Here is the report on the employment school for 2013 grade graduating students in our school .The report evaluates the three different aspects of three primary schools for the graduating students to select the most suitable one.It then presents the recommendation based on the evaluation.

School Available

After searching on the Internet ,I found 10 primary schools in Suzhou city ,including county-level city Changshu .However ,5 are only for local students .Of the rest 5 schools ,I selected three that are both for foreigners and local students. The first is Changshu International School ,the second by Taqian Primary School ,and Yangang Primary School.I visited the schools and talked with the teachers graduated from our school are working at these schools to get some feedback.

Criteria Established for Selecting One

I established criteria based on work salary ,environment,development space.

The welfare of each program is evaluated from three angles: the basic wage ,benefits on vacation, and social insurance and house fund. The following is the comparison between the three schools:

Environment is an important aspect that should be taken into consideration.Not only the work environment ,but also the working atmosphere and classroom environment. What is important, environment has a far-reaching impact on one's personality and mood . Thus , there is no doubt that environment matters very much.The following chart compares the three parts of environment:
