can be very smoothly.8. Throttle Neutral Range: This setting adjusts the width of the neutral range.9. Timing: This function can be used to fine-tune the output power of the motor, the bigger the timing, the faster the motor runs or the larger output power of the motor. As the Boost Timing technology has been introduced into this ESC, so under the sensored mode, adjust the ESC timing can greatly increase the motor speed. Therefore, please remember to enlarge the gear ratio of the chassis and carefully check temperatures of the motor and the ESC after increasing the timing.20170719。

Click on the ingredients icon. This will display the Ingredient Data screen. Click on Add. The following screen will be displayed:Each ingredient will be assigned an ingredient code. This code is displayed as an operator prompt on the scale and remote. Please limit the code to 6 characters. For example: Corn silage may have an ingredient code of SILAGE or CORNSI. Enter the ingredient description, weigh units, dry matter percentage and shrinkage if any.Click on Adjust Inventory. This will display the adjust inventory screen. This is where you enter your ingredient receipts. The following screen will be displayed:All entries except Notes must be entered prior to saving the adjustment. When you have completed your entries, click OK to save.Repeat for all ingredients.Note: H_2O is automatically assigned by the TMR Tracker program and cannot be deleted.Note: Vendors can be entered under Files, Vendors / Suppliers. The following screen will be displayed:Rations may be entered based on Dry Matter Weight or Actual Load Weight. When recipes are saved as Dry Weight, an ingredient dry matter change will automatically adjust the recipes. Each Ration will be assigned a ration code. This code is displayed as an operator prompt on thescale. You are limited to 6 characters for the ration code.Enter a full description and pounds per cubic feet. The pounds per cubic feet determines the maximum amount that the mixer can hold of that ration (lbs/cu.ft x mixer cu.ft size). To add ingredients to the ration, click Add. The following screen will be displayed:Click the down arrow under the Code / Description box. This will display a drop down menu of your ingredient selections. Click on the ingredient you wish to add, enter the load percentage, lbs/head or dry matter pounds. Click OK to save and repeat for all ingredients in the ration. You are limited to 20 ingredients per ration.Motion Weight – This setting prevents the ingredient or pen to advance if the weight is unstable or moving. The motion weight is the amount of weight the display changes by for the “Motion” Arrow to begin flashing. This allows the "Motion Weight Value" to be adjusted for each feedline. The indicator uses the motion weight value to determine when the weight on the scale is changing rapidly. Motion detection will activate when the weight displayed has moved more than "Motion Weight" (ex. 20lbs) in less than "2 seconds".This is different than the standard motion detection which activates when the weight displayed has moved more than "2 display counts" in less than "2 seconds". The standard motion detection is selected whenever the indicator is first turned ON or the "Motion Weight" value is set to "0". The "Motion Weight Value" has a range from 000(OFF) to 999. The weight value is either lb or kg depending on setting for Display Units in Long Form Setup. To access this option: Enter short cut number 103 and press the [Select] key. Press [Select] key to toggle on/off. Press the [On] key to save.Tolerance Weight – This option is useful if you need to set different tolerance weights for individual ingredients. The tolerance weight determines when the delay timer will begin. For example: if your tolerance weight is 100 lbs/Kgs on corn silage, when you reach 100 remaining to load the “delay time” will begin to count down. This tolerance weight will over ride the tolerance set at the indicator for only ingredients that have a tolerance weight entered from the software. The auto-advance resets the "delay time" counter every time the weight moves out of the tolerance window. If enabled, "motion detection" also resets the "delay time" counterAdd Mixer Command Line – This option allows you to enter an mix time or number of rotations in the recipe.Select either mix time or rotation counter. You must have a rotation counter installed in the indicator for the rotation counter to function. Enter the value and select how the timer/counter to start.Manually: The Timer/Counter key or the print key is required to start.Automatically: When the ingredient is advanced the Timer/Counter will start. Then click OK.When done entering ingredients, click Save. Click New to add a new ration andrepeat the above steps.PremixesA premix is designed to be added as an ingredient within a ration. To create a premix, click on the premix check box. This will automatically add this “ration” as an ingredient to your ingredient list.Step 3Enter pen types. Click on the Pen Types icon. This will display the Pen Types screen:Click on Add. The following screen will be displayed:Enter a pen type and class. Pen types refer to the cows within the group, i.e., High Producers, Heifers, Lame, etc. Click Add to save. Repeat as needed. You are limited to 9 pen types.Step 4Enter Pen Feeding Data. Click on the Pen Feeding icon. This will display the Pen Feeding Data screen:The pen number is displayed at the scale as a user prompt and is limited to 6 characters. Enter a description and number of head. Select the ration to be fed by clicking on the down arrow and selecting the ration from the drop down menu. You can feed each pen up to 9 times per day.Feeding FactorsThe Global Feeding Factor % affects all feedings. To increase the amount to be fed to the pen by 5%, change the Global Feeding Factor % by 5%.As an example – to increase a total call weight from 5000 lbs to 5250 lbs, change the GlobalFeeding Factor % from 100% to 105%.The Feeding Factor % affects only that feeding. As an example – a pen fed two times per day could have the morning (1st feeding), set to 60% and the afternoon (2nd feeding), set to 40%.Select a Pen Type and click Save. Click New to add additional pens.Step 5Enter mixer data. Click on the Mixer icon. This will display the Mixer Data screen:Enter a mixer number. Load size in cubic feet is used in conjunction with the ration pounds per cubic feet to calculate the maximum amount of ration that can be loaded into the mixer. Add a description. The mixer status refers to whether the mixer is in use (Active), not used (In-Active) or spare (Verify). Click Save when done.Click New to add additional mixers.Step 6Enter Driver Data.
