11 先决条件1.1 目的和指导书目标本操作指导书描述了根据ISO 4287、GB/T 3505-2000标准检测要求,进行产品表面粗糙度检测的操作步骤。
1.2 总则1.2.1 粗糙度仪的环境湿度范围40%〜60%。
1.2.2 粗糙度仪所处测量室温度要求10℃〜40℃范围内进行。
1.2.3 检测时工件应该保证稳妥可靠的固定于检测夹具上,如果松动则肯定影响测量结果1.2.4 每天工作开始前及结束以后,请用无水酒精清洁仪器的工作台面及测针。
1.2.5 零件在测量前必须清洗干净,无毛刺、外观无明显缺陷、无锈蚀情况。
1.2.7 出现以下情况时检测结果视为无效,应重新复检,以重新复检后的结果为最终结果。
A 检测过程中,测针缺失或松动。
B 工件需要检测的位置存在明显的铸造缺陷如气孔、黑斑等。
1.2.8 粗糙度仪每年应至少进行一次校准。
1.3工作指示启动(引发事件)控制计划中的时间节点,涉及粗糙度性能的产品检查,都可以引发本工作指示的启动。

检测仪器操作规程粗糙度仪操作规程1 目的指导正确使用粗糙度仪进行测量,确保测量数据的正确性和准确性。
2 适用范围本操作指导书适用于测量冷轧线用各类辊子表面及铝带材表面粗糙度的检测。
3 要求3.1 仪器结构示意图见下图1、图2和图3:图1图2 图33.2 设备参数量程:0um~160um;最大驱动行程 17.5 mm;显示误差不大于±10%;其它参数:针尖半径5um;触针测力4mN ; 导头纵向半径45mm;最大驱动速度2.5mm v1=1mm/s。
3.3 操作方法3.3.1 测量准备开机检查电池电量是否正常;目测检查被测物件大小,是否需要辅助工具;擦拭干净被测表面;检查指针是否垂直落下。
3.3.2 校准3.3.2.1 擦拭干净校准块。
3.3.2.2 将校准块平放于专用校准用玻璃框内,检查是否平行。
3.3.2.3 选择与校准块粗粗度值相对应的档位进行校准。
3.3.3 测量3.3.3.1 被测工件粗糙度值在Ra0.30um以下的,选用取样长度0.25mm、量程±20um一档测量;被测工件粗糙度值在Ra0.30~0.60um,选用取样长度为0.80mm、量程±40um一档测量;被测工件粗糙度≥Ra0.60um以上选用取样长度2.5mm、量程±80um一档测量。
3.3.3.2 打开电源开关,将粗糙度仪轻轻平放于被测工件上,如果不需要修改测量条件,可直接按启动键进行测量。
3.3.3.3 需要修改测量条件的:按菜单键进入菜单操作状态后,在按上下滚动键选取测量条件设置。
然后按回车键进入测量条件设置状态,在测量条件设置状态下,修改测量条件,按返回键结束。
3.3.3.4 选择好测量条件后进行效验,效验合格后按启动键测量。
3.4 注意事项3.4.1 每次开机或每天测量前需用与当天所磨工件粗糙度相近的样板校正,校正合格后在进行测量。
3.4.2 每次测量前需选择、检查正确的测量通道。

粗糙度仪操作规程
一、开机
依次接通驱动器单元的电源开关、电脑、打印机的电源开关,启动Tims软件。
二、测量
1、根据被测工件,设定相应的测量条件和输出参数。
2、使用预备的水平调整台及测量工件,调整好工件的水平位置,在整个测量范围内移动传感器(或工件),水平计一直为绿色显示。
2、按“测量”按钮、屏幕将实时显示形状,测量结束后,切换到“二维粗糙度分析”画面,同时显示测量结果.
3、对分析画面的测量结果进行保存、打印。
三、关机
依次关闭Tims软件、计算机、打印机电源开关、驱动器电源开关。
四、操作注意事项
1、在向下移动时,必须是测针首先接触物体,否则会把传感器或控制部内部驱动板损坏。
2、紧急情况(如自动测量时,驱动部向下移动时,测针没有首先接触物体)发生,必须使用紧急按钮。
3、为了安全不得不按紧急停机按扭,解除紧急停机恢复开机前,请务必先排除导致紧急停机的原因,并确认设备已处于安全状态。
4、每月至少对机器进行一次校正。
5、使用已磨损或崩损的探针,测量结果会有误差。
因此必须定期对探针进行检查。
6、定时用润滑油和润滑脂对驱动部和立柱润滑。

