本文对人事档案管理系统所需完成的任务及设计的可行性进行了分析，对应用领域进行调查分析。简要介绍了开发本系统所需的软件技术。本人事管理系统是一套基于CS（客户端服务器）结构的管理系统。系统运行于客户端，通过网络来访问数据库。本系统使用一台专门的计算机作为数据库服务器，其它的计算机可以远程对数据库进行访问，并可以自主的对数据库进行增加、删除、修改等等的数据库操作。本系统包括职工信息管理、工资管理、出勤管理。本文设计的数据库系统实现了职工管理，职工信息管理和系统管理等方面的功能。本系统用户界面友好，基本满足了企业对职工档案和信息进行管理的需求。
