国美在线电子商务物流配送模式探析

摘要

随着我国电子商务的快速发展，我国出现了以淘宝、天猫等C2C电子商务平台、京东、苏宁以及国美为B2C电子商务平台，在很大程度上影响着我国电子商务的发展和进步，对我国电子商务的进一步发展起到了有效地推动。在电子商务发展过程中，信息化网络化发展、物流配送效率提高以及消费者网购水平提高等因素都是影响电子商务发展的重要因素，其中，物流配送在影响用户消费体验、提升用户重复购买率以及促进电子商务进一步发展等方面具有重要的影响。本文以国美在线电子商务物流配送模式为研究对象，着重探析当前我国电子商务物流配送常见的模式，分析当前国美在线在物流配送方面存在的一系列问题，针对当前国美在线在物流配送方面存在的问题，提出一系列解决问题的措施，进而为国美在线电子商务的进一步发展，提升用户消费的满意度等方面提供一定的帮助作用，也具有重要的理论和现实研究意义。

graduation practice, which directly affects the quality of it.This paper is based on the exisiting problems in graduation practice.Put forwardWith the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, our country appeared to Taobao and tmall, C2C e-commerce platform, Jingdong, Suning and Gome for B2C e-commerce platform, in a great extent affects the development and progress of the electronic commerce in our country, to effectively promote the further development of electronic commerce in our country. In the process of development of electronic commerce, information network development, logistics and distribution efficiency and consumer online shopping level increased factors are important factors affecting the development of electronic commerce. Among them, logistics and distribution in the influence of consumer experience, enhance the user repeat purchase rate and promote the further development of electronic commerce etc. has important influence. The Gome online e-commerce logistics distribution mode as the research object, focusing on analysis of current our country electronic commerce logistics distribution of common mode and analysis to a series of problems existing in logistics and distribution of the current Gome online, aiming at the problems of the current Gome online in terms of logistics and distribution in, put forward a series of measures to solve the problem and for the further development of Gome online e-commerce, enhance consumer satisfaction provide some help, but also has important theoretical and practical significance of the research.