三丰卡尺需要校正吗? 三丰卡尺、三丰数显卡尺、三丰游标卡尺都需要校正。目的除了修正量具确保量测结果正确 之外,也在于避免使用不当的量具。通常卡尺超过校正标准之后,能够修复的机会不大,只 有降级使用或者报废一途。 三丰卡尺的一般用途最多有叁种,分别是外径 (外尺寸) 量测、内径(内尺寸)量测与深度量测。 可以校正者是前两项,因为深度量测部分原本就不是该量具设计的目的,只能做参考。 三丰卡尺校正的标准器是块规和阶规,但是使用块规有两大缺点。 第一、 过大尺寸没有现成块规可以使用。通常靠块规扭合,但是各个块规本身校正时有 不同的器差,使用时记录上还须加总纪录。而且要是技术不好,不但接不上多少还会伤及块 规。 第二、 块规只能作外尺寸 (大测爪) 校正,无法作内尺寸量测(小测爪)校正。 比较理想的方法是使用阶规。不过阶规很贵,六位数价格。市面上有售一种模仿阶规的 组合式校正器价格大需五万以下,看似合理方便。但其实并非正统合格的校正器。 其实,新买的三丰卡尺都需要校正。只不过一般的三丰代理商会在发货前由工程师先进行校 正工作。

一、三丰游标卡尺要轻拿轻放,不得碰撞或跌落地下。使用时不要用来测量粗糙 的物体,以免损坏量爪,不用时应置于干燥地方防止锈蚀。 二、三丰游标卡尺测量时,应先拧松紧固螺钉,移动游标不能用力过猛。两量爪 与待测物的接触不宜过紧。不能使被夹紧的物体在量爪内挪动。

■用简单的立柱进行向上/向下测量使用简单的立柱可以调节驱动/探测装置向上/向下测量。
4.2.2 零点校准■校零程序第二个主屏幕或DAT measure屏幕二者中任一个都可以实行校零。
假设当前触针指向零点,实行二个校零程序中的任一个都允许SJ-400实行测量和计算。
不过,校零的实行围限制触针物理位置在±100um围。
如果触针物理位置超出±100um围实行校零,其结果是错的。
在这种情况下,要重新进行校零以使偏离物理位置的触针回到±100um围。
4.2.3 水平测量针对水平测量驱动/探测装置,DAT功能调整程序和目视调整程序均是有效的。
DAT功能是一个“水平测量支持功能”。
使用这个功能可以精确地水平测量驱动/探测装置。
如果不需要精确水平测量,可以使用目视调整程序。
■ DAT功能水平测量运行,视觉上做到精细调节可能有困难如驱动/探测装置极um向上/向下的移动。
因此,SJ-400配置DAT功能,它将显示带数字触摸屏上向上/向下移动。
在SJ-400屏幕上显示向上/向下移动情况,如高度-倾斜调整装置倾斜按钮的转动数字或水平工作台的调整数据.Tip提示:使用水平工作台时,简易的柱体是必须的。
关于如何使用柱体的资料,请参考10.1节“简易柱体”。
■带DAT功能的倾斜调整在触摸屏的主页上使用DAT功能实行DAT测量,以及根据测量结果调节高度-倾斜调整装置或水平工作台,方法如下:1.在主页上触摸“DAT”按钮,显示DAT测量屏幕。
2.如果高度-倾斜调整装置是用水平测量,打开屏幕通过触摸“倾斜调整数量装置“按钮显示倾斜旋钮的转动数量。
如果使用水平工作台测量,进入程序3。
3.如果使用水平工作台,通过按“ZERO/ABS“按钮进行零位设定计量显示器数值,如果使用高度-倾斜调整单元,进入程序4。
4.在显示装置上按“START/STOP”键。
实行DAT测量。
水平测量调整数量在屏幕上显示出来。
5.为了防止探测器或触针的损坏,在调整倾斜前,将触针从工件上移开。
高度-倾斜装置:通过顺时针转动倾斜按钮来升高驱动/探器装置。
水平工作台:通过顺时针转动立柱手柄升高驱动/探器装置。
6.根据屏幕上各个的高度-倾斜装置转动的数量或水平工作台调整数量,通过转动倾斜按钮或测微头来调整水平。
Important:数显头转动方向取决于驱动/探测装置和数显头的位置关系,如上表中的图形已经写明了转正方向。
转动方向相反,位置关系也是相反的。
7.调整完成后,在工件上设置探针合适的位置,然后通过上-下移动把探针放到靠近工件中心的位置。
8.通过按“START/STO”键,再一次确认完成了用DAT测量方式的水平测量。
Tip:如果要求更精确的水平测量,请重复步骤3—8。
如果触摸了DAT测量屏幕上的“ZERO ADJ”按钮,那时的触针位置变成测量的零点。
进一步信息,请参见4.2.2节“零位校准”Important:在水平测量情况下,为了避免探测器的损坏应保持触头远离工件。
如果实行水平测量而探针接触工件,将出现如下情况。
当高度-倾斜调整装置降低时(顺时针转动高度-倾斜调整装置的倾斜按钮,顺时针转动水平工作台上数显头),那时仪器可能会发出嘟嘟的响声,中断水平测量方式以避免探测器损坏。
然后校正工件重启。
如果没有实行校正,在过多的压力下探测器将会受损。
■目视调整(调整在用的电平指示仪)触摸屏主页上的电平指示仪显示当前探针位置。
与此同时留意这个电平指示仪调整高度-倾斜调整装置(驱动/探测装置的倾斜)或水平工作台(工件的倾斜)如果说电平指示仪指在中间,探针接近处于零位。
●使用高度-倾斜调整装置水平测量(针对无轨测量)1.调到第三主页面。
2.检查是否主页的电平指示仪指向中间。
NOTE:必须确保详细研究驱动/探测装置因为这是水平测量的基本操作。
3.在第三页面按下“MOVE ORIGIN”或“Move Meas.Start Position”切换到探测器。
4.实行第三步后,检查是否电平指示仪指向位置(驱动围终点)有别于第二步检查位置(驱动围的起点)5.如果电平指示仪显示不同,进入第六步进行水平测量。
如果电平指示仪相同,不需要进行水平测量(因为已经是水平的)。
6.转动倾斜按钮,观察电平指示仪指向以便它能显示在中间。
7.再次调整向上/向下测量因为调整后可能切换电平指示仪已标明位置。

