Interview Experience
面试的intern 和permanent position各个方面的都有,如marketing, strategic business development, Oracle implementation and finance etc.
Accounting

Aspecialinterviewexperience(作文:一次特殊的面试经历)A special interview experienceLast summer holidays, I had a special experience. After graduating from high school, I wanted to go outside to relax myself. On the one hand, it was necessary for me to do something that I had never done before to excite me, which compensated for the regret of three years’ prosaic and high-press study life. On the other hand, I also want to expose me to the outer world to make get myself promoted and broaden my horizon, which was prepared for my college life. Considering all factories, finally I chose to go to Suzhou with my friends. After reaching the destination, we rent a room. Next day we went to a intermediary company to enquire whether there were any factories recruiting workers or not. At first the worker of the intermediary did not accept me on account of my age (it is national regulation that factories are not allowed to accept juveniles as their workers.) whatever I said, he did not agree. Occasionally he glanced at my ID card in my hand, and he abruptly said yes. I was perplexed by the turning of his attitude. But I thought whatever the reason was, I had succeed at the first step. At last I knew that is because we were from the same place. At 11;00pm, I was picked up by the car from a factory with other applicants. After one hour’s drive, we arrived at the factories where my tragedy began. During the process of waiting for interview, I glared at some people around me and found what they worn were apparently different from me. The breath given out from us was different. They looked more mature than me. In other words, a stranger that did not know us could identifyI was a student easily. Of course, this applied for interviewees. As many people could preconceive that I failed in my interview. I thought that was ok for me.I was not an adult originally and result was within my expectation. I consoled myself like thus. But the real disaster did not come. The following things that happened to me would stick in my mind forever. When I left the factory, I could not find the car bringing me come to this poor place. And worst still, I did not know the special location of the factory, and I could not find the bus station. All of these implied that I lost my way. At that time, I was buried with despair. But as the saying goes , After a storm comes a calm. God must witness my encounter and had sympathy for me, so he dispatched an angle to help me. As I felt helpless, here came a girl that looked like being at the same age with me and the most important point was that she gave out the same breath with me, and said she knew the bus station, because she grew up here. On the way to bus station, another disaster happened to us. It rained cats and dogs. I had heard weather there was changeful. However I forgot to take an umbrella with me. How careless I was. But even though I had anumbrella, it was also helpless, because it was blowing a gale. We had to be exposed to the rain. Maybe it was baptism washing away today’s bad lu ck. I was an optimistic person. However terrible my situation is, I still believe there will be sunshine in front of me. Finally we struggled our feet to the station. Ridiculously it stop raining and blowing. We could say nothing in relation to this phenomenon, and just shrugged our shoulders. Next thing I needed to do was to find the bus to my temporary home. But I did not find it. That meant I would change bus on the way home.I called my friends to ask where I need to change bus. She also did not know. I was really stupid. I should forget that she was as strange for this place as me. Fortunately we got the answer from a pedestrian. Eventually I got on the bus and said goodbye to the girl my angle companied wit h me. The bus’ air condition was working. My s oaked body was surrounded by cold air. I went home, tired and cold.。

An interview experienceGood afternoon ,ladies and gentlemen !Last National Day I had an interview for salesman in a well-known mobile phone market . To be accurate, it was the first time I had a job interview ,I felt really excited and nervous .However ,it was far beyond my fore-thought that the interview should be one-to-crowd rather than several-to-one.Guo Ge, an interviewer standing in front of the conference table with our resumes in her hands. “Thanks for your participation in our Tian Yin Communication Company “ She said warmly ,“Today we are right together here to make friends . Please introduce yourself in turn and Let us know you.” Then she took attendance one by one . I stepped into the speech area after I heard my name ,when I found all the eyes were fixed on me ,the blood rushed to my head and my face must be as red as an apple .Fortunately , I calmed down ,”Hello , everyone . My name’s Meng Shumin and I am a sophomore of Zheng Zhou University Of Light Industry . I have done two part time jobs and hope to catch this chance to enrich my experience and I also think it is my great honour to know you all, thank you .” My spirits sank when I was back for I was so ordinary among them. It was not long before some experienced interviewees introduced themselves, some of whom had been salesmen while others had done the similar jobs .Among them ,what one outstanding girl said impressed me most . She said :”Some people claimed that if we university students have never been involved in any club activities or never fallen in love with anybody ,we will regret after graduation .However I now want to say if we have never taken a part-time job we will regret. ”Soon ,my first job interview came to an end .Never before had I had such a feeling of disappointment ,which was ,nevertheless , mixed with a sense of enrichment and happiness. After some days the word reached me that I was hired which was really the good fortune I had not thought of. The interview experience has taught me so many things .Firstly ,I learned that” an opportunity favors only the prepared minds” , as an experienced interviewer ,he knows what he wants and then uses a strategy to get it. Secondly , I realized that courage was so important that all of us should always have it ,without which things will become more difficult to overcome. The last but not least ,just do it ,for with all opportunities and courage, nothing will happen if you don’t try it .So what I want to stress is that “please don’t be shy but just try”Thank you !Currently, more and more university students work part time during class time. On the one hand, some argue that universtity students should not take part-time jobs because the part-time jobs will reduce the time students spend on study, thus having a bad influence on the study of the university students. On the other hand, some advocate part-time jobs taken by the university students on the account that university student can learn more that cannot be taught in the textbooks from part-time. Both sides have their own positions under some circumstances. Then, should university students be encouraged to take part-time jobs? In my opinion, university students should take part-time jobs on condition that they can handle their study, as illustrated by the following analysis.First of all, we should make clear that college students take part-time jobs not for more money but for a better understanding of societies. By taking part-time jobs, college students can learn alot that cannot exist on textbooks or classroom. As college students take more part-time jobs, they have a better chance to know what the society is like, and adapt to the shift in society easily. In this way, it is obvious that college students can benefit great from part-time jobs. Also, the earnings of part-time jobs can relieve the financial burden of the college students to some extent. As we know, there are still a lot of students who take out a loan for university. Thus, part-time jobs are useful for university students.Admittedly, the students' job is to study, and it goes without saying that college students can benefit from part-time job if student cannot do well with their study. However, the benefits brought by part-time jobs drive students to take part-time jobs. From this point, we should strike a balance between part-time jobs and study. In conclusion, we can savely arrive at the position that university students should take part-time jobs on condition that they can handle their study by the above-mentioned reasons.。
