摘要

我国农业的发展存在阶段性，与我国对于经济的发展重心的偏倚以及国际环境密不可分，在这种情况下，身为第一产业的农业经济发展也是坎坷丛生。

农业经济的发展在改革开放初期，虽然进入到黄金发展阶段，但是随着传统农业和手工业落后于世界的舞台，以及传统农业的自身经济产值低等问题，使得农业经济的发展遇到瓶颈，进入到缓慢发展阶段，在第二第三产业革命下，GDP产值比重逐渐由第二第三产业链主导。在经济高速发展的大前提下，伴随而来的不合时宜的农业问题逐渐受到党中央有关领导层面的关注，而新农业的发展，顺其自然的被提上了日程，但长期以来农业发展问题的积存，使得我国农业经济发展存在土地利用率低、高效耕作资料匮乏、单位土地经济利润转出比低、机械化耕作未能大范围普及等问题，这使得我国的农业发展在迈向现代化农业的道路上，仍旧是有一大段路要走。

不可否认，我国目前城镇化程度低，农民依旧是占我国公民总人数较大比重的人群，在此情况下，客观的反应农民的利益，才是衡量我国现代化进程的一个重要指标，农民的幸福指数和安定指数是评判我国社会建设的一个重要标准，在党的的出具文书中，多次提到，农业发展是国家经济的支柱，不论是工业，还是高精尖技术制造业等都是离不开农民的支持，发展现代化新农业、实行行之有效的农业解决对策是形势所趋，也是实现国家经济可持续发展大有必要的措施。

通过有关信息显示，农业的发展往往依赖于劳动力、耕作资料、经济市场环境、农业革新科技的发展等等有关。

Undeniably, China's current urbanization level is still low, farmers accounted for the total number of Chinese citizens a large proportion of the population, in this case, the reaction of farmers objective interests, is an important indicator of China's modernization, farmers' happiness index and stability index is an important standard of construction in social evaluation, mentioned several times in the Party issued documents, and the development of agriculture is a pillar of the national economy, whether industrial or manufacturing, sophisticated technology is cannot do without the support of farmers, the development of new agricultural modernization, the implementation of effective solutions is the trend of agriculture, is the realization of national the sustainable development of the economy and necessary measures.

Through the relevant information shows that the development of agriculture is often dependent on labor, farming data, economic market environment, agricultural innovation, science and technology development and so on.
