表板上有压痕 、伤痕 、擦伤或腐蚀 ,但没有穿孔或裂纹。有损伤,但另一层板无损伤。 有贯穿厚度的洞孔和损伤,两表板和夹心均有损伤。 大面积损伤,不作修补,需更换整个夹层件或组件。

复合材料修补应遵循的原则
一. 修理时,必须按照“检查修理流程图”中规定的步骤进行,否则被视为未经批准的, 违反条例的修理。 二. 如果所进行的修理超出了《结构修理手册》中规定的范围,则在修理前,应先将修理 方案报请部件原设计部门批准。 三. 在修理时,修理材料必须与该部件原来的材料相匹配,即:1、只能用碳纤维材料修 理碳纤维结构;2、只能用玻璃纤维材料修理玻璃纤维结构和芳纶结构。 四. 修补层的铺层顺序与原结构的铺层顺序相一致,其铺层数比原结构铺层数至少要多一 层。这一附加铺层方向一般为45度。 五. 修理区的胶接面应加工成斜面或台阶。斜面的坡度应不大于1/18,台阶的宽度应不小 于12mm。 六. 修理时的固化温度不得超过该部件制造时的固化温度。 七. 修理层(湿法铺贴铺层或胶膜加预浸料铺层)固化时,应施加真空压力。 八. 当修复面积较大的损伤时,应使用局部或整体模具,以恢复部件原有的结构外形和气 动表面。 九. 复合材料结构在制造时的固化温度下重复加热次数不得超过5次,否则,将会降低结 构的强度和耐久性能。
复合材料修理新技术
复合材料修理新技术
复合材料修理新技术有离线修复和在线修复两种。
其中,离线修复以补焊、刷镀、喷涂为代表,应用较广泛,但缺点是停机时间长、综合费用高、劳动强度大。
在线修复以高分子复合材料为代表,优势是免拆卸免机加工,无补焊热应力也不受修复厚度制约,材料具备一定的退让性,可以吸收设备冲击振动,避免二次磨损。
以福世蓝2211F材料为例,复合材料对辊压机轴在线修复的工艺说明如下:
1. 表面处理:去除辊压机前后轴肩表面、轴承位表面、轴承内圈表面污物和高点;去除所有螺栓孔和压盘通孔边缘的毛刺。
使用砂轮片将磨损部门打磨出金属原色。
2. 确定定位点:轴径磨损位置加定位点,高度略高于单边磨损量。
以样板尺为基准,使用磨光机、锉刀等工具进行修磨,使其高度与单边磨损尺寸接近一致。
3. 空试轴承:安装轴承,并用压盘紧固轴承,紧固压盘螺栓过程中保持较小预紧力,并测量同心度和垂直度,精度误差小于0.2mm。
4. 清洗表面:使用无水乙醇清洗轴承位表面和轴承内圈表面,轴承内圈表面涂刷803脱模剂。
5. 涂抹材料:将调和均匀的福世蓝高分子复合材料直接涂抹修复表面,并保证高分子材料的填充效果,然后用刮板均匀涂抹,厚度略高于支撑点高度。
6. 尺寸恢复:安装轴承,均匀紧固压盘,留下足够预紧量。
7. 固化:自然固化6-12小时后拆除压盘和轴承,并去除多余材料。
8. 再次涂抹材料:使用砂带打磨修复后材料表面生成的釉面及脱模剂,清洗干净后,再调和金属修复材料涂抹至整个轴承位的表面。
9. 安装:快速安装轴承,整个安装紧固过程。

粘接固定:将被粘接表面清洗干燥后,用聚胺脂类胶或压敏胶均匀涂在需粘接处,放上 导轨板及对磨件,加压固化。或采用带有精度的双面胶带固定,将更为方便快捷。
b 螺钉固定:用铜埋头螺钉(一般采用 M4 )固定,螺钉面应低于导轨板工作面 0.20 mm )。

(五) JH1 型自润滑复合材料轴套的安装注意事项
1 轴套座孔及轴颈尺寸公差的选择,可按轴套标准系列表中的推荐值选取。特殊环境可由 试验来决定其合理间隙。
2 当要求在较长的轴套座孔中装入两个轴套时,两轴套其接缝处应在同一方向上,且两轴 套之间应留有 1 ~ 2 mm 的间隙。
3 在安装轴套时,应避免轴套的接缝处在承受最大负荷的方向。 4 轴套座孔的表面粗糙度要小于 Ra 1.6μm。轴套座孔的压入端面应按 T × 20。倒角,并

一复合材料系统管道补强原理
(一)管道补强原理
“管道补强”是通过某种手段对管道进行修复,以起到增加管道强度、恢复管道安全运
行的目的。
为了对缺陷进行修复,一般采用焊接、夹具和复合材料三大类型的方法进行
修复。
复合材料修复技术具有“不动火&不停输”的优点,在过去的 10 年内逐步兴起,
在管道缺陷修复中得到越来越多的应用。
通过对管道进行复合材料修复补强,可以起到如下三种主要作用(根据 ASME 做出的定义):
(一) 降低缺陷处的应力
(二) 降低缺陷处的应变
(三) 恢复管道的承压能力
复合材料修复技术利用树脂基纤维增强复合材料在管道外形成复合材料修补层,分担管
道承受的载荷,降低管壁的应力并且限制管道缺陷处的应力集中,从而达到对管道补强
的目的,恢复管道的正常承压能力。
碳纤维复合材料为补强层,修复后,补强层上产生了一定的应力,补强层起到了为管壁分担的内压的作用,这样就降低了管壁和处承受的应力,降低了管道的风险,达到修复补强的目的。
(二)补丁修复原理
“补丁修复”这是一种区别于管道修复中采用的“补焊”、“补板”等“打补丁”的办法的一种新型的无需动火的复合材料补丁技术,直接粘贴于待修复区域,起到止漏、补强的作用。
其技术特点是:
1. 对结构平面内强度补强效果好。
2. 耐受内压,可修复有泄漏的储罐结构。
3. 热膨胀系数与钢极为接近,服役寿命长。
4. 无需动火。
与传统的手糊玻璃钢修补方法相比:1.增加了特殊的真空辅助工艺,使得界面粘结力大为提高,耐受内压,可修复有泄漏的储罐结构;2.热膨胀系数与钢接近,服役寿命长。

“固化条件”是指环氧树脂基体的固化条件,使用时请严格按照说明书操作。
切勿超出限制条件使用。
