生物反馈电刺激治疗仪的操作流程摘要】该文章依据多年应用生物反馈电刺激治疗仪的临床经验,制定和总结了本科室生物反馈电刺激治疗仪的临床操作流程、护理事项和心得体会,为该仪器规范性的运用和操作提供了依据,以供同道参考。

【关键词】生物反馈;电刺激治疗仪;操作流程[中图分类号] R318.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1672-5018(2015)11-267-02 因社会趋向老龄化,越来越多的中老年妇女由于多种因素造成盆底松弛,压力性尿失禁一系列女性盆底功能障碍性疾病。

此病好发于更年期妇女.对生命威胁并不大,但严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。

据报道经产妇患病率约20%,而大于60岁老年女性则达到35%以上。

压力性尿失禁(SUI)是中老年妇女的常见病[2]。

常常给女性带来精神和生活上的困扰,生活质量明显下降。

针对此类疾病,我院于2006年引进加拿大生物反馈电刺激治疗仪(VROSTYM),治疗轻中度盆底功能障碍性疾病的妇女。

该仪器引进后,因为是新技术,厂家没有提供规范的操作流程,且该仪器较精密,对其应用和护理,应有一套科学合理、系统、操作性好的工作流程,保证仪器在工作中正常使用,并在临床运用中规范行为,提高治疗效果。

基于以上原因,根据临床运用情况,我们总结了一套实用性强的操作流程,使患者在安全,有效,舒适的氛围里接受治疗,为制定规范的操作流程提供了依据。

现介绍如下,以供同道参考:一、准备流程(表1)1.打开电脑以及生物反馈电刺激仪开关。

2.电脑开机后,进入生物反馈文件夹。

3.创建新病人,填写病人信息资料,每次填写完成后储存。

4.病人平躺后取膀胱截石位,戴手套取出清洁后的探头,用2%洗必泰消毒液冲洗探头,再用0.9%生理盐水冲洗,用无菌纱布擦试干,将探头顺应病人阴道位置放置于阴道底部。

二.肌电评估操作流程(表2)1.将任务菜单中的盆底肌评估(表面肌电)选中,移动至任务栏后,点菜单上的开始。

2.嘱病人用最大力收缩盆底肌肉肌群,电脑银屏上显示病人肌肉收缩的最大值;嘱病人完全放松后用中等力量持续收缩盆底肌肉,显示屏上出现病人持续收缩时的肌电图。

一、定义:生物反馈治疗是采用电子仪器将人们正常意识不到的肌电、脑电、皮温、心率、血压等体内功能变化,准确测定并把这些信息有选择地放大成视觉和听觉信号,然后反馈给受试人。

让受试人根据这些信号,学会控制自身不随意的功能,用于防治疾病或康复训练的方法。

生物反馈包括种类有如下几种:肌电生物反馈疗法:(1、放松性肌电生物反馈疗法;2、强化性肌电生物反馈疗法;)手指皮肤温度生物反馈疗法;皮肤电阻生物反馈疗法;血压生物反馈疗法;心率生物反馈疗法;脑电生物反馈疗法。

精神科常用的生物反馈治疗为团体生物反馈治疗,是肌电生物反馈疗法一种。

二、生物反馈治疗仪构成:传感器,中央处理器,显示器,座椅可移动披戴式传感器百米无线接收器中央处理器大屏幕显示器三、生物反馈治疗原理放松性肌电生物反馈仪是通过传感器收集表面肌电信号和心率信号,通过转换成视觉信号,通过受试者有意识的自己调节达到放松的治疗目的。

3.11 方案式训练介绍及非正常结束提醒
• 方案式训练是已经定义好时间,界面次序等方案式训练,等定义时间 结束后训练会自行结束,中途若按界面上红色方型按钮或窗口右上方 关闭键,系统会出现以下对话框: 点击“是”就强行退出,数据 将不被保留; 点击“否”恢复训练。
第三步:打开编码器电源(按住处理器上开关1秒使电源指示灯变蓝 ),连接好对应生理传感器进行训练与心理指导。

一、临床应用要求
主要用于运动功能障碍的治疗及康复训练,同时也可用于包括感觉障碍、痉挛、面瘫、脑血管扩张及微循环治疗(小脑顶核仿生刺激)等。

无临床体征(认知、肌力水平等)限制,可满足病人全过程(急性期、发展期、后遗症期)、多体征的康复需求。

二、主要技术参数
(一)计算机系统:

