1.前期准备：
（1）开机前，请确保有足够的排水管道，并在水池中加入干净的水，以实现有效的干燥效果。
（2）插上电源，开机，使用空调旋钮控制风速，低风将有效缓解室
内干燥的不舒适感。
2.使用方式：
（1）定时模式：可以设定预先开启的时间点，并设定间隔时间，以
及定时关机的时间点，以实现按照设定时间自动运行。
（2）夜间模式：定时模式可以实现几个小时内的定时循环，白天关机，夜间开机，以保证室内湿度，提高睡眠质量。
（3）高效模式：可以根据室内湿度和温度自动调整，高效干燥空气，节能节省。
（4）睡眠模式：室内湿度检测，有效控制室内空气温度和湿度，提高睡眠质量。

一、安全操作要求
1、本操作手册对干燥器的安全操作、维护和保养，以及操作人员的
安全要求有着严格的规定。
在使用干燥器之前，本指导书必须被操作人员
所熟知，仔细阅读和理解，按照正确的操作方法操作，确保操作人员的安
全并及时发现故障。
2、在使用过程中，请确保使用环境清洁、乾燥、良好的通风环境，
并且在干燥器处不得有易燃易爆物品。
3、使用前请仔细检查干燥器的各个连接部件，以免发生故障。
4、确保在操作前将电源插头插入电源插座，并确保正确地连接。
5、不要在干燥器上施加任何外力，以免损坏外壳。
6、严禁在运行中任意拆开干燥器，拆卸或装配部件，以免造成电击
或相关伤害。
二、启动、停止操作
1、启动操作
（1）打开电源插头，把开关拨到“ON”位置，仪表上显示“POWER”，说明已经启动。
（2）接着可以根据需要按照以下步骤进行操作：
①调整风量：按“风量”按钮，可以调整风量最大值，仪表上显示“F.LOW”，可以重复此过程，限制风量。
②调整加湿量：按“加湿量”按钮，可以调整最大加湿量，仪表上显示“H.MAX”，可以重复此过程，限制加湿量。

当设定完t3时间值后，可按面板上的“启动/代码”按钮，最高位显示4,表示设定均压时间t4。其余位显示均压时间设定值。按“停止/参数”按钮增加延时值。可使设置值从1逐步增加到30秒,然后再重复进行。
每三个月：
10、前置和后置过滤器芯，检查堵塞情况及可能的损坏，根据需要替换。
11、关闭进/出口阀门或将干燥机旁通，彻底将干燥机系统泄压，打开干燥剂充填口，采样检查干燥剂，如果干燥剂被油污染粉碎，请更换干燥剂。
12、拆下并检查进口气动阀和再生排气阀，清洗和替换磨损的阀座和密封圈。
13、检查气动阀门膜片和气缸是否泄漏或密封件是否磨损。

设定完毕，将拨位开关拨向右方，则设定值将被写入E2PROM储存起来,即使断电后仍能保留。如果设置值错误，则“停止/参数”按钮上方的指示灯闪烁，请重新设定参数。

A：开机前检查
1、电源是否到位，有无报警情况，如出现情况应及时到设备维修组报修。
2、管网系统所有阀门均处于正常工作状态。
3、仪表板上冷媒高压表、冷媒低压表指示、且基本相等（小机型只有低压表）。
4、检查电源电压后，不得超过额定值的±10%。
5、检查氟里昂是否在规定值范围内。
6、手动打开排污阀放水。
B:上述检查一切正常、即可开机
7、按下启动按钮，交流接触器延时3分钟后自动收合，冷媒压缩机开始运转(小型机无延时、请勿反复启动)
8、观察仪表板，冷媒高压表应缓慢上升至8.0mpa，冷媒低压表应缓慢下降至3.0mpa，此时已进入正常工作状态。
9、检查出入口空气压力表是否正常，两表续数相差0.03mpa属正常范围。
10、检查自动排水阀是否正常，如有损坏，及时报修，并做好记录。
11、定时检查干燥机情况，记录空气出、入口压力，冷媒高低压力等及日点检表的记录、设备运行、交接班记
录。
12、正常开、关机机器应按开、关机按钮，非紧急情况严禁按紧停按钮。
13、一级保养有考核评分表，除设备电气柜由专业人员维修保养外，设备卫生由操作工负责。
如遇无法解决的问题可以由机修钳工配合。
二级保养以机修钳工为主，操作、协助、卫生、清洁工作由操作工负责，及时做好记录，设备保障处签字认可。
14、设备部门每十天左右有专人对干燥机进行专项检查，确保各项保养措施落实到位。
15、设备如保养不到位，设备保障处会根据《设备检查、处罚、奖励实施办法》对操作人员实施处罚，因领导监管不力需负连带责任。

