摘要:该工程为矩形建筑东西长26.4m南北长14.7m,总建筑面积约2400m²,建筑高度16.7m,6层高,层高3.3m,该办公楼满足办公、会议、娱乐等要求。

建筑设计部分包括建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图以及建筑说明图。结构设计时取一榀具有代表性的框架进行设计。结构计算内容有荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、截面计算等几方面。在确定计算简图之后,按照有关设计规范和规定,采用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,再进行重力荷载代表值的计算,用D值法求出在水平地震作用和风荷载作用下的结构内力。此外还进行了框架外的楼梯和基础的设计:对楼梯采用的是板式楼梯;对基础采用了独立基础与联合基础,基础设计包括荷载计算、基础承载力计算、冲切计算、基础配筋计算等等。

Abstract: This project is a rectangular building .The office of the total construction area is about 2400m2 and owns a total of six layers, the height of each layer is 3.3m. The total height of the building is 20.75. The office building satisfied office, meeting,and other requirements.

Architectural design portion includes floor plans, elevations, sections and architectural description. Structure design is done with a representational framework design. Structure calculation contents include load calculation, internal force calculation, internal force combination, cross section calculation etc. When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the D value method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated. Also conducted the staircase outside the framework and foundation design: use the plate staircase, calculate the bench inclined beam, bench plate, flat beam, the platform plate; use an joint foundation and an independent basis. The design of foundation include the calculation of load calculation, the calculation of bearing capacity of foundation, punching calculation and the calculation of foundation reinforcement etc..
