Product scopeEVAPORATORSIn evaporator duties, a brazed plate heat exchanger (BHE) can be optimized by vary-ing the channel plate characteristics and adding a distribution system. The distribution system provides a uniform distribution of the refrigerant throughout the heat exchanger. This ensures high performance and stable superheating under variable conditions.Though designed to operate with typical heat fluxes, Alfa Laval’s distribution systems can be adapted to higher and lower heat-flux conditions as well.CONDENSERSAlfa Laval offers a range of BHEs optimized as condensers. 随着燃油加工技术的提高和经济性的要求,船舶实际补给的燃油质量越来越差,其比重接近甚至达到了传统净油机的处理极限值:991 kg/m³@15℃。
我们知道,对于比重不同的燃油,传统净油机必须选用正确尺寸的比重环来获得合适的油水界面位置才能达到良好的分离效果,而随着燃油比重的增加,仅靠改变比重环尺寸调节界面位置就愈加困难,因为影响界面位置的因素除了密度外,还有燃油黏度、流量和温度等。
当燃油比重超过960 kg/m³时,界面位置对上述参数的敏感度就大大增加(如图:1)。
上述任何因素的扰动都可能使界面偏离正常位置,实际上净油机这时已经难以保证有效净化了。
因此传统净油机在处理这部分燃油时显得力不从心,从而使高密度燃油的使用受到了限制。
在这种情况下,基于ALCAP技术(ALCAP的说明见附注)开发的,拥有多项专利技术和最新设计理念的ALFA LAVAL S系列净油机应运而生,该机型是ALFA LAVAL 公司新开发的可用于燃油和润滑油净化的全自动单级碟片式离心分离系统,是主要处理高密度燃油的新一代产品。
而专门处理润滑油和柴油等低密度油料的是在S净油机技术平台上开发的P系列净油机。
S 净油机是进入分离程序后,气动三通阀动作,油料经进口管引入分油机,(如图3)在分离筒内燃油中不同比重的成分由于高速旋转产生的离心力在水平方向产生分离。

首先介绍了“育鲲”轮主机燃油系统中供给单元的构成、工作过程和操作管理,再重点分析了其中自清滤器的构成和工作原理,并结合工作原理分析了其具体工作过程和维护管理。
最后针对“育鲲”轮主机燃油供给单元自清滤器出现的故障现象,依据工作原理分析了故障原因,排除故障并提出了管理中的相关建议。
关键词:主机燃油供给单元自清滤器工作原理故障建议AbstractWith the extensive use of the inferior quality fuel on board ships,fuel purification equipment must be equipped on board, in addition to well-known oil separator, each filter in the fuel system is also essential auxiliary part.There are three basic units in a complete marine diesel engine fuel system, n amely: the fuel’s loading, storage, transportation unit, fuel purification unit, fuel supply unit.These three units all have filters, which filtrate and purify the fuel in turn to gradually achieve the requirements of diesel engine.This thesis describes the automatic back-flushing filter in the “YU KUN” ship’s M/E F.O. supply unit, which is the last filtration before the fuel enters the diesel engine, so it is very critical. If the filtration is inappropriate, the fuel that does not meet the requirements will damage the coupled parts in the M/E fuel injection system, which would seriously affect the performance of the diesel engine. Firstly, introduce the constitution, working processes and operational management of the “YU KUN” ship’s M/E F.O. supply unit, then focus on the analysis of the constitution and working principle of the automatic back-flushing filter in this unit, and combined with working principle, we can analyse its specific work processes and maintenance management. 言
Alfa- laval- S 型分油机采用 了功能强大的智 能 EPC- 50 控制系统代替了传统的 FOPX 型的 EPC - 400 控制 系统, 并 在结构上 采取了一 系列的改 进, 使得分油机在使用中更加安全简便 , 所以越来 越受到船员的欢迎。最近几年建造的船舶, 特别是 远洋船舶使用 S 型分油机的比例很高。笔者这几年 在管理 S 型分油机过程中 , 遇到了一些在传统分油 机上未曾见到的故障 , 写出来与同行探讨。