空气干燥装置操作维护保养规程一、空气干燥装置操作规程（一）启动前检查1.在引入压缩空气之前，控制箱上的控制手柄必须全部处在非工作位置。
2.气控制系统只允许在0.7～0.9MPa压力下工作。
3.各处压力表必须齐全、灵敏、准确。
（二）操作1.风机（1）压风机无空气滤清器不准工作，以防吸入杂质和尘土。
（2）装设在散热器上的一级缸安全阀必须保证在气压为0.25MPa时开始排气。
（3）压风机空气滤清器上部必须加装挡水板，避免气路进入水分。
（4）电动压风机在接线时注意旋转方向是否正确。
（5）电动压风机起动箱内只准加变压器油，不准加其它油类。
（6）电动机电路中未装磁力开关不准使用。
2.总离合器的控制：操作时必须首先挂合总离合器开关，再操作正车或倒车。
司钻离开控制箱或钻台时间较长时，必须摘开总开关。
在挂合总离合器开关时，必须注意正车或倒车是否在“离”位上。
3. 气囊离合器（1）离合器气囊中未装有磨擦片时，不准通入气体或其它液压试压，以免胶皮损坏。
（2）必须防止油污、水、气或沙土进入磨擦轮和磨擦片表面之间，以防打滑和损坏。
（3）离合器壳的平衡位置不得随意改变，更不得去掉不装。
（4）离合器工作时要保持清洁，温度不可超过50℃。
（5）挂合气囊离合器时，操作开关不要一次挂合，要合2～3次。
（6）更换磨擦片后应合上离合器检查磨擦片侧面之间隙，此间隙不得小于5mm，磨擦片底面的隔热片应互相搭接，其厚度不小于0.4～0.5mm。
固定磨擦片于胶囊的销子必须用保险铁丝将两端栓好。
要求每天检查销子完好情况。
（7）离合器磨擦片磨损至规定厚度时应更换。
4.其他操作（1）绞车或转盘在长时间不用的情况下，必须转动三通旋阀切断气源，以免误操作发生事故。
（2）当检修1、2#泥浆泵时，可拨开气路上的直通快速接头，保证安全。
（3）为保证安全，柴油机与泥浆泵停用后都应将本身离合器的三通旋塞阀拨开，以免司钻误操作而出机械、人身事故。
（4）空气处理装置的所有安全阀都应校验，保证压力达到1MPa时能自动放气。

排水系统故障
1、排水口处冰堵：调整蒸发压力到正常值。
2、自动排水器脏堵：清洗自动排水器，检查电子排 水器线圈，及电器原理图。
排水系统的重要性： 当冷干机除下凝结水后，不能及时的排水，空气的流 速把凝结水带出冷干机到用户的用气点，带来气源中 含水。因此用户要经常利用手动排水按钮ESC进行排 水，观察电子排水器的排水时间，进行重新设定排水 时间。
遵循以上注意事项，可以确保吸附式压缩空气干燥机的安全、 高效运行，满足生产过程中的气体干燥需求。

