除湿机控制器功能说明书1 总技术要求采用单压缩机，风扇单、双档风速控制，采用毛细管节流。
具有各种保护及显示功能。
1.1 工作电压：单相交流220VAC/50Hz；1.2 输入功率（W）：视能力而定；1.3 除湿量：取决于系统；1.4 功能：除湿及除霜；1.5 保护功能：符合本控制方案的要求；1.6 安全要求：符合GB4706.32-1996；1.7 EMC要求：符合GB4343.2-99及有关家电产品的IEC标准。
2 操作面板2．1 除湿机的操作面板由一个LCD液晶屏、指示灯（红/绿色）和五个按键组成（如下图）。
（ADJUSTMENT）“调节”（MENU）键，注：五个按键，从左到右分别为“电源“（POWER）键，“菜单”键，“开始/停止除湿”（START/STOP）键，“水泵开/关”（PURGING）键。

3 操作3．1 参数设定内容，见下表。

PNEUDRI干燥机不能靠墙安装;16. 没有中线,加热再生式DH型不能通电;17. 没有合适的前后置过滤器不要安装干燥机18. 多台干燥机并联安装时,中心距不要低于500mm(否则仪表箱不能打开);19. 多台干燥机并联安装时,进气集气总管不能采用叉型结构.二、系统配置1. 确保系统的压缩空气流量不得大于干燥机额定处理理(偶然峰值也不能超过);2. 干燥机的处理量与压缩机排气量一致,而储气罐储存了一定容积的压缩空气,因此,系统的容积流量有可能超过压缩机的排气量,干燥机存在超负荷;3. 为避免干燥机超负荷,在出口软管里安装流量控制装置(FCD)当压差高时,表示干燥机处于超负荷状态;4. 理想的配置是干燥机前后均安装储气罐,干燥机应牢固地安装在适合的结构、平整的水平地面或者没有振动的基础上,用螺栓通过安装架与基础牢固地连接;三、系统安装安装干燥机的地方,环境尽可能的干净,环境温度不要超过干燥机最高工作温度,拆去干燥机进排气口的防尘盖,将压缩空气进气管和排气管分别与干燥机的进排气口相连,干燥机前后置过滤器安装位置应正确,箭头指向与干燥机气流方向一致;四、操作A).开机程序1. 合上外部电源开关;2. 确认进排气切断阀均关闭;3. 确认进气集气管内的冷凝水全部排放干净;4. 慢慢打开进气切断阀直至全开位置;5. 干燥机完全充压后,二侧工作腔压力表之一显示与进气相同压力,此时凸轮定时器开始工作;6. 打开排气切断阀;7. 压力表指示干燥机运行状况,再生腔压力为0,工作腔压力表指示为系统压力;8. 干燥机运行循环开始于腔A侧或腔B侧,并保持系统压力;9. 干燥循环将要结束时,二侧腔体压力相同,表明在干燥机切换前,再生腔已充压完毕,等待切换;10. 运行继续进行,真至执行停机程序;B).停机程序1. 慢慢关闭排气切断阀,再关闭进气切断阀;2. 等待干燥机泄压(可有压力表指示);3. 在排气室内可能会保持一定的压力,对干燥机进行维护以前,可打开后置过滤器的排污阀不释放此压力;4. 关闭电源开关.五、维护1. 检查干燥机及其系统是否漏气;2. 打开干燥机底部的放水阀,排尽可能能带进的水分3. 湿度监测试纸;4. 检查进滤器指示计和自动排污阀功能5. 检查排放消声器,当压差达350mbar,或者已使用一年,应更换排放消声器;6. 检查进排气过滤器,当压差达350mbar或者已使用一年,应更换进排气过滤器;。

该玻璃虽经钢化，具有较强的抗振抗冲击性能,但在操作过程中,仍应避免其遭受猛力冲击及锐器刻划、敲击等，以免损坏。
2、本机所配风机具有单向强力抽取热风性能,进而实现与织物进行热交换的过程，首次使用时，应观察排风口气流情况，若开机后排风口无较强气流逸出,则需要将所接电源三根相线(A、Ｂ、Ｃ）任意两相予以对调即可。
三、工业烘干机的维护与保养1、经常打扫周围环境,清除散热器上面的杂物和下部风道抽屉内过滤网上的毛绒等杂物。
2、经常检查传动系统及其运转情况，适时调节三角胶带的张力。

