摘要

中国文化源远流长，四大文明古国只有中国没有中断，其中有各种主客观因素，但传统文化中蕴含的管理方法起到了至关重要的作用。其中，以孔子、孟子为代表的儒家学说，经过二千多年的传承与发展，形成了其独特的管理思想。对民族思想、思维方式和行为规范的影响巨大。

作为一个成熟的管理体系，越来越多的人都意识到了中国传统儒家思想对企业现代化管理的重要意义。儒家思想不仅影响了中国现代企业文化建设，而且对日本、韩国、南洋和世界都产生了深远的影响。特别是在世界上逐渐建立的孔子学院，在世界上掀起了一股儒家思想的浪潮。从管理学的角度研究儒家思想，完善我国企业管理体制，这也是中国传统文化在新时期的继承与发展，具有重要的意义。

本文从儒家的“仁、义、信”三个方面对儒家思想和现代企业管理的特点进行了分析，总结了儒家思想在企业管理中的作用。并通过一些成功案例分析了儒家思想在企业现代化管理中的具体应用及取得的成效。在积极学习国外先进管理经验的同时，我们也要意识到中国传统文化的优秀管理理念，建立一个独特的本土企业现代化管理体系。探讨儒家思想对企业现代化管理的影响，对传统文化的发展和现代企业管理体系的构建具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

Chinese culture has a long history, only four ancient civilizations, China is only one no interruptions in four ancient civilizations. There are all kinds of subjective and objective factors, but the management of the traditional culture contains method has played a vital role. Among them, Confucianism represented by Confucius, mencius, after two thousand years of heritage and development, formed its own unique management idea. Of national ideology, way of thinking and behavior had a huge impact.

As a mature management system, more and more people are aware of the traditional Chinese Confucian thought the significance of modern management of the enterprise. Confucianism is not only affected the China's modern enterprise culture construction, but also to Japan, South Korea, southeast Asia and had impact the whole world. Especially in gradually establish Confucius institute in the world, in the world set off a wave of Confucian thoughts. Confucianism from the perspective of management research, perfect enterprise management system in our country, it is also the succession and development of the Chinese traditional culture in the new era, which has the vital significance.

This article from the Confucian "benevolence, righteousness, letter" three aspects of Confucianism and the characteristics of modern enterprise management is analyzed,. the role of Confucianism in enterprise management are summarized. Confucianism is analyzed through some successful cases in the application of modern enterprise management and results. At the same time of actively learning the foreign advanced management experience, we should also realize the excellent management ideas of Chinese traditional culture, to create a unique local enterprise modern management system. To explore the influence of Confucianism on modern enterprise management, the development of traditional culture and the construction of modern enterprise management system is a great significance.
