英语培训学校管理制度
为实现学员管理工作规范化、制度化,保证培训任务的顺利完成,特制定学员管理办法。
一、学员管理的指导思想
学员管理紧紧围绕实现培训目标来进行,从加强职业道德学习、专业理论知识培养和实践能力培养入手,使学员掌握一门专业技术的同时,拥有良好的职业道德意识。
二、学员管理的内容和方式
1、学员管理工作包括学习管理、生活管理、考试管理等。
重点是学习管理。
2、学员管理工作要从各班次学员的实际和特点出发,既要发挥管理职能部门的作用,又要充分发挥学员班委会的作用,引导学员自我管理、自我教育、自我服务。
3、在学校的统一领导下,办公室作为学员管理机构履行管理职能。
4、各任课老师具体负责班级的学习和其他各项活动的管理工作。
三、学习管理
1、学员到学校学习,要进行入学教育,明确入学目的,端正学习态度。
2、贯彻理论联系实际的教学方针,坚持以理论学习为主,注重实践操作,认真搞好自学。
3、课堂纪律
(1)学员上课保持安静,关闭通讯工具,在课堂上接打手机按规定扣分,不得随意出入教室或做其他任何有碍课堂秩序的事。
(2)在教室上课不吸烟,不随地吐痰,不乱扔纸屑,保持良好的课堂环境。
(3)任课老师要认真了解学员的听课情况,维持课堂秩序,检查学员的课堂笔记,督促学员完成作业。
4、学员要认真做好预习、听课、复习三步学习基本方法。
学习讨论和专题研讨中应畅所欲言,形成认真学习、积极探索、求真务实的风气。
5、学员成绩考核按照听说读写的要求进行,突出语言的工具性。
6、出勤管理
学员在校期间,应集中精力学习,如有下列情况之一者,可提出请假:
(1)因病需作短期休息的治疗者。
(2)个人或家庭有特殊事情者。
考勤管理由办公室负责。
要详细记载学员的出勤情况。
考勤要严格实行请销假制度。
并在学员出勤表上记载。
四、生活管理
1、以饱满的热情、进取的精神、认真的态度参加培训学习。
2、按时上课,不迟到、不早退,不无故缺席,因特殊情况不能参加者必须向办公室请假,待办公室人员批准并与家长取得联系后,方可离校。
3、专心听课,勤于思考,积极参加讨论和实践,认真作好课堂笔记,及时复习所学知识。
上课时,不讲话,不抽烟,不使用手机,不做与课堂无关的事情。
4、讲文明、讲卫生,不随地吐痰,不乱扔果皮纸屑、烟头等,不玷污、损坏墙壁和宣传标语。
每天轮流打扫教室、厕所等场所的卫生,保持地面干净。
5、节约水电,及时关电关水,做到人离灯熄水停。
6、爱护公共财产,及时关好门窗,借学校物件及时归还,损坏和遗失公共财物照价赔偿。
7、听从安排,服从管理,遵纪守法,道德高尚。
不打架斗殴,不聚众闹事,不赌博,不参与违法活动,若发现违反者,学校将进行批评教育和经济处罚,情节严重者,移送公安司法机关惩处。
8、加强安全防范,妥善保管个人财物,随时落好门锁。
注意人身生命安全,防止一切安全事故的发生。