烘 箱 操 作 指 导 书一、设备操作1.开机前检查：a.蒸汽管阀门是否关闭，是否有泄漏现象；疏水阀是否正常。
b.电磁阀是否正常动作；各排风机/控制开关及温度显示仪/电压（380V）是否正常。
c.进出风口是否顺畅，过滤网是否洁净；如堵塞要用高压气管吹干净。
2.启动流程：a.换热器排水预热：先关闭电磁阀电源（或设定烘干温度值多倍于常温值，电磁阀也会自动关闭），全开疏水阀之旁通阀，渐开蒸汽管手动进汽阀，观察疏水阀旁通管出水情况，待管道没有水流只有蒸汽喷出时，预热完成这时全部关闭蒸汽手动阀及输水旁通阀。
b.根据产品要求，设定烘干温度值，电磁阀送电应听见电磁阀开启声音（会响“咔”的一声）。
依次开启风机，指示灯亮，观察仪表及观察风机是否转动。
这时各温度仪数值应平衡缓慢上升。
c.观察湿度仪，待进风口和出风口湿度仪差值接近最大时开启排风机。
相应调整排风口挡风板开启度（详见后述）d.根据产品工艺指导书参数，调整电磁阀控制温度值，按需要间隔调整进风口风机开启数及排风口挡板开启度。
e.全程均要及时准确记录。
实验时取样建议每半小时从烘箱两端取样测试记录温度/湿度/含水率。
3.结束：a.观察记录产品烤干情况，测试干燥度。
对烤干不正常区域作记录。
b.依据烤干不正常区域记录，调整烘箱内部各调节封板间距，如果温度过高则调小封板间距，反之调大间距。
c.关闭全部电源。
清洁保养设备。
二、烘箱原理应用分析：a.该烘箱为非标隧道封闭式热风循环烘箱，尺寸：2300×12000×2000。
循环风机12只*3KW，排风机一只。
b.供热方式为蒸汽源换热器6套。
烘箱内可置烘车层架（每架规格：710×950×1510）共可排两列共24架。
c.烘干过程，温度和湿度的变化关系：初升温各温度仪值上升，湿度仪差值变大（约20~30min），这时排风口挡板先关闭，以节约能源，待湿度仪差值接近最大再同期逐渐打开至全开。

适用范围：适用于本公司进料检验课测试电解纸的密度、水份。
目的：使检验人员能正确使用，以确保测试结果的精确。
内容方法：
1.操作方法
1.1打开干燥器的上盖。
1.2放入需测试的电解纸样片。
1.3盖好干燥器的上盖。
1.4插上电源线。
1.5等电解纸干燥2个小时后取出，称量电解纸的重量。
2.点检方法:
干燥瓶点检要点：每天上班后，仪器使用者应及时点检确认。
2.1查看仪器是否正常,是否通电。
2.2干燥瓶上的灰尘应及时擦干净。
2.3使用者应该轻拿轻放避免损害仪器。

5、作业内容
5.1操作说明：
5.1.1开机步骤:
▼接通冷却水；确认水是否循环。
▼打开主电源开关(顺时针方向旋转)。
电源指示灯亮；
▼打开系统运行开关；
▼根据塑料的种类来设定适当的干燥温度(通过按温控器上的“上调键”与“下调键”来设定温度值)。
温度设定值在0～200℃内，若温度设定过低,达不到干燥效果，温度设定过高，会引起原料结块：温控器上面区域显示实际温度值，下面区域显示设定温度值；
▼再生温度设定，旋转温度控制器旋钮，使红色线指到要调整的相应刻度即可；
出厂时巳设定好，一般不需调整H5为180℃。
5.1.2关机步骤：
▼关闭系统运行开关；
▼等待3分钟，风机停止运转。
风车的运转方向必须正确；
▼逆时针方向关闭主电源开关。
注意：主电源开关处在“ON”位置时,有触电危险；
非紧急情况，禁止直接关主电源开关立即关机，那样只会缩短机器的寿命；
温控器参数出厂时已经设定好，非特殊情况，请勿再变动其它参数。
5.2维护与保养：
