旅游景区演艺产业模式探究

——以宋城演艺九寨千古情为例

摘要：步入 21 世纪，全球景区演艺产业进入瓶颈阶段，各个国家在竞争激烈的世界演艺产业市场中艰难存活，本文从我国演艺行业的基本态势出发，以宋城演艺集团旗下九寨千古情为突破点，以宋城演艺集团的多种发展模式为基准,结合我国目前市场上出现的多种演艺发展方式为核心，利用产业经济学中“SCP模型”分析，并得出一定结论“我国旅游景区演艺产业形成了以企业化进程为核心特色产业链为运作方式，多元化产品的融合为发展方向的基本行业发展模式”。同时本文也通过从宋城演艺集团的产品模型为核心运用类比法、建模分析法及举例论证法，并结合印象系列等国内多种主流运营模式，论证了宋城演艺集团这种演艺企业模式在我国的演艺产业中的引领作用。

最后结合整个市场中景区演艺产业的状态，分析出目前我国景区演艺产业发展的主要风险点，提出自己的浅见，希望对景区演艺产业的发展有所帮助。

Abstract:Entering the 21st century, the global scenic arts industry has entered a bottleneck stage, and each country has struggled to survive in the highly competitive world performing arts industry market. This article starts from the basic situation of China's performing arts industry and takes the Jiuzhai Eternal Love of Songcheng Performing Arts Group as a breakthrough point. Based on the various development models of Songcheng Performing Arts Group, combined with the various forms of performing arts development in China's current market, using the "scp model" in industrial economics, and drawing certain conclusions, "China's tourism scenic spot performing industry It has formed a basic industry development model with the enterprise process as the core characteristic of the industrial chain as the operation mode and the integration of diversified products as the development direction.At the same time, this paper also demonstrates the performance model of Songcheng Performing Arts Group by using the product model of Songcheng Performing Arts Group as the core to apply analogy, modeling analysis and example argumentation, and combining various domestic mainstream operating modes such as Impression Series. Leading role in the performing arts industry in China.

Finally, combined with the state of the performing arts industry inthe whole market, the paper analyzes the main risk points of the development of the performing arts industry in China, and puts forward its own opinions, hoping to help the development of the performing arts industry in the scenic spot.
