职位职能:人事专员培训专员/助理/培训师
职位描述:
Training
1.联系培训老师、确定培训主题、内容与方式;
Contact with trainer to confirm training theme, content and method
2.协助编制培训教材,收集、提交有关背景材料,并对培训教材进行评估;
Assist to compile and evaluate training document and related background material
3.根据培训计划,做好培训日程安排和会务相关准备
Develop training schedule according to training plan and make related arrangement
4.开展培训效果的评估,提出改进意见;
Conduct training effect evaluation and put forward improvement;
5.建立员工培训时间、课程等信息档案,记录员工培训动态情况;
Establish staff training time and course and other information file to record staff training process
6.根据公司培训需求与外部培训公司接洽,对课程进行初步筛选,并向相关部门、个人提交外训建议; Contact with external training institute based on company training requirement and make initial selection for course and provide external training suggestion to related dept and employ;
7.评估员工职称状况,对于存在职称达不到岗位要求人员进行培训,以获取岗位所需职称要求.
Evaluate staff current position requirement, arrange training for those unqualified staff to meet with position requirement.

组织受理员工投诉和公司内部劳资纠纷
Handle complaints and internal disputes
协同人力资源部经理处理有关劳动争议
Support HR manager to solve labor disputes

§负责相关产品的市场调研和分析(客户拜访,产品分析,展览会,第三方报告等)
§根据调研结果制定市场及产品策略, 以完成相关产品线的中长期销售和利润目标
§与相关部门合作,领导新产品商业化进程
§制定和组织销售会议、产品演示、培训项目等活动以帮助销售团队提高效率,设计制作促销资料
§按需设计市场推广计划,监督执行情况并对结果进行评估;
§接受关于产品、促销活动、价格等内容的咨询,独立处理比较复杂的问题
§完成主管指派的其他工作。
1.制作有竞争力的技术方案,以赢得新载气项目,提高年度销售额
To prepare competitive technical solution, to win new CG project, increase annual sales
2.监控现有工厂损益情况,提出优化方案,以提高OI
To monitor P&L of existing plant, optimize the system to improve OI
3.跟踪并利用区域内二手设备信息,减少公司现金流
To monitor and relocate idle equipments in region, to reduce the cash flow
4.联系集团技术专家,学习并推广新产品
To connect with expert in globe group, to study and spread the new technology
5.收集相关信息,以建立新工厂需要的数据库
To gather the information to create the database for new plant reference.
6.灵活调整适应部门安排的其他工作职责

Responsibility
1.Assist HR Manager revise HR policy and Employee handbook according to China government updated labor policy and related ;
2.Be responsible for recruitment implementation ,include screen CV, conduct interview , coordinate with Hiring Manager , negotiate offer , complete the recruitment task on time ;
3.Be responsible for training implementation ,include training vendor development , training course deliver , training coordinate ;
4.Be responsible for employee relationship and communication ;
5.work with other HR peers to complete Performance appraisal ;
6.Report the HR issue or potential HR issue to HR Manager with professional advice ;
7.Be responsible for HR special project ;
8.finish HR related report with high quality and accuracy .
