《浅谈中国茶文化》之翻译报告这次根据老师的作业任务要求我的文章内容主要是关于中国文化方面,在收集材料之后,最初我选择的是陶振孝的课本教材《中国文化读本》,但在看了内容之后觉得太过广泛,从中国文化的渊源、演变、中国文字、中国宗教、文化遗产等大范围的讲解中国文化,我在列出提纲之后,觉得单从中国文化来看太宽泛,所以重新选择了中国的茶文化,从这单一方面入手。

《浅谈中国茶文化》,这篇文章我是从百度文库里面搜到、直接进行的文本翻译。

《中国茶文化》,首先总体阐述中国茶文化的。

其次分开从六个方面即中国茶文化的产生与发展、茶在中国的分区、茶的命名与分类、中国茶艺文化、中国茶道、茶文化的作用。

文章总体脉络清晰、结构一目了然,因而翻译起来并不是特别难。

在翻译本文中,遇到了一些问题。

关于茶的专业词汇、文章中引用的句子,在翻译的过程中有些疑问。

同时在翻译的过程中也有些心得。

一、词的翻译(专业词汇)1、多年生叶用、木本常绿植物多年生植物(たねんせいしょくぶつ)とは、個体として複数年にわたって生存する植物のことである。

多年生宿根草や木本植物がそれにあたる。

木本は常識的に、多年生であるのが当然なので、特にあげてこう呼ぶことはなく、しばしば草本(いわゆる草)に対して用いられる。

二、翻译的手段1、顺译:也就是按原文字面意义或顺序进行翻译。

顺译是翻译方法的首选,即为了遵守“信”—忠实于原文的原则,一般而言,首先应采用顺译的方法。

(1)、「原文」 :喝茶能静心、静神,有陶冶情操、去除杂念、修身养性之功效,这与提倡“清静、恬淡”的东方哲学思想很合拍,也符合佛道儒的“内省修行”思想。

“茶道”是一种以茶为主题的生活礼仪,也是一种修身养性的方式,它通过沏茶、赏茶、品茶,来修炼身心。

「译文」:飲茶ということは心と精神を落ち着き、情緒を陶冶し、世俗観念を除き、修養を積み、精神を養うのに役を果たす。

同時に、「安静、素朴」の東方哲学の思想に合わせて、仏教と道教と儒教の「自省修行」の思想にも合う。

茶道は茶をテーマにする生活礼儀であり、修養を積み、精神を養う方式でもある。

茶の入れ、茶の鑑賞、茶の味わいで自分の心を修養する。

(2)、「原文」:中国人饮茶,最早是没有茶具的,到了西汉,在王褒的《僮约》中才第一次提到。

唐代以前,人们可能以釜煮茶,明代,宜兴紫砂陶茶具兴起,近代,中国人则习惯用铝茶壶烧水。

「译文」最初、中国人は茶を飲む時、茶具がなかった。

前漢に王褒さんの『約』の中で初めて茶具を取り上げた。

唐代以前、たぶん釜で茶を煮た。

明代に宜興の紫の砂の陶器という茶具があった。

近代に、アルミニウムの急須でお湯をを沸かしたのがあふれることである。

注:我在翻译的时候,很多句子都是采用的顺译方法。

在此不一一例举。

2、分译:是将原文中的一个词译成多个词或将一个句子译成多个句子,或者将一个段落译成几个段落的翻译方法。

(1)、「原文」:茶树原产于中国,人工栽培茶树已有三千多年的历史,茶树是一种多年生的叶用、木本常绿植物,属于山茶目,山茶科,山茶属,茶种。

「说明」:原文是一段很长的话,中间没有停顿一个完整句子,所以我将其拆开分成两个独立的句子。

「译文」:もともと、中国は茶の木の原産地であり、茶の木の人工栽培は三千年の歴史がある。

茶の木は多年生木本常緑樹植物であり、椿の目、椿の科という種類に属する。

(2)、「原文」:中国的西南地区为茶树原产地,古茶树主要分布在云南、贵州和四川,这里是世界上最早发现、利用和栽培茶树的地方,同时又是世界上最早发现野生茶树和现存野生大茶树最多、最集中的地方。

