汽轮机热平衡图功率的核算方法
对汽轮机热平衡图中功率的核算,首先要先有厂家给出的热平衡图 例,然后把各热力参数数值按下表整理成列,查看技术协议中发电机效率 、机械效率后,可获得三缸做功量,发电机功率值是否和设计一致。
结果的少许偏差原因由于热力参数数值保留位数的差别,和发电机效 率、机械效率的影响都比较大。
若未下载EXCEL计算焓熵的所加载的宏,计算焓熵可能不显示,打开 EXCEL焓熵的计算未显示,可通过各种途径查询焓熵填空,计算步骤和思想 不受影响。

汽轮机现场动平衡

轴系平衡的一次加准法
利用振动测试与分析系统获得轴系原 始频振动后,直接求出轴系各转子上的 加重方向,并一次性施加所有平衡面的平 衡重量,将原始振动降低50%以上,且成 功率达到70%~80%,由此可将机组启停 次数降至最低限度,并且带来显著的社会 和经济效益,这种方法称为轴系的一次加 准法。

振动测量,筛选原始计算数据 诊断不平衡轴向位置及不平衡型式 确定平衡方案 试加重,测量振动响应,获取影响系数 计算平衡调整方案 正式加重,测量平衡结果
数据筛选的重要性
如果机组轴系振动处于不稳定状态,而现 场只有动平衡措施切实可行,则对用于动 平衡计算的原始数据的筛选就显得非常重 要,很大程度上依赖振动工程师的现场高 速动平衡经验。
轴振与座振数据耦合关系
依据轴振、座振数据分别计算的平 衡结果应基本一致,如果二者计算 结果差别较大,应分析具体原因。

汽轮发电机组轴系现场高速动平衡对振动 工程师的转子动力学理论知识、信号采集 分析理论、故障诊断经验、现场平衡技巧 等方面均具有较高要求,具有较强的工程 实践性和验证性。

简介
振动是评价机组安全可靠性的重要指 标,而大约70%的振动问题是由轴系 不平衡引起的。因此,汽轮发电机组 轴系现场高速动平衡是消除机组振动 的主要手段。
转子分类
¾刚性转子:指运行转速远低于临界
转速的转子。
¾柔性转子:运行转速接近或超过临
界转速(一阶、二阶)的转子。

轴系现场高速动平衡最优目标
以最少的启动次数将整个轴系振动降 低至预期值,从而降低消振成本,压 缩消振工期。