Tip:如果触摸第二个主面上的“Zero Adj.”,这时的触针变成测量时的零位。

如果变成如下情况,停止通过转动倾斜旋钮来进行水平测量,针对工件重新设定,从设定驱动/探测器装置到合适位置。
●用高度-倾斜调整装置的水平测量(针对有轨测量)有轨测量的水平测量要求不精确。
不过,实行在测量围的目视水平测量及不会发生超出围的水平测量。
●用水平工作台的水平测量如果使用水平工作台(可选),通过倾斜工件可以使工件和驱动/探测器装置在同一水平。
水平测量程序基本和高度-倾斜调整装置一样,除了转动水平工作台的数显测头来代替转动倾斜旋钮。
4.3 校准SJ-400带简单的程序可以进行校准。
校准分为二种方法:一种是使用标准的精密、粗糙度样本的Ra校准,另一种是使用可选的阶差规或阶差校准块的阶差校准。
表面粗糙度测量仪的Ra校准是通过测量精确的粗糙度标准块(也称校准测量)而实行的,如果出现测量值和标准值二者中任何一个不相同,那么调整差异(得到校准)。
阶差校准是采用测量阶差规(阶差规或阶差校准块),如果出现测量值和参考值(粗糙度标准块)二者数值有差异,调整差异。
根据SJ-400使用环境条件和频率,这些校准应定期地实行。
如果仪器第一次被使用或探测器升高了或替换了,校准是必不可少的。
在没有合适地校准仪器情况下,无法获得正确的数据。
4.3.1 标准块设定尽管已经提供了精确的粗糙度校准标准块,可选的阶差规和阶差校准块也是有效的。
使用精确的粗糙度标准块进行Ra校准。
使用阶差规或阶差校准块进行阶差校准。
Note:如果SJ-400需要实行一种除了已有的精确的粗糙度标准块或可选的阶差规(或阶差校准块)外的标准,这种标准只在默认校准条件改变后才可以实行,因为改变后的标准也将适用于粗糙度或阶差标准块。
