6.每周考一考。 我校每周都会进行统一的周周清考试，统一 阅卷并及时反馈。目的是总结好的经验，并 帮助学生找出提升的空间。 每次批阅试题后，我们同组教师都要一起进 行横向纵向比较，对各班各类层次的学生进 行分析，分析考试的得与失，找出共同的知 识或技巧的疏漏，对各题型的得分失分的情 况进行详尽的分析，尤其是新增题型七选五 和短文改错。
会 让学生疲惫不堪，浪费大量的精力和时间， 从而费时多、收效低，所以要提高试题的针 对性和有效性。我们组内教师一般都会把要 给学生做的题先进行讨论，对现有的题目做 适当的删减和调整，精选题型，有目的有选 择性地训练，切忌难，偏，怪。
对于做题时出现的问题，教师做好归纳总 结，从中发现问题的异同，归纳出普遍性， 从而真正解决学生存在的问题；学生要整 理好错题集以备再复习。在不断的反复过 程中真正使学生熟练掌握知识，从而使学 生的英语实际运用能力得到更大的提高。
4、每天读一点。 阅读题是英语试卷中的重头戏。但阅读的训 练非一蹴而就，因而让学生每天坚持做一篇 完形填空、一篇阅读理解极为重要，而且讲 评时不是只对答案，而是尽可能让学生分析 解题思路和方法，让学生在训练中体验做题 技巧,自己总结归纳解题规律。
5、每天做一点。 适量的“题海战术”是必要的，但过滥过多
按教材顺序巩固复习基础词汇、词组、常 用句型和课本对话、课文等知识，同时注 重归纳语言点，对各单元的知识要点进行 梳理。除了利用好花皮书上每个单元的练 习题，我们备课组还按照中考题型对语法 填空和短文改错的最新要求改编3a和2b， 尽可能的帮助学生检验复习效果，帮助他 们查缺补漏；而且我们四位英语老师分两 人一组来挖掘整理每个单元可能出现的考 点，并准备相应的习题，力求复习的高效 性。
3、每天听一点，即每天听一套中考听力全 真模拟试题。
先按照考试的要求播放听力让学生听答，教 师一起听并答题，这样教师在听答过程中会 发现一些不太清晰的内容、或干扰因素太大 的词汇或选项、或较难理解的句子等并适当 做标记和记录。然后核对答案，针对学生出 错多的题目和教师自己发现的问题有针对性 的与学生探讨，分析出错原因，积累听力技 巧。必要时还会反复听部分内容。

1、每天默一点，即默写单词和短语。 我们采用的方式是，把每个单元单词和短语 的汉意都呈现在复习导学案上，每天让学生 默写一个单元的单词，运用自批、两人互批 或教师抽查批改的形式，一定让学生知道自 己不会的或不熟练的单词并用红笔改正，再 将这些单词在课本上做出标记或整理到错题 本上，以便再复习巩固。对于部分易错单词 还会采用课堂提问的方式进行强化巩固。

复习备考策略
采用“三轮复习法”
第一轮为基础复习阶段，以课本为主， 巩固学生的基础知识。
第二轮为专题复习阶段，主要包括词类、 句法、时态和语态等方面的复习。在学 生对基础知识掌握得比较扎实的基础上， 相应地提高要求，根据各专题的具体特 点，针对学生易犯的错误进行重点突破、 抽取规律。复习过程中，尽力做到着眼 全面，突出重点，精讲多练，把全面复 习和重点复习有机地结合起来。
不断训练 不断实践 渗透学法 提高能力
2、每天背一点，背常用表达、经典句子， 背3a和2b。
背诵可以强化记忆，加深理解，还可以增强 语感。所谓背诵，不仅仅是反反复复的背单 词，还要尽量做到词不离句，句不离篇。让 学生利用晨读时间或英语课上给学生留出一 定的时间多背些常用表达及课本中每个单元 的典型句式，必不可少的还有每个单元的3a 和2b。
3.培养学生良好的应试心理。 情感的投入对复习阶段的教学是至关重 要的，帮助学生获取知识的同时，还要 密切关注学生的思想状况，发现情绪有 波动的同学，及时沟通了解他们的思想 动向，帮助他们解决问题，力争让学生 用最好的心态去应试。只要我们真心实 意地帮助学生，一定会收到意想不到的 效果。
4.让学生把自己前两轮复习中整理归 纳的易错单词、题目等进行再复习， 让自己不在同一地方跌倒第二行适应性训练，以提高 应试技巧。
第三轮复习以综合训练、模拟考试为主， 并做好考前指导。

2. 中考模拟试题训练。 培养学生的审题能力，以及在答题时 应注意的细节。让学生通过练习、思 考、讲解，磨练解题方法和技巧，既 可以将所掌握的各种知识得以巩固， 又提升了应试技巧。
有针对性的对各题型进行做题技巧指导及得 分策略指导；并且每考一次尽可能找每个同 学谈话，当面分析试卷并给他们鼓劲，尽力 做到让每个学生明白自己的优势在哪，薄弱 环节在哪，从而找到提升的空间，达到整体 进步。 错题还是要让学生归纳整理到错题集 上，并分析错误根源，总结规律，以便日后 不再犯类似的错误。
