论文修改说明

该论文修改稿没有进行较高质量的改进,尽管仿真篇幅较大,理论分析不够深入仍然是其主要的问题.建议在理论上再进行深入修改。

答:针对专家提出的问题,本文进行了较大修改,在三种模型中增加了交货率(交货率1、交货率2及交货率3)参量,并对其进行了定义及量化评定分析,通过在不同情况下的仿真,以交货率作为定量化分析的依据,来对不同情况下的仿真结果进行对比说明。运用交货率这一定量化参考指标,很好的解决了之前研究内容不够深入以及论据不充分等问题,使本文的理论研究更深入、研究结论更具说服力。

另外,删掉了“2.4讨论”,因为在每一种情况仿真后,论文均进行了相关的讨论分析,与“2.4讨论”部分重复。

摘要:为研究三种模式的供应链对交货率影响的系统行为,将一种新的方法—系统动力学方法引入到供应链系统行为研究中。根据三种模式供应链的特点,对它们分别建立了系统动力学模型,然后以交货率作为研究对象对它们在相同参数、市场扰动以及政策改变等情况进行了系统行为的仿真对比分析。结果表明:推式供应链的交货稳定性最差,只有通过改变订货周期才可以提高交货率;拉式供应链对市场的响应表现在整条供应链上最为敏感,既可以通过改变订货周期也可以改变目标库存的方式来提高交货率;推拉结合式供应链的优势表现在对最终用户的交货率上,要改变整条供应链的交货率只有通过改变供应商的订货周期。

Abstract: To study the system behavior of influence on delivery ratio exerted by supply chains with different modes, a new method—systems dynamics (SD) is introduced into the analysis of supply chai n’s behaviors. Three SD models were set up by various supply chains’characteristics, and then taking delivery ratio as the object, the simulation of them was run under the circumstances of the same parameters, disturbances of market and policy shift, respectively. The results indicate: push-supply chain’s delivery is the most unstable, and only through adjusting order cycle time, can its delivery ratio be increased. For pull-supply chain, its response to market is the most sensitive in the whole supply chain, and its delivery ratio’s increase is not only through adjusting order cycle time,but also through changing target inventory. The strong point of Push & pull-supply chain, is its stable and very high delivery ratio to the last customers, and only through adjusting the suppliers’ order cycle time, can its delivery ratio be increased.
