摘要

步进输送机是在一定的线路上间断输送物料的运输机械,在工业自动化生产线上应用极为广泛。可以进行生产线上产品的步进输送,步进输送有一段停顿时间,可以对产品进行加工处理。步进输送运动平稳,并能适应一定重量的工件输送,是一种被广泛应用于生产的输送设备。

此次所设计的步进输送机是通过四连杆机构带动滑架进行来回的往复运动,滑架的两侧有间距相等的两排L型挡块,输送物品时由挡块进行推动,四连杆的往复摆动促使L型挡块回来的时候会从工件底部滑过,从而达到步进输送的目的。此次课题的设计内容主要包括了电动机选择、减速器的设计、开式齿轮的设计以及四连杆机构的设计。本次我是要通过机械原理、机械设计、机械制图等等一系列学习过的理论基础,加上一些对其他类似的输送机的结构了解,并且通过查找更多的相关资料进行方案的设计,并通过计算机制图,直观的描绘出步进输送机的结构及工作原理。

选择步进输送机这种生产机械的设计作为毕业设计的选题,能培养了我的机械设计中的总体设计能力,将大学中所学的有关机械原理方案设计、运动和动力学分析、机械零部件设计理论、方法、结构及工艺设计等内容有机地结合进行综合设计实践训练,与实际的联系更为紧密,以及独立解决工程实际问题的能力。它还增强了我的机械构思设计和创新设计能力。

Abstract

Step conveyor transport machinery intermittent transport of materials in certain lines,production line applications in industrial automation is extremely broad. Can production line stepper delivery stepping conveying a pause time, to process the product. Step conveyor movement is smooth, and able to adapt to a certain weight of the work piece conveying, is a widely used in the production of transportation equipment.

The design step conveyor through the four-bar linkage driven carriage back and forth reciprocating motion, the two rows of equally spaced L-shaped block on both sides of the carriage, conveying goods from the block to promote. The four-link swing back and forth to promote the L-shaped block back from the work piece bottom of the slip, so as to achieve the purpose of stepping transportation. The design of the subject including the motor selection, gear design, the design of open gears and four-bar linkage design.The mechanical principles, mechanical design, mechanical drawing a series of learning the theoretical basis, together with some other similar conveyor structure to understand, and by looking for more information on program design,and through computer graphics, intuitive depiction of the structure and working principle of stepper conveyor.

Step conveyor of this production machinery design as a graduate design topics, to cultivate the ability of the mechanical design of the overall design, the design of mechanical principles, the University movement and dynamics analysis, mechanicalthe contents of the component design theory, methods, structure and process design combines integrated design practice, training, closer to the actual contact, as well as the ability to solve practical engineering problems independently. It also enhances the mechanical conceptual design and innovative design capabilities.