干燥机使用与维护说明一、干燥机的使用方法：1.准备工作：1.1.检查干燥机的电源插头和电源线是否完好无损，确保电器的安全使用；1.2.清理干燥机的滤网，确保能够顺畅通风，提高干燥效果；1.3.将要干燥的物品进行初步清洗，去除杂质和污垢。
2.操作步骤：2.1.将要干燥的物品平铺放入干燥机内，避免重叠，确保热风能够均匀地吹到每个物品上；2.2.关闭干燥机的门，选择合适的干燥时间和温度；2.3.按下“启动”按钮，干燥机开始工作；2.4.在干燥过程中，慎重选择是否需要额外添加柔顺剂等化学物品，避免不必要的化学残留。
3.结束干燥：3.1.干燥时间到达后，干燥机会自动停止工作；3.2.打开干燥机的门，将干燥好的物品取出；3.3.检查物品的干燥程度，如有需要，可根据实际情况继续干燥。
二、干燥机的维护方法：1.滤网清洁：根据干燥机的使用频率，每隔一段时间就需要清洁滤网。
一般来说，如果使用频率较高，每两周清洗一次即可；使用频率较低，每月清洗一次即可。
清洗时，先将滤网取出，用清水冲洗去除灰尘和其他杂质，然后用柔软的刷子轻轻刷洗，最后用清水冲洗干净，晾干后再放回原处。
2.干燥机的清洁：为了保持干燥机的清洁和卫生，我们需要定期清洗干燥机的内部和外部。
清洗时，先将插头拔出，用湿布擦拭干燥机的外壳，注意不要使用含有腐蚀性物质的清洁剂；然后用清水擦拭干燥机的内部，特别是密封圈和滚筒表面，确保干净无异味。
3.避免超载：干燥机在工作时会产生较大的热量，因此在使用干燥机时，需要注意避免过多的物品同时放入，以免阻塞热风的通道，影响干燥效果。
同时，要避免过量的衣物挂在干燥机的门上，以免干燥门变形。
4.定期检查电源线和插头：干燥机使用频繁，电源线和插头易受到拉扯和摩擦，因此需要经常检查电源线和插头是否损坏、松动或者有裂纹。

二、定期保养1、定期清洗冷冻式干燥机的外部，一般用湿布擦拭后用干布拭净，尽量避免直接用水喷洗，以免使部分电器遇之损坏或它的绝缘性降低，特别注意不要使用汽油等挥发性、稀释剂和其它化学药品进行擦洗，否则会造成外壳褪色，变形及喷涂层剥落。
2、冷冻式干燥机若另装有手动排污阀，必须每三天排放一次。
3、风冷式的冷凝器，其翅片间距只有2mm-3mm，极易被空气中的尘埃堵塞，造成散热不良，应定期对它进行保养，一般用压缩空气吹扫或用塑料刷清洗，每周一次，恶劣环境下需3天一次。
4、水冷过滤器主要为了防止冷却水中的固态杂质进入冷凝器而影响换热，应定期对滤网进行清洗，以免使循环水量不足，造成换热效果差。
5、在停机状况下，应定期对内部机件、电器做除尘处理。
6、自动排水器必须每周清洗一次，（新机在使用第一个月内建议每3天清洗一次）警告：水冷式冷凝器需定期使用中性溶剂进行水垢清理。
冷冻式压缩空气干燥机操作维护保养规程
文件制修订记录一、冷冻式干燥机的工作原理冷干机是根据冷冻除湿原理，将含有大量饱和水汽的压缩空气强制通过蒸发器进行热交换而降温，使压缩空气中气态的水和油经过等压冷却，凝结成液态的水和油，并夹带尘埃，经汽水分离和通过自动排水器排出，从而获得清洁的压缩空气。
二、SLAD系列冷冻式干燥机操作方法1、开机前的检查1）检查制冷系统：观察设备仪表上的冷媒高低压力表读数，两表在一定压力下达到平衡，而这平衡压力是周围温度的高低而上下波动，一般在（0.5MPa-1.2 MPa）。
2）检查电源电压是否正常，（SLAD-0.5~ SLAD-8.5为AC220V/50HZ±5%;SLAD-10及以上为3相AC380/220V/50HZ±5%）.3)检查空气管路是否正常，空气进口压力不得超过选型时的工作压力，进气温度尽量不超过选型时的确定值。
4）处理量30立方及以上的冷干机装有压缩机油加热器，在设备首次使用开机前必须加热（接通电源，加热器自动加热）8小时以上，以保证压缩机油腔内的油温至少高于环境温度10℃，否则，压缩机将会严重损毁。
5）若选用的是水冷式，还应检查冷却水是否已经接至冷凝器，冷却水是否正常，水压为0.2-0.4 MPa，水温≤32℃。
2、冷冻室干燥机的启动过程1）先启动空压机，带系统压力接近0.7 MPa并且空压机运行一切正常再作冷冻式干燥机的运行工作。
2）当系统压力接近0.7 MPa时，接通冷冻式干燥机电源，合上空气开关，此时设备仪表上的电源指示灯（红）亮。
3）若水冷式，应打开冷却水进出阀门。
（冬天可先不开冷却水进出阀门，待冷冻式干燥机启动后再开冷却水进出阀门）。
4）按下绿色启动按钮，接触器吸合，待启动指示灯（绿）亮，5分钟后待启动指示灯（绿）灭，压缩机开始运转，运行指示灯（绿）亮；同时检查压缩机转向是否正确：开机后立即观察冷媒低压及冷媒高压表，如果冷媒低压表逐渐下降、冷媒高压表逐渐上升，则压缩机转向正确。

