ARTICLE I DESCRIPTION AND CLASS第一条说明和船级

The Vessel is a metric tons deadweight, at designed draft of meters (hereinafter called the "Vessel") of the class described below. The Vessel shall have the Seller's Hull No. and shall be constructed, equipped and completed in accordance with the following "Specifications":本船取得下述船级，在设计吃水____________米时，载重量为____________公吨的船舶（以下简称本船），本船的卖方船号为____________，其建造、安装和完成应按下列说明书进行：

Attached hereto and signed by each of the parties to the Contract (hereinafter collectively called the "Specifications"), making an integral part hereof.上述随附技术文件由本合同双方签字（以下合称为"说明书"），并构成本合同一个组成部分。

2. CLASS AND RULES2 船级和规范

The Seller shall arrange with the Classification Society assign a representative or representatives (hereinafter called the "Classification Surveyor") to the Seller's Shipyard for supervision of the construction of the Vessel.卖方应和船级社商定指派一名或多名代表（以下称"船级社验船师"）到卖方的船坞对本船进行监造。

All fees and charges incidental to Classification and to comply with the rules, regulation and requirements of this Contract as described in the Specifications