此时的密封水在高速转动的分油机内产生离心力 , 并通过分离筒内的导水孔分成两路进入水腔。一路 进入由固定环和操作滑环组成的密封水腔 1, 在离 心力的作用下, 密封水产生向上的水动力压头 F1, 在力 F1 的作用下操作滑环被顶起, 操作滑环上的 三个塑料堵头正好把分离筒底部 的三个泄放孔封 住, 这样分离筒底部与滑动底盘就形成了密封水腔 2; 密封水的另一路通过导 水孔进入水腔 2, 同样 在离心力的作用下, 密封水形成向上的水动力压头 F2, 在力 F2 的作用下 , 活 动底盘变形向 上运动 , 并与分离筒上盖形 成密封 , 组 成了分 离油腔。在 EPC- 50 的控 制下, SV10 打开进水 封水, 然后打 开进油阀进行分油[ 3] 。 ( 2) 分油过程 分油机在分油过程中 , 水腔 1 和水腔 2 中的密 封水会有所消耗 , 如不定时补充, 操作滑环就会失 去力 F1 的支撑而往下掉 , 从而造成活动底盘打开 排渣口, 即出现跑油现象。为了避免这种情况的发 生, EPC- 50 控制系统会控制补偿水阀 SV16 每隔 几分钟打开一秒 , 以达到对密封水的补偿作用。如 果补偿的水有过量, 多余的水将通过操作滑环上的 喷嘴在离心力的作用下排出分离筒。 ( 3) 排渣过程 分油机在一个设定的分油时间结束后需进行排 渣。在 EPC- 50 控制下 , 先关进油阀, 然后打开 SV10 进置换水赶油, 再控制开启水电磁阀 SV15 打 开五秒, 此时开启水进入由分离筒底部与操作滑环 组成的水腔 3。由于开启水流量远远大于喷嘴的泄 放量, 所以开启水很快就充满水腔 3, 在离心力的 作用下形成向下的力 F3, 且力 F3 要大于力 F1, 这 样操作滑环就向下运动 , 带动三个塑料堵头下行 , 打开了分离筒本体的三个泄放孔, 使得水腔 2 中的 密封水通过三个泄放孔排出 , 活动底盘失去力 F2 的支撑 , 在自 身弹力的作用下打 开排渣口进行排 渣。

In partnership with MAN Energy Solutions, the Alfa Laval Fuel Conditioning Module (FCM) LPG has undergone successful tests with the first two-stroke, high-pressure marine engine to use LPG as fuel – and has been evaluated for use with ammonia.The competitiveness of LPG as a fuel is increasing. Not only does LPG virtually eliminate sulphur emissions, it has a lower cost than many other fuels and is easily available worldwide. For these reasons and others, MAN Energy Solutions has developed the new LPG-fuelled MAN B&W ME-LGIP marine engine. Alfa Laval, having successfully provided fuel boosters for the first methanol-fuelled chemical tankers, was selected as the ideal partner to develop, supply and test the engine’s low-flashpoint fuel supply system (LFSS).“Given our previous work with MAN Energy Solutions in the area of low-flashpoint fuels, we were well acquainted with the specific challenges involved,” says Roberto Comelli, Global Sales Manager Fuel Conditioning Systems at Alfa Laval. “Naturally, we were eager to continue our partnership and to build on the positive experience with methanol.”A high-performance booster with cutting-edge automationThe resulting booster system, the Alfa Laval Fuel Conditioning Module (FCM) LPG, is the first proven solution to provide LPG to a high-pressure combustion engine for marine applications. Compared to methanol, LPG must be pumped at a higher supply pressure in order to avoid phase changes and to deal with a wide composition spectrum. Alfa Laval designed the system not only for robustness, but also to function optimally under the full range of process conditions.To deliver LPG at the 53 barg pressure the engine requires, the FCM LPG incorporates new pumping technology and effective high-pressure heat exchange, which are built into low-pressure and high-pressure skids. The latter of these has a filtration stage comprising two independent chambers, which allows it to be serviced with the system in continuous operation – a setup derived directly from the booster experience with methanol. Equally critical is the new automation and control system, which matches the LPG flow to fluctuating engine load without unnecessary heat input from the pumping and flashing of light fractions in the LPG.“On board, the FCM LPG will be run from the engine control room by the same people who usually deal with traditional fuels and equipment,” says Comelli. “The FCM LPG automation safeguards engine performance offers the same ease of use found in other Alfa Laval products. That built-intelligence is key to reliability, efficiency and safety.”LPG recovery for economy and moreAn additional key feature of the FCM LPG is its LPG recovery function, which provides full liquid LPG recovery and partial LPG gas recovery when the engine or fuel valve train is purged. Recovering LPG rather than fully venting it to atmosphere is more than just economical.“Legally there is nothing that now prohibits occasional venting of LPG into the atmosphere,” says Comelli. “However, the relevant regulations and international guidelines make clear that venting of hydrocarbons should be avoided whenever possible. LPG is also heavier than air and does not disperse like LNG does, so it’s important to minimize the effects of unexpected venting event.”Confirmed performance and ammonia-ready designIn tests performed in Denmark at the MAN Energy Solutions Research Centre Copenhagen, the FCM LPG prototype has been shown to meet – and even exceed – the fuel supply requirements of the MAN B&W ME-LGIP engine. Tests with the fuel valve train and a simulated engine load began in Q2 2018, followed by online tests using the facility’s 4T50ME-X prototype engine in Q1 2019.“Both sets of test results verify the booster’s ramping functions and its ability to match the output pressure to our engine’s changing load,” says René Sejer Laursen, Promotion Managerat MAN Energy Solutions. “In fact, almost no influence from the engine load can be seen, which demonstrates the effectiveness of Alfa Laval’s automation and control.”“This was a testing phase not only for the FCM LPG, but also for the ME-LGIP engine design,” says Comelli. “For Alfa Laval, it was a privilege to test the very first LPG booster system on the first two-stroke marine engine to use LPG as fuel. 海水泵在自动控制方式下,在选择泵组投人运行时,如果 两台泵的容量相等,则控制装置将比较两台泵的运行时间 ,运行时间较短的泵将优先起动。ENCARD控制器自动实 现T1 、V1与冷却海水流量之间的参数匹配:避免海水泵的 频繁起停和淡水温度的大幅度振荡。如果低温淡水调节阀 控制旁通口开度V1的变化范围在0~5%之内,或者淡水温 度偏离设定值不超过0.5℃,则不需要对海水泵的流量进行 调节。增大海水流量时,系统将自动启动“冲洗”功能, 每隔2分钟顺序启动海水泵一次,冲洗沉淀在海水管路内的 污垢。“冲洗”功能可通过参数P12进行设置,P12=0,取 消该功能。

