successful, symphony, talent, teenager.

2) grasp the key words, understand the main idea of the reading materials ;

1) strengthen their motivation and interest in learning english through the interesting class activities;

2) build up the cooperative spirit by pair working and group working;

3) talk about some famous composers;

4) use the cognitive strategies to learn new words.

teacher pays some attention to students’ pronunciation. then teacher leads students to the text by asking questions.
