Ⅱ 门安装中的有关安全事项
工业快速门 MCP2 控制系统
主开关
当在门上工作时,电源必须是切断的! 为此目的,把主开关切换到“0”的位置上。当直接工作在门和可动部件的活动半径 以内时,这主开关必须用挂锁锁住,以防非专业和意外地切换。
″ 严格防止触及电气元件,特别是微处理器电路元件以及对静电敏感的元件,因为这能使这些元件 由于静电放电而损坏。
3. 电源
″ 在安装和投入使用中,防止事故,操作和安装等规程(例如 DIN VDE0100/0113/0160)都必须遵 守。
″ 连接、测试和维护这些工作,当控制器打开时只能在无电压情况下进行,特别是安全事项必须遵 守。
在“紧急停止”元件作用下,在显示板上出现信息 nA! 此信息在因紧急停止电路而使电源掉电时也显示。
保险丝管
控制器在安装现场上,必须用保险丝—参见技术说明。 5×20 细丝保险管装在印刷板上,共有三个: F1 1×250 mA 延时熔断式用于控制器板上原边保护。 F2 1×500 mA 延时熔断式用于紧急停止电路和电源保护电路(可逆接触器) F3 1×500 mA 延时熔断式用于外电路用 24V 直流电源上。

QX-RFMODA1-SFZ射频卡读写模块使用说明一.概述该模块用于读取二代身份证和M1卡的ID号,同时该模块还可以读写符合ISO14443 TYPE B标准的各种射频接口的卡片(AT88SC0104CRF系列,ST SR176系列,各型号的TYPE B接口的CPU卡,双界面卡等)。
模块与上位机之间可以使用多种接口连接(UART、SPI、TWI),方便用户使用。
二.特点●读取二代身份证ID,MIFARE 1 卡的ID号。
●兼容ISO 14443 TYPE B 1,2,3 协议。
●提供多种外部通讯接口,方便用户开发.●UART:通用异步通讯接口。
外接RS232芯片后可以方便的和PC机交换数据。
固定波特率:115200Bps●SPI:标准SPI硬件接口。
最高速率可以达到2.0MBps。
使用标准SPI接口的模式0进行通讯。
●TWI:通用两线协议,可以使用最少的I/O数量建立模块与上位机的连接。

一、工作原理:双导可控硅串接于电机的三相供电线路中,相位差检测电路,检测流过该相的电流与电压的相位差,产生一个正比于该相位差的电压信号,输出到信号调理电路,信号调理电路通过调节可变电位器的大小,提供一个动态可调的功率因数控制信号,输出到触发电路,这时触发电路产生控制脉冲信号,控制三个双导可控硅的导通角,向电机提供维持其驱动即时负载所必须的最低电压。
二、技术特点恒速节电技术采用闭环反馈系统进行优化控制,通过实时测量电动机的电压与电流波形,由于电动机为感性负载,其电流与电压波形通常存在相位差,该相位差的大小与其负载的大小有关。
恒速节电器将实际相位差与依据电动机特性的梦想相位差进行比较,并依此来控制可控硅整流桥触发角以给电动机提供优化的电流和电压,以便及时调整输入电机的功率,实现“所供即所需”。
恒速节电技术采用了可控硅半导体与集成芯片检测与控制触发系统来实现无触点开关功能,其检测和控制集成芯片的高速处理特性和的快速反应特点,使得恒速节电器装置能自动处理各种工况下的电动机动态特性,具有软启动、节能、优化运行及保护等特性:、软启动特性许多年来,全电压硬启动经常损坏电动机和设备,恒速节电器能检测电动机的负荷与提供给电动机的功率,在不减少启动力矩的前提下,恒速节电器仅提供给电动机启动过程中所需要的功率,且启动进度可在秒秒范围内根据需要设定,启动过程是平滑无级的。