吸附时间=300sec； 均压时间=0sec；
延时再生时间=5sec ；再生时间=240sec；
100m3/min以上:
吸附时间=300sec； 均压时间=5sec；
3、无热吸附式干燥机的标准工作循环周期为10分钟，其中一塔干燥5分钟，同时另一塔再生4分钟后关闭再生排气阀，使该塔升压1分钟至管网压力，如此循环交替工作。
4、请注意控制气路应保持一定的压力值，否则阀门将不进行自动切换，控制气路减压阀设定值：采用气动薄膜阀的设备减压阀设定值为0.2～0.3Mpa；采用气动蝶阀的设备减压阀设定值为0.5～0.6Mpa

安全注意事项
压缩空气和电都具有危险性。
须在确保电源已经切断，整个干燥器系统里的压缩空气都已放空的情况下，方能进行检修或维护保养。
1、在干燥器运行前，必须确保所有的接头附件都已连接紧固。
2、在干燥器运行前，不要松动、拆卸任何管路附件、接头。
3、干燥器不能长期在高于规定的额定压力下工作，否则会导致故障和事故。
4、对干燥器做任何维修时，必须做好下述几项准备工作。
4.1 空气压缩机必须停机。
4.2 切断电源开关，确保干燥器处于断电状态。
4.3 确保系统内的压力已降至大气压力。
一、概述
TAD系列空气干燥器是一种结构紧凑、构思新颖、无锈源、无须油漆的新型的干燥器，该装置由不锈钢及合金铝等金属材料构成。
压缩空气系统的水分和尘埃通常会引起腐蚀和冻结，从而造成故障，气动设备加速磨损。
TAD系列空气干燥器是一种清除压缩空气中水、油、尘埃等杂质的装置。
采用此装置可防止铁道车辆制动系统产生锈蚀、堵塞、凝结水、结冰等现象，可避免由上述现象引起的制动失灵而造成的行车事故，并可延长制动机的检修周期。
该装置使用环境温度为-40℃～+55℃。