2、通讯方式:USB2.0数据接口,并采用光电隔离,传输速率大于10Mbit/s;超强抗干
扰性能,4000V隔离安全标准;
(二)EMG反馈放大器系统
1、强抗干扰能力,适合任何环境下使用
2、EMG放大器灵敏度:2—10000μV(10mV)
3、通道设置:2通道左右分屏显示,可同时治疗两个病人或同一病人的两个部位,两
个独立的控制时钟,互不干扰和影响。

(三)声音输出系统
在同时治疗两个部位或两个病人时,有两套独立的多媒体声音提示系统,由不同的时钟控制,病人完全不相互干扰
(四)功能电刺激系统
1、二套独立的功能电刺激系统,可独立进行输出、控制及设置
2、电流强度:0—100±1mA恒流且可调和电子锁定(3K欧姆)
3、最大输出电压:300V
4、刺激频率:10—100Hz;仿真电刺激时可调制到中频(1000HZ以上)
5、刺激脉宽:50—1000μs
6、刺激波形:单极性、双极性、交替式、多形态
7、刺激持续时间:1—60S,也可根据需要任意设定
8、系统可自动测量最合适的电流强度,并进行锁定处理。

S1000 PCR仪简易操作指南一.运行程序1.接通仪器电源,打开仪器开关,仪器自检后,显示主菜单。

2.在PCR管中加入样品,把管子放入仪器中,关上盖子,准备开始实验。

3.检查主菜单中状态是否为Block is idle,选择RUN。

然后选择需要运行的程序,点击ENTER确定选择并继续。

注意:当仪器安装了双48反应模块时,有当两个模块均为闲置状态时,状态信息才显示Blocks are idle。

4.选择运行的程序:点击箭头键选择一个文件夹,然后点击向右箭头键选择此文件夹中的文件。

选择MAIN文件夹可选择预设程序。

点击ENTER确定并继续。

注意:运行中的程序是不能进行编辑的。

程序中的改动将在下一次此程序运行时被应用。

5.选择运行模块(双48模块形式)点击箭头键选择BLOCK A或BLOCK B。

点击ENTER继续。

6.输入样品体积输入1-50微升(使用Calculated mode)或输入0微升(使用Block mode)。

6.选择VIEW键预览运行的程序(可选择操作)点击向右箭头键选择VIEW,点击ENTER确定进行程序预览。

点击ENTER向下翻页来预览程序,在程序最后一步再次点击ENTER返回。

7.选择RUN开始运行。

选择RUN,点击ENTER开始运行。

8.程序运行时的监测(可选操作)程序运行开始后,点击SCREEN键可在下面三个屏幕之间切换。

A.运行屏幕:程序开始运行后,在屏幕的最下面一行将显示运行状态。

点击Screen键可显示Running屏幕。

B.图形屏幕:此屏幕可显示每一步的目标温度。

C.Time Remaining屏幕:此屏幕显示到程序结束的剩余时间。

9.浏览Protocol complete屏幕程序结束后,将显示Protocolcomplete屏幕。

浏览此屏幕后,点击ENTER返回主菜单。

10.浏览LAST RUN屏幕(可选操作)返回主菜单后点击SCREEN键可浏览LAST RUN。

注意:4D训练游戏需要显卡和显示器都必须支持4D 功能,显示器分辨率要达到1920*1080。

二、功能及性能生物反馈疗法(Biofeedback therapy)又称生物回授疗法,或称植物神经学习法,是在行为疗法的基础上发展起来的一种新的心理治疗技术。

生物反馈仪采用生物反馈的原理,通过采集与分析人体的生理指标如脑电、心率变异性和肌电来确定人体的精神心理状态,并将这些信号以容易理解的视觉、听觉形式展现出来,使个体了解自身的生理变化,通过反复的训练与治疗,帮助个体达到认知、调控自身的生理变化,从而达到缓解和治疗心理紧张、焦虑、抑郁、失眠等精神心理症状的目的。

