识记三种基本的构词法:合成法、派生法和转化法。
【知识要点】
按照一定的语言规律创造新词的方法叫做构词法。英语 构词法主要有转化法、派生法、合成法等。
一、转化法
▪ 英语中,有的动词可作名词,有的形容词可作动词,这种把 一种词性用作另一种词性而词形不变的方法叫做转化法。