三、结构
TAD系列空气干燥器由干燥塔、进气阀、排气阀、出气止回阀、电控器、加热元件、消声器等组成。
1、干燥塔：干燥塔左右对称配置，内部主要由离心式油水分离器、吸附剂等组成（参见图1）。
干燥塔是完成压缩空气干燥净化的核心部件。
2、进气阀：控制两干燥塔进气、换气的机构。
安装于干燥塔下端的进气连接体上。
3、排气阀：安装于干燥塔的下部，阀口根据电气控制的两个电磁阀所发出的压缩空气指令来控制开闭。
4、出气止回阀：防止总风缸压力空气向干燥塔倒流。
安装于干燥塔上端的出气连接体上。
5、电控器：机车空气压缩机的工况是随机变化的，当这些工况以电信号（通电，断电）的形式由控制线（VK）输入电控器后，经过电控器的逻辑处理，将变成有规律的“指令”输出，并通过电控阀来操纵干燥器上的机械动作，构成“电气—机械”控制系统，使两塔按一定的程序交替工作，并由左右指示灯分别显示。
6、加热元件：TAD系列干燥器加热元件采用新型半导体材料制作的板式加热元件。
该加热元件与电源直接相连，用手动开关控制，该加热板满功率加热时，电流约为0.8-1A，加热体达到45℃时；该加热材料只有维持电流小于0.03A，维持恒功率工作。
在环境温度高于5℃时，春、夏、秋三季应关断加热电源开关。
四、工作原理
TAD系列空气干燥器是由两个干燥塔交替工作的无热再生式除湿净化装置，其工作原理参见图2、气动原理图3。
当电控阀Ad处于失电状态而电控阀Bd处于得电状态时，进气阀左移，排气阀Bp开启，Ap关闭，此时，B塔进入再生状态。
A塔进入吸附状态，饱和湿空气由空压机进入进气阀座，湿空气经开放的进气阀A进入左边干燥塔，沿着箭头的流向，经过干燥器下部的高效离心式油水分离器时，除去较大的水滴、油滴及灰尘，然后通过吸附剂，经干燥后的干燥空气借助压力打开出气止回阀，干燥空气送向总风缸，出气止回阀的左右进气室有一小孔相连，经干燥塔A处理的净化空气有一部分经过小孔流向干燥塔B，从B筒上部流向吸附剂，吸收吸附剂内的水分（再生），并带着离心式油水分离器下部的水滴、油滴及尘埃由排气阀排出。
当B塔再生状态到设定时间时，电控器停止对电控阀Bd供电，这时两电控阀(Ad,Bd) 均处于失电状态，两排气阀亦处于关闭状态。
故A塔继续吸附而B 塔却停止再生。
A塔的干燥空气仍源源充入B塔，因B塔无气体排出使压力逐渐上升，B塔在这段时间处于“充气状态”，也就是柔性转换，然后电控器开始向Ad供电，A塔、B塔再生吸附相互转换，完成转换周期。
每一周期就改变左右干燥塔的干燥与再生。
如此循环，左右干燥塔将反复进行干燥和再生。
五、操作及注意事项
打开电源开关，接通控制电源，红色指示灯亮。
电磁阀手动杆确认在O位（关闭状态）。
正常工作时绿色指示灯亮。
当环境温度低于5℃时，打开加热电源开关，加热元件接通电源，黄色指示灯亮。
（当环境温度高于5℃时切记要关断加热电源开关。
）
当干燥器排气阀不能正常工作，出现大排风不止时，此时可以先关掉电控器电源开关。
如果切断电源后仍大排风时就应关闭排污口处的阀门（球阀），不影响机车正常运行（本方法是临时应急处理措施，到段后应报专业维修人员修理）。
该干燥器在工作时，偶尔有杂音，是由于气流通过时，油水分离器内的拉希格圈互相撞击的声音，属正常状态。
注意非特殊情况下，只允许专业人员对干燥器进行维护和检修。
为了能正确对空气干燥器进行专业修理或者排除故障必须熟悉空气干燥器，且必须定期对它进行功能检查，检查风缸积水情况，排泄口排泄是否正常。
在良好的条件正常运转下，吸附剂寿命在五年以内。
但按规定机车在进行大修时应更换吸附剂。
如果因为灰尘，油造成严重污染，吸附剂需要比计划提前更换。
建议使用我公司提供的吸附剂否则无法保证干燥器的工作质量。
如果由于干燥器的不正常工作，使得吸附剂饱和，此情况下不需要更换吸附剂，当空气干燥器重新正常工作后，吸附剂能自动再生，当在排泄口形成白色沉淀时，就必须更换吸附剂。
