Mounting kits with drive yoke (see drawing), or slotted lever arm, bracket, fasteners and other stainless steel hardware fit over 2000 popular valves and actuators. A high strength spring tempered stainless steel drive yoke/coupling is tailored to fit securely to a specific valve or actuator stem. There is no slippage or binding. No special alignment fixtures are required due to switch offset design and yoke to stem engagement that makes installation a “snap”. Each kit is specially designed for a particular valve or actuator, making field mounting simple with standard tools. Please specify make and model of valve or actuator on order. Mounting kits can be used interchangeably with all models since external mounting features are identical. Rotary valves utilize direct drive couplings and a slotted lever drive is used with linear valves. Lever drives convert linear motion to rotary. Its bipolar analog input range extends from ±1.25 V, ±2.5 V, ±5 V,to ±10 V. The DAQP-308 is also equipped with two 12-bit D/A output channels. The outputs can beupdated individually when writing to the corresponding D/A port, or simultaneously when asynchronization signal comes. The DAQP-308 has a 2 K data FIFO which will significantly reduce CPU overhead and a scan FIFO of 2048entries, each of which can be specified for an input channel and its associated gain. It has aselectable scan speed of 10 µs to 40 µs per channel. Data acquisition may be initiated by a trigger signal or by using the DAQP-308’s pre-trigger capability. The DAQP-308has a 24-bit auto-reload pacer clock which generates accurate sampling rates from 0.006 Hz to 100 kHz using an internal or external clock source. The pacer clock is actually a 24-bit auto-reload frequency divider. It contains a 24-bit divisor register, a 24-bit counter, and internal clock pre-scaler and a clock source multiplexer. The DAPQ-308 also has a 16-bit counter/timer with an auto-reload and readout latch which provides independent timing for the D/A channels, and operates with internal or external clock source and gate controls. The DAQP-308 includes OMEGA’s DAQDRIVE software driver andDaqEZ user friendly data acquisitionapplication software package. All necessary software is included to install and configure the DAQP-308for use with Windows 95/98/NT/2000.SignalConditioning/ExpansionThe DAQP-208 is compatible with the SignalPro line of signal conditioners. These signalconditioners allow the DAQP-308 to read most process sensors and provides channel expansion up to 256 inputs. See the H section of the handbook for detailed information on the SignalPro line.SoftwareOS Support:Windows 95/98/NT/2000. DAQDRIVEsoftware drivers support numerous Windows programming languages, including Microsoft C/C++, Visual Basic 5.0, Borland C/C++. As part of the DAQDRIVE package, drivers are also included for third-party software packages including Dasylab and LabVIEW. Forimplementing a fully integrated data acquisition system, OMEGA’s DaqEZ user friendly applicationsoftware package is included FREE,and will in many cases be all that is needed.D1-33$795Basic SystemDAQP-308 16 Bit A/D and 12 Bit D/APCMCIA Data Acquisition AdaptorUSAD1ANALOG INPUT AND MULTI-FUNCTION CARDSon CD ROM.O rdering Example:DAQP-308 and UIO-37terminal strip and OMEGACARE SM 1-yearextended warranty for DAQP-308, (adds 1 year to standard 1-year warranty),$795 + 110 + 86 = $991D1-34SpecificationsANALOG INPUTResolution:16-BitNumber of Channels:4 differential/ 8 single-ended, expandable to128 with SignalPro SeriesInput Range:±10, ±5, ±2.5,±1.25 voltsMax Overvoltage:±30 voltsInput Impedance: 100MΩProgrammable Gains: 1,2,4,8Data FIFO:2KScan FIFO:2048 entriesSampling Rate:0.006Hz-100kHz(with internal clock)Trigger Source:internal (software)or external (TTL, analog)Trigger Mode:continuous/ one-shotPre-trigger Capacity: programmable,up to the data FIFO depthTTL Trigger:0.8V(low)/2.2V(high),rising/falling edgesAnalog Trigger:threshold set in fullA/D input range (+10V) rising/fallingdirections, 10 mV hysteresisExternal Clock Rate:DC-5MHzIntegral Linearity Error: +3 LSBDifferential Linearity Error:+3/-2 LSBFull Scale Error:+0.5%Aperture Delay:40 nsANALOG OUTPUTResolution:12 bitNumber of Channels: 2 single endedOutput Range:±5 volts (bipolar)Maximum Update Rate:100kHz(10ms)DC Output Impedance:0.5Ω(typical)Output Current:±2 mARelative Accuracy:+1 LSB maxBipolar Zero Error:+7 LSB maxDifferential Nonlinearity:+1 LSBmaxFull Scale Error:+7 LSB maxCOUNTER/TIMERWord Length:16-Bit, auto-reloadand read latchClock Source:internal (1 MHz)/external (DC-5 MHz)External Clock Input:TTL, pulsewidth > 100 ns, frequency < 5 MHzDIGITAL I/ODigital Input Channels:4 unlatchedDigital Output Channels:4 latchedMaximum Source Current:0.5 mAMaximum Sinking Current:2.5 mAminimum logic ‘1’ level: 2.4 Vmaximum logic ‘0’ level: 0.8 VPower Consumption:210 mA@5 V (full powered mode)70 mA @ 5V (powered down mode)DaqEZ SoftwareCANADA www.omega.ca Laval(Quebec) 1-800-TC-OMEGA UNITED KINGDOM www. 质量保证部QA:对该标准操作规程的执行情况进行监督检查。
3 内容3.1 前进流检测3.1.1 加压达到设定的检测压力。
Palltronic Flowstar XC

The RT9026 possesses a high speed operating amplifier that provides fast load transient response and only requires a 10μF ceramic input capacitor and two 10μF ceramic output capacitor.VTTREF RegulatorVTTREF is a reference output voltage with source/sink current capability up to 10mA. To ensure stable operation 0.1μF ceramic capacitor between VTTREF and GND is recommended.S3, S5 Logic ControlThe S3 and S5 terminals should be connected to SLP_S3and SLP_S5 signals respectively. Both VTTREF and VTT are turned on at normal state (S3 = High, S5 = High). In standby state (S3 = Low, S5 = High) VTTREF is kept alive while VTT is turned off and left high impedance. Both VTT and VTTREF outputs are turned off and discharged to ground through internal MOSFETs during shutdown state (S5 = low).Capacitor SelectionGood bypassing is recommended from VLDOIN to GND to help improve AC performance. A 10μF or greater input capacitor located as close as possible to the IC is recommended. The input capacitor must be located at a distance of less than 0.5 inches from the VLDOIN pin of the IC.Adding a ceramic capacitor 1μF close to the VIN pin and it should be kept away from any parasitic impedance from the supply power.Thermal ConsiderationsFor continuous operation, do not exceed absolute maximum operation junction temperature. The maximum power dissipation depends on the thermal resistance of IC package, PCB layout, the rate of surroundings airflow and temperature difference between junction to ambient. The maximum power dissipation can be calculated by following formula :P D(MAX) = ( T J(MAX) − T A ) / θJAWhere T J(MAX) is the maximum operation junction temperature, T A is the ambient temperature and the θJA is the junction to ambient thermal resistance. For recommended operating conditions specification of the RT9026, the maximum junction temperature is 125°C.The junction to ambient thermal resistance θJA is layout dependent. The thermal resistance θJA for WDFN-10L 3x3is 70°C/W, for SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) is 75°C/W and for MSOP-10 (Exposed Pad) is 86°C/W on the standard JEDEC 51-7 four layers thermal test board. The maximum power dissipation at T A = 25°C can be calculated by following formula :P D(MAX) = (125°C − 25°C) / (70°C/W) = 1.429W for WDFN-10L 3x3 packagesP D(MAX) = (125°C − 25°C) / (75°C/W) = 1.333W for SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) packagesP D(MAX) = (125°C − 25°C) / (86°C/W) = 1.163W for MSOP-10 (Exposed Pad) packagesThe maximum power dissipation depends on operating ambient temperature for fixed T J(MAX) and thermal resistance θJA . For RT9026 packages, the Figure 3 of derating curves allows the designer to see the effect of rising ambient temperature on the maximum power allowed.Table 2. S3 and S5 ControlFor stable operatio n, the total capacitance of the cerarnic capcitor at the VTT output terminal must not be larger than 30μF. The RT9026 is designed sp ecifically to work with low ESR ceramic output capacitor in space saving and performance consideration. Larger output capacitance can reduce the noise and improve load transient response, stability and PSRR. The output capacitor should be located near the VTT output terminal pin as close as possible.Outline DimensionHM(Bottom of Package)8-Lead SOP (Exposed Pad) Plastic PackageInformation that is provided by Richtek Technology Corporation is believed to be accurate and reliable.
