基于UG的曲柄滑块机构参数化设计的运动学仿真

摘要

随着计算机技术的飞速发展,CAD已经广泛应用于零件设计和制造中,但一般的CAD软件都具有广而博的通用性,难以满足各类具体产品设计的需要,所以以通用CAD软件为基础,根据本单位的实际,进行不同程度的开发成为产品现代设计的重要内容。

连杆作为各种机械传动设备中的重要装置,具有压强小,磨损轻,易于加工和保证加工精度,以及能有本身几何形状保证运动副封闭等优点,有着非常广泛的应用前景。但其较难准确的实现任意预期运动规律,设计计算亦较繁复。为了提高设计效率,增加竞争优势,实现曲柄滑块机构的运动的精确建模显得尤为重要。

文运用三维实体造型软件UG,实现了曲柄连杆机构参数化精确建模。文中系统地研究了运用UG软件方程输入的方式建立曲柄滑块机构的三维参数化模型的过程。由于参数化曲柄连杆模型可按照驱动参数的变化发生相应改变,所以利用此模型进行曲柄连杆的重复性工作,从而极大地提高了分析效率,降低了成本
