Body It contains your purpose to establish a business relationship and a brief introduction of your company. As this is a letter to establish business relations with other businessmen, you must give them a full reason why they may cooperate with you. 6. Complimentary close This part is like giving farewell to someone with a handshake, a pat on the shoulder, a wave of hand, or a kiss. 7.