Printed in U.S.A.MAINTENANCE MANUALRF MODULE TEST FIXTUREGENERALSTATIC HANDLING PRECAUTIONSThe modules being tested using the TQ-0650 contain Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) devices which are vul-nerable to damage from Electro-Static Discharge (ESD). As a result, extra care must be taken when handling or testing the devices, modules, or the assemblies in which they are used.To prevent damage from ESD, observe the following precautions:•Service the modules only at a static free work station or on a grounded mat.•Perform diagnostics to isolate a faulty assembly or component. Do not use canned coolant for fault isolation.•Discharge static voltage from your body by wearing a grounded antistatic wrist strap where possible.Where ground straps can not be used, touch a grounded item prior to handling a module.•Avoid touching any electrically conductive parts ofcircuit modules with your hands. When you must handle components, pick them up by the body and avoid touching the leads.•Do not remove static sensitive devices from their protective packaging until you are ready to install them. Ground the package, to dissipate any accu-mulated charge, prior to removing the component.•Ground all electrically powered test equipment.Ground test equipment leads prior to connecting to a circuit and connect the ground lead prior to con-necting the test probe. 我公司研制开发的FX系列智能化操作电源,是专为电力系统研发的新型“四遥”高频开关整流模块。
模块采用世界领先的“谐振电压型双环控制的谐振开关电源技术”,其特点是开关频率是从90K—40K之间随着负载增大而变化,真正实现了全负载范围内软开关技术,DC/DC 变换器控制信号是由谐振控制环路提供,与主回路实现谐振,电流波形为纯正弦波,谐波干扰极小,变压器损耗也小,没有更高的高频谐波。
具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、独家实现输入端最大谐波电流含有率≤21%及8项电磁兼容测试合格等显着特点。
二、系统性能特点●模块化设计,N+1热备份,可平滑扩容。
●监控功能完善,高智能化,采用大屏幕液晶汉字显示,声光告警。
●全智能设计,对系统的各组成部分:交流配电、整流模块、直流馈电实现全参数本地及远端监控;主要监控量有:模块的开/关机、充电方式、输出电压调节、输出限流点整定、双路交流自动切换、电池自动管理。
●监控系统配有标准RS—485接口,方便接入自动化系统,实现“四遥”及无人值守。
●对蓄电池自动管理及自动维护保养:实时监测蓄电池组的端电压,充、放电电流,自动控制均、浮充以及定期维护性均充。
●具有电池温度补偿功能。
●模块可带电插拔,更换安全方便。
三、模块的主要特点●效率高,模块效率可达到94%~95%。
●重量轻,220V/10A、110V/20A自冷模块仅为9kg。
●体积小220V/10A、110V/20A自冷模块外形尺寸仅为深329×高230×宽134mm。
●采用“三相无源功率因数校正电路”,输入无中线,功率因数可达。
●采用隔离自主均流,并机不均流度<±3%,可保证二十台以上模块良好并机。
●模块内置直流输出隔离二极管,用户无需外设。
●模块具有RS—485接口,122×32双行汉字液晶显示,键盘操作,人机界面友好,具有通信,数据显示,数据校准,均浮充转换,过流和故障报警等功能。
四、模块的主要功能1、保护功能● 输出过压保护:输出电压过高对用电设备会造成灾难性事故,为杜绝此类情况发生,我公司的智能高频模块内有过压保护电路,出现过压后模块自动锁死,相应模块故障指示灯亮,故障模块自动退出工作而不影响整个系统正常运行;过压保护点设为320V ±5V 或者160V ±3V 。
● 输出限流保护:每个模块的输出功率受到限制,输出电流不能无限增大,因此每个模块输出电流最大限制为额定输出电流的倍,如果超负荷,模块自动调低输出电压以保护模块。
● 短路保护:本模块采用回缩下垂限流方式,模块输出特性如图1-1,输出短路时模块在瞬间把输出电压拉低到零,限制短路电流在额定输出电流的15%以下,此时模块输出功率很小(几十瓦),以达到保护模块和用电设备的目的。
模块可长期工作在短路状态,不会损坏,排除故障后模块可自动恢复工作。
●模块并联保护:每个模块内部均有并联保护电路,绝对保证故障模块自动退出系统,而不影响其它正常模块工作。

