关键词：实验；设计1 引言以往的生物学实验都是验证性实验，是在已知结论的基础上，学生按部就班地完成实验步骤。
而探究性实验则是学生不知道结论，没有现成的实验设计，需要在教师的启发诱导下，学生积极主动地运用已学过的知识和技能，以发现者和探索者的姿态发现问题、探索问题和解决问题。
探究性实验融知识传授、技能训练和科研能力培养于一体。
一个比较完整的实验设计方案，一般包括以下内容：（1）实验课题：即实验内容。
（2）实验原理：即理论依据。
（3）假设：即对可见现象提出的一种可检测的解释但未经证实的结论。
（4）预期：即在检测—个假设之前，先提出实验的预期结果。
（5）实验。
根据实验的目的和提出的假设，来具体设计实验的方法步骤。
在实验的方法步骤设计中，必须遵循对照性、等量性、单一变量等的原则。
（6）观察和收集数据：即定时、定期观察实验过程发生发现象或采集数据并如实记录。
（7）分析与推论：对记录来的现象、结果、数据进行整理、分析，有的可以处理成图表等形式。
最后通过分析得出结论，如果预期没有实现，则说明假设不成立，作出否定的结论，如果预期得到实现，则假设成立，则作出肯定的结论。
