A strong company culture can lead to higher employee satisfaction, increased productivity, and a positive reputation in the industry.I have personally experienced the impact of company culture in my previous job. I worked for a company that had a very inclusive and collaborative culture. This meant that everyone felt valued and heard, and it created a sense of unity among the employees. As a result, people were more willing to go the extra mile for each other and for the company. This positive culture also extended to how we treated our clients, and it was reflected in the feedback we received from them.On the other hand, I have also worked for a companywith a toxic company culture. There was a lot of internal competition, and people were not supportive of each other. This created a negative work environment, and it wasdifficult to feel motivated to do my best work.