●过温保护:过温保护主要是保护大功率变流器件,这些器件的结温和电流过载能力均有安全极限值,正常工作情况下,系统设计留有足够余量,在一些特殊环境下,如环境温度过高,模块检测散热器温度超过85℃时自动关机保护,温度降低到75℃时模块自动启动。
● 过流保护:过流保护主要保护大功率变流器件,在变流的每一个周期,如果通过电流超过器件承受电流,关闭功率器件,达到保护功率器件的目的。
过流保护可自动恢复。
2、测量功能:测量模块输出电压和电流以及模块的工作状态,并通过液晶屏显示,使用者可以直观方便的了解模块和系统工作状态。
3、故障报警功能:在模块出现故障时模块会发出声光报警,同时液晶屏上显示故障信息,用户能方便的对模块故障定位,便于及时排除故障。
4、设置功能 ●模块输出电压设置:通过液晶屏和按键设置模块的输出电压;根据设置的模块工作母线、模块充电状态、浮充电压、均充电压、控母输出电压等参数确定模块的输出电压。
● 无级限流:通过监控系统可在10% - 100%额定电流内任意设置限流点,限流点通过液晶屏和按键设置,根据模块母线设置、输出限流等参数确定模块输出限流。

5、校准功能●模块电压显示校准:通过液晶屏和按键校准模块电压显示;操作方法见“模块操作说明”。

●模块输出电压校准:通过液晶屏和按键校准模块输出电压;操作方法见“模块操作说明”。

6、通讯功能:模块通过RS-485和主监控之间通讯,主监控通过通讯实现模块参数设置,采集模块工作参数,控制模块工作状态。

备注:①未注明的端子为空,不接线。
②模块的上、下、左、右要求有良好的自然通风环境。
注意严禁将模块水平安装到系统上!模块热插拔设计对模块本身来说,模块不具备热插拔功能。
模块能够热插拔的条件是模块输出端串接隔离二极管,以防止系统母线上已经存在的电压对模块内未充电的大容量的电容充电,引起母线的瞬时短路和模块内部部分电路的瞬时过载,严重时甚至毁坏设备。
对正在工作中的模块进行插拔时,必须有严格的时间间隔。
原则是拔离的模块的输出电压完全下降到0V后才能再次插上,否则在重复插拔的过程中,将导致模块损坏。
注意同一充电模块在系统带电的情况下,相邻两次插拔时间间隔必须大于1分钟!模块电源配电设计为了方便充电模块的单个维护,模块交流输入进线处应分别设置单独的空气开关。
模块不应直接连接到系统交流母线上,推荐空开额定容量为16A。
4.均流通讯线设计电缆长度根据实际的设计柜体来选择。
电缆一般选择四芯屏蔽电缆,也可以选择非屏蔽电缆。
注意在选择多芯电缆时,对于多余的电缆请不要作任何连接,否则可能导致通讯质量的下降,造成通讯中断的故障。
四、操作说明A.键盘及显示说明--设置键——改变显示状态--光标键——移动光标--加减键——改变设置值,校准调节B.操作流程1、主界面(基本信息显示页):显示模块输出电压、电流、开/关机状态、均充、浮充状态。
开机后,模块进入主界面:(主界面与母线选择方式有关)若参数设定中,母线选择项设定为合母一段或合母二段,则显示图一,如果母线选择设定为控母电压则显示图二:“-”键则没有任何动作。
2、主菜单:主界面下按设置键进入主菜单(图三),移动光标选择所需要操作的项目,再次按设置键进入所选项,按“+”或“-”键则返回主界面。