脑电生物反馈技术通过EEG传感器,采集和放大由脑细胞产生的微弱电信号,不同位置的神经元细胞产生不同节律的波形。

When inserted properly it will be flush with the encoder rear. Follow the procedure above to remove this card when no longer required, and re-insert the protective insert. CFcards require a CF card reader to transfer data to the PC. The CF cards and reader can bepurchased from most computer stores. Before its first use in the encoder, a CF card requires PC formatting using the file manager, then format the card using the BioGraph Infiniti MainApplication. Formatting and transferring CF data to the PC is covered in depth in theBioGraph Infiniti software manual.•Real Time PC Transfer – Connect to the PC via the USB and save and display the data on the PC in real time. See the following section “Connection to the PC”.Attention: Do not remove the CF card without first stopping recording. If the CF card is removed during recording, you will lose all the data for the current session.TappingLike using a mouse on a computer screen the MyoTrac Infiniti allows you to use your finger or a stylus to tap the buttons directly on the screen. The first time you start your handheld unit, or if the power has been disconnected for a while, you will be guided through a set of welcome screens including calibration, time and date setting. The calibration aligns the internal circuitry of theencoder with its touch sensitive screen so that when you tap a button on the screen, the handheld unit can detect exactly which button is being pressed. It is recommended to use a stylus when calibrating the device as it will provide a more accurate calibration than using a finger.Note:Always use a finger or stylus for tapping the screen. Never use a pen, pencil or othermarking or sharp object on the screen.Damage resulting from misuse of the screen is notcovered by the warranty.The software is designed so that once the screen has been calibrated it is possible to use all the buttons with a finger. In many cases the touch sensitive area is greater than the graphicalconstraints of the button allowing for easier operation using a finger. As necessary wipe screen with a dry cloth to clean. Screen protectors are available from good stationary suppliers and are a good way to extending the life of your screen.Connection to the ClientDepending on the type of session you are going to record there are different ways to connect the two channels to the client. Either plug the extender cable into the device directly and connect to the client with EMG electrodes, or plug them into the pre-amplifier and the pre-amplifier into the MyoTrac Infiniti.Attention: When you insert the extender cable (lead wire) into the electrode connector, MAKE SURE THAT NO BARE METAL OF THE PINS IS EXPOSED.Before applying electrodes, be sure the skin surface is cleaned and dried. Make sure theelectrodes are placed firmly to the skin and make good contact between the skin and electrodes.Please consult the clinical guide for information on electrode selection for different placements. Forcing the plug into the jack in any other position may damage your equipment.Using the MyoTrac Infiniti with AC Power Adapter or Connected to a PCThe MyoTrac Infiniti is designed for safe operation on ungrounded AC power sources. However, if you are using the MyoTrac Infiniti while it is connected to an ungrounded AC power source, for best results you may need to follow some simple guidelines for skin preparation and electrode placement. These measures will help to avoid falsely elevated EMG readings while the muscle is at rest.If you notice elevated resting EMG levels not related to the patient’s condition, and if this occurs only when the unit is connected to AC power (directly via the supplied AC adapter or indirectly via a USB connection to the PC), and if it is necessary to run the MyoTrac Infiniti on ungrounded power(i.e. no 3rd ground pin on the AC wall socket or on the PC power supply), try the followingtechniques to improve the readings.First, if you are using a PC with only 2 prongs on the wall plug and you have a grounded outlet (3 pin wall sockets with a working ground), plug the ac adapter into the MyoTrac-Infiniti and into the grounded outlet to provide a ground for the system.If you have no opportunity to ground either the PC or the AC adapter, use the following electrode placement tips:•If the EMG site is located on an extremity or limb, be sure to place the REF (black colored) electrode more proximally (on or closer to the trunk of the body) than the sense electrodes(yellow and blue), and at least ten centimeters away from either sense electrode.•Prepare the skin under all three electrodes, using a product designed for skin preparation prior to electrode application (mild abrasives such as NuPrep are effective).•If you are using Ag/AgCl (silver/silver chloride) electrodes, put some conductive electrode paste or cream on them before applying them to the skin, or try using gel-type rather than dry Ag/AgCl electrodes.Resting EMG readings will not be affected by connection to AC power, in the following cases:•Running the MyoTrac Infiniti stand-alone, with no AC power adapter and no connection to the PC (only on its rechargeable batteries).。

