摘要
在当今的知识经济时代,高新科技企业的竞争,是科学技术的竞争,是资金的竞争,更是人才的竞争。科技人才是具有高素质的核心人力资源,是高新科技企业发展的决定性因素。如果高新科技企业拥有高素质的人力资源,就能够把握住业务发展的主动权,从而在市场竞争中占据优势。如何留住人才,如何充分用好人才,不仅是人力资源管理学科的重要研究课题之一,也是高新科技企业人力资源管理者的首要任务。因此,对科技人才流失问题及其对策研究就具有十分重要的意义。本文以 A 公司为研究背景,以其人才流动状况为研究对象,通过对员工流失理论的学习和探索,对该公司人力资源的基本情况及人才流失现状进行系统分析,研究该公司的科技人才流失问题,分析人才流失的动因,发现该公司在人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,组织科技人才满意度调查并进行统计分析,运用员工流失理论的相关模型,分析产生该现状的原因以及可能对该公司造成的影响,并有针对性地提出解决该公司科技人才流失问题的对策和建议:如,开展科技人才的职业生涯规划、构建富有吸引力的薪酬体系等等。希望本文能为 A 公司及其它IT 高新科技企业的人力资源管理工作者提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。