Alfa Laval 燃油供油单元简介
燃油供油单元采用的是瑞典Alfa Laval Tumba AB公司生产的FCM 1000/2000 Fuel Conditioning System、该装置是由EPC50B 控制屏(EPC50B Operators Panel)、双联供给油泵(Supply pumps)安全、阀(Pressure control valve) 、除气筒(Mixing tube with deaeration function) 、双联循环油泵(Circulation pumps) 、加热器(Heaters) 、自清滤器(Automatic/Manual filters) 、粘度控制单元(Viscorator) 、以及压力传感器(Pressure transmitter)和温度传感器(Temperayure sensor)等组成。
燃料油(或柴油)由燃油日用柜(或柴油日用柜)经三通转换阀进入双联滤器至供给泵,由供给泵供至除气筒,双联供给泵进出口管上安装一压力控制阀即安全阀,该阀在主机慢车或停车时起作用,确保供给油泵出口压力在安全范围内; 除气筒上部安装有一由液位控制的自动除气阀,当除气筒内气体达到一定量时液位浮子动作,自动除气电磁阀打开,除气筒内气体经由除气阀排至燃油日用柜,且当自动除气阀动作超过120秒时将发出警报。
燃油经除气筒至循环泵后进入由粘度控制的雾化加热器,加热温度由使用的燃油品质决定,通常#180燃料油粘度设定为11cSt,加热温度在130℃左右;#380燃料油粘度设定为14-15cSt,加热温度在145℃左右。
经过雾化加热后的燃油进入燃油自清滤器,该自清滤器为双联自清滤器,通过手动三通阀转换来选择使用A组或B组,同时在控制屏上将自清滤器选择开关置A组或B组(自清滤器转动马达选择开关),这时自清滤器开始投入使用;该装置安装有一压差报警器,当滤器进出口压差达到设定值(0.08Mpa)时自清滤器将会自动排放一次,同时发出警报,该自动泄放装置还可以遥控手动泄放;通常自清滤器设定为每小时自动泄放一次,另外自清滤器自动泄放阀还装有一旁通手动泄放阀,当自动泄放阀故障时可通过该旁通阀实现人工泄放.使用过程中每天应对自清滤器进行检查,遥控手动操纵自动泄放阀检查其泄放动作的可靠
性,同时检查自清滤器压差指示器是否正常,以决定是否转用另一组自清滤器及是否对该滤器进行拆清。
经过自清滤器后的燃油分二路:一路经过主机流量计去主机,另一路则经过电机流量计进入电机;在主机进回燃油管上和电动进回燃油管上均安装有一安全阀以确保进机燃油管压力在安全范围内,安全阀开启压力可根据实际情况手动设定:根据主机燃油正常使用时压力值(0.7-0.8Mpa)开启压力设定为0.88Mpa;根据电机燃油正常使用时压力值(0.5-0.7Mpa)开启压力设定为0.83Mpa;在燃油回油管路中,流经主机和电机后的燃油经过各自的回油流量计汇合在一起,一路经阀FCV25回除气筒,另一路经阀FCV24回HFO日用柜,在通常情况下阀FCV24处在常关状况下,这样就确保在供油单元使用DO时不至于DO回油回至HFO日用柜,保证使用DO时的正常消耗。
燃油转换:
一)D.O转H.F.O
1)预热H.F.O日用柜燃油温度至85-90℃;
2)降低主机负荷,主机慢车运行;
1)在控制板上按“HFO/DO”按钮,显示器显示“Change oil mode?”;
2)在控制板上按“+”表示“YES”;
3)人工将D.O/H.F.O转换阀手柄由“DO”位转至“HFO”位;
4)同时按“+”和“-”表示退出,燃油供油单元即转入粘度控制模式;

5)在时间允许条件下循环分离DO日用柜燃油,预热油温至50℃左右;

9)人工将D.O/H.F.O转换阀手柄由“HFO”位转至“DO”位;

从以上的转换过程来看,无论是DO转换至HFO还是HFO转换至DO均要求降低主机负荷,要求主机慢车运行;如此操作的目的主要是为了降低流经供油单元的燃油流量,减少进入供油单元转用燃油的燃油量,从而达到降低系统温度变化率的目的,确保系统在较长时间内使用混合油,使主机和电机高压油泵有较长时间适应转油后的温度变化,不至于高压油泵因转油后温度变化太大咬死,导致意外事故发生,因此该项操作过程在燃油转换过程中不可缺少,应引起重视。