MyCycler 推广演示教程一、 Bio-Rad新推出的MyCycler,已经取得了很好的市场反响。

编写本教程的目的是为了更好的推广MyCycler,使之能在中档PCR仪器市场抢占更多的份额。

本教程面对SALES,模拟销售情境,边演示边介绍。

黑体部分为介绍是相应的操作。

希望能对销售有所裨益。

二、MyCycler的主要特点1、超大的高分辨率显示;2、直观的用户界面;3、运行报告和校正报告;所以在向客户介绍时必须突出这几个特点。

MyCycler的外观设计,也可以作为一个亮点介绍给客户。

三、仪器介绍场景一准备:DEMO机接通电源,自检通过,仪器处于开机状态。

屏幕显示为“Home Screen”。

(图一)图一:主界面介绍:MyCycler是BIO-RAD公司新推出的PCR仪器,MyCycler继续沿袭了BIO-RAD PCR 仪器的设计理念,包括96*0.2反应模块,自动调节的热盖。

MyCycler又有区别于其他PCR 仪器的特点。

MyCycler 采用了超大的高分辨率显示器,用户的操作界面非常直观,简单。

这是主界面[F1,“Protocol Library”,移动左右键至“STANDARD-3”,F5“Done”]这是调用的一个程序,可以看到每一个“Cycler”(循环)和每一个的”Step”(步骤)的温度、时间以及循环数。

可以使用面板上的箭头键在不同的“Cycler”切换,也可以在当前屏幕下,用“F1”和“F2”切换。

被选中的“Cycler”会突出显示。

在某个程序运行时,正在运行的步骤会突出显示。

这个功能,后面再演示。

5 创建一个程序
5.1 选择一个目录 在 T1 中,程序既可以储存在主目录中,也可以储存在 9 个单独的子目录中。在每个子目录中,最多
可以储存 100 个程序。为了方便的识别选择的储存位置,子目录可以被命名。(见 5.3) 由主菜单开始。
一旦名称输入完成了,用[C name ok]确认。

5.5 输入热盖的温度
您现在可以输入热盖的温度了。一般来说,盖子的温度应该比协议中的最高温高 10°C。例如:如果

现在您位于主目录中。屏幕显示出子目录的结构。
5.2 选择一个程序储存库 程序可以储存在主目录或者子目录中。
要在主目录中创建一个程序请按[D enter]。
要进入一个子目录,用光标键→将光标向右移动,然后用光标键↑ ↓选择一个子目录。选择的目录会
你继续旋转转轮,压力不会再增加了。
注意:盖子的压力在满槽的时候达到最佳。如果槽中的试管很少,你应该在四个角的位置上放置一
些空薄壁管,以避免压力过大使试管损坏。
打开热盖:
逆时针旋转转轮释放压力。不再有阻力的时候就说明压力已经释放了。现在您可以打开盖子。

生物反馈仪临床操作规程1开机前准备将仪器平稳放置、连接好肌电导联线和皮温导联线;电源按“开”的状态,显示窗口亮,电源接通。

2连接传感器①酒精棉球擦拭电机片连接部位,通常置于额前;②取肌电传感器(电机片)竖着粘贴于眉心处,与鼻梁骨在一条直线上,其余两片分别置于左右各1cm处的瞳孔上方。

并用医用胶固定;③肌电导联线的黑色夹子夹住中间电极片的金属凸起部分,两根红色的夹子分别位于左右两侧,并将肌电导联线置于脑后;④皮温传感器(指套式)放置于食指或者中指指尖,金属片贴于指腹,松紧适度;⑤测试连接:受训者适度紧张放松,观察显示窗口数值是否波动。

3训练功能选择开机初始值为单人双功能、放松训练,无须调整;仅需要将温度选择为摄氏度,最后按“启动”键,听见“嘟”的声音,进入电脑记录的状态。

4设定预置值①肌电预置:观察肌电基值,选择略低于基值的数值作为预置值;按肌电预置健,显示窗亮,利用“↑”健和”↓“健调整数值,按分辨率再次按肌电预置健退出;②按“反馈选择”键,进行肌电与皮温的转换;皮温预置,操做参考肌电预置;③同时,可使用“光标分辨”健,调整分辨率:高分辨以0.1为单位调正;低分辨率以1为单位调正。

5补充左侧为肌电显示窗口,右侧为皮温显示窗口。

会有两个光标闪烁,其中稳定不动的光标代表预置值,浮动光标代表的是实时值。

例如:光标在左侧显示,表示当前浮动的光标代表肌电的实时值,稳定的光标为肌电的预置值,同理右边,为皮温的数值。

在训练过程中,受训者达到预置值,保持一分钟左右,并有更进一步放松的趋势,可继续调正预置值。

手指皮肤温度生物反馈疗法康复治疗技术操作规范1、定义利用热变阻式温度计记录指尖皮肤温度变化,转换成声、光、数字信号反馈给患者进行训练,使患者学会控制外周血管的舒缩程度,借以进行松弛训练治疗疾病的方法。

2、适应证与禁忌证(1)适应证:雷诺病、闭塞性动脉内膜炎、高血压病、血管神经性头痛、自主神经功能紊乱、神经症、更年期综合征、疼痛综合征、过敏性疾病等。

(2)禁忌证:意识、认知障碍者。

3、设备与用具手指皮肤温度生物反馈治疗仪、温度传感器、耳机等。

4、操作方法与步骤(1)检查治疗仪各开关旋钮是否在应在位置,能否正常工作。

(2)患者取舒适体位,伸出手平放在台面上。

(3)将温度传感器固定在患者食指或中指末节的指腹上,并与治疗仪相连。

(4)将治疗仪接通电源,启动后治疗仪描记、显示皮肤温度的曲线和读数,并发出不同颜色灯光和声音信号。

(5)按治疗要求,由医技人员或录音带的指导语引导患者学会根据视听反馈信号,通过自我控制调节皮肤温度,从而使皮肤温度上升或下降。

(6)每次训练15~20分钟,治疗完毕,关闭电源,从患者手指上取下温度传感器。

5、注意事项(1)选取最佳的治疗电极与参考电极放置部位,治疗后在皮肤上做好记号,以便下次治疗。

(2)治疗训练环境应安静,治疗时患者要集中注意力,仔细体会肌肉放松与紧张的感觉,注意视听信号和医技人员或录音带的指导语。

(3)治疗中指导语的速度、音调、音量要适宜。

(4)进行若干次治疗后,可让患者自己默颂指导语,按照在治疗室学会的感受和自我控制技术,在家中不用治疗仪进行自我训练,以强化认识和记忆,巩固疗效,最后过渡到完全不用治疗仪进行自我训练治疗。

每日治疗训练可进行多次。

第一章软件安装
1 检查电脑
个人计算机的最低要求:
a)Windows XP家庭版或专业版(SP2或更新版本)或兼容的Windows更新版本。

b)4GHz ADM 或Intel处理器,或更快的。

c)512MB内存。

d)40G剩余空间(专业数据)。

e)16 bit声卡或集成声音(推荐创建实验)。

f)1个空闲的USB接口(连接蓝牙)。

g)1个XGA1024×768图像卡或更好的,推荐使用两个图像卡,我们建议使用ATI或
NVIDIA图像卡。

h)17英寸CRT/液晶显示屏,CD或DVD驱动器。

2 快速开始菜单
安装或更新Biotrace软件,用户将Biotrace安装盘放入计算机的CD或DVD驱动器中,等待出现快速开始菜单。

双击CD/DVD目录下的BiotraceQuickStartMenu.exe,开始进入安装。

注意:电脑屏幕上显示的CD/DVD内容可能不同。

快速开始菜单找到后,会出现一个对话框,显示的是软件安装选择数据。

3 安装Biotrace+
点击“Install the BioTrace+ Software on your Computer”,进入Biotrace+ 的软件安装。

像安装程序中所描述那样进行一步一步的安装。

同意安装协议后选择安装地址,按开始
(START)按钮开始安装。

4 安装振波和DirectX
Biotrace+软件利用了Adobe和宏介质振波技术。

可以通过快速开始菜单对其进行安装。

请确定你的网络浏览器已经关闭。

假设你使用的是WindowsXP-SP2或Windows-XP的更新版本,你就可以跳过步骤四中的这部分。

安装过程中需要重新启动电脑。

5 蓝牙驱动器的安装
打开电脑,将蓝牙发射器(如:MSI-Bluetooth)插入USB接口,建议以后都不要更换蓝牙的USB接口。

若使用笔记本电脑,也可使用USB转接口,以避免笔记本倾斜导致的USB连接损坏。

现在显示屏的右边会出现一个球形文本框。

(实际上屏幕显示主要取决于界面类型)。