(同上)「译文」:中国の西南地域は茶の木の原産地であり、古茶の木は主に雲南、貴州、四川一帯に位置する。

この区域は世界で一番早く茶の木を発見し、利用し、栽培するところである。

それと同時に、世界で一番早く野生茶ノ木を発見して、現存野生茶の木が一番多く、集中する所もである。

注:我在翻译的时候,很多地方都有用到分译,在此不一一列举。

3、音译:是将原文的发音直接译成译文的发音。

根据译文语境下人们的发音习惯进行的翻译。

通常都是一些外语人名、地名、公司名称,外来语较多。

「原文」:适制绿茶、红茶、普洱茶、边销茶和花茶等「说明」:“普洱茶”采用音译为“プーアル茶”。

4、倒译:也叫变序译,即由于语法、修辞及表达习惯等方面的原因而改变原文顺序后进行翻译的方法。

(1)、「原文」:吴觉农先生认为:茶道是“把茶视为珍贵、高尚的饮料,因茶是一种精神上的享受,是一种艺术,或是一种修身养性的手段。

”「译文」:「茶道は茶を大切な高尚な飲み物と見なすから、茶は精神面での享受、芸術或いは修養を積み、精神を養う手段である」と吴觉农さんが思った。

(2)、「原文」:陈香白先生认为:中国茶道包含茶艺、茶德、茶礼、茶理、茶情、茶学说、茶道引导七种义理,中国茶道精神的核心是和。

中国茶道就是通过茶的过程,引导个体在美的享受过程中走向完成品格修养以实现全人类和谐安乐之道。

「译文」:「中国の茶道は茶芸、茶徳、茶礼、茶の理、茶の情、茶の学説、茶の引導という七つの義理を含み、茶道精神の核心は和である。

中国茶道は茶を通じて、個体を導き、美の享受過程で品質の修養の完成に向かって進み、それで全人類の調和安楽を実現する道である。

」陳香白さんが思った。

5、意译:翻译时一般来说首先按照直译翻译以忠实与原文。

但细心的人会发现,当文章稍微长或复杂一点,就基本上没有全文按照字面意思翻译的例子。

也许有人会问,这不就不重视原文了吗?但别忘了,翻译还有一条原则,那是符合译文表达—“达”的原则,更有“雅”的标准。

(1)、「原文」:安徽农大陈椽教授的“六大茶类分类系统”中以茶多酚氧化程度为序把初制茶分为绿茶、黄茶、黑茶、白茶、青茶、红茶六大类,已为国内外广泛采用。

再加工茶类即以基本茶类的茶叶作原料,进行再加工形成各种各样的茶,如花茶、紧压茶、萃取茶、果味茶和含茶饮料等。

「译文」:安徽農業大学の陳縁教授の「六大茶類分類体系」の中で茶のポリフ酸化程度をステップにして、生茶を緑茶、黄色い茶、黒い茶、白い茶、青い茶、紅茶という六大種類に分け、国内外に広く用いられている。

再加工茶は、即ち、基本茶類の茶葉を原料にして、再加工を行い、様々な茶を作る茶である。

たとえば、花茶、押し茶、抽出茶、ジュース茶、茶飲料などである。

(2)、「原文」:西南茶区:是中国最古老的茶区,是茶树的原产地,包括黔、川、渝、滇中北和藏东南。

「译文」:中国の一番古い茶の区域であり、茶ノ木の原産地である。

貴州、四川、重慶、雲南の中北とチベットの東南を含んでいる。

(3)、「原文」茶的制法经历了咀嚼鲜叶,生煮羹饮,晒干收藏,蒸青做饼,炒青散茶,乃至白茶、黄茶、黑茶、青茶、红茶、绿茶等多种茶类制造的发展过程。

「译文」:茶の作り方といえば、新鮮な茶の葉を咀嚼して、生煮え飲用して、乾かし保存して、蒸けて餅をして、茶を炒めるというステップを経る。

ひいては白い茶、黄色い茶、黒い茶、青い茶、紅茶、緑茶などの多種茶類製造の発展ステップを経る。

(4)、「原文」:中国茶人极重水品,好茶好水才能相映生辉,相得益彰。

泉水、江水、井水、雪水、露水,都是茶人的选择。

「译文」:中国の茶人は茶水を重んじて、いい茶の葉といい茶水が互いに助け合ってさらに輝きを増やす。

(5)、「原文」奉茶前应先请教客人的喜好,如有点心招待,应先将点心端出,再奉茶,俗话说:酒满茶半。

奉茶时应注意:茶不要太满,以七分满为宜。

水温不宜太烫,以免客人不小心被烫伤。

同时有两位以上的访客时,端出的茶色要均匀,并要配合茶盘端出,左手捧着茶盘底部右手扶着茶盘的边缘。

上茶时应从客人的右方奉上,面带微笑,眼睛注视对方并说:“这是您的茶,请慢用!”奉茶时应依职位的高低顺序先端给职位高的客人,再依职位高低端给自己公司的同仁。

「译文」:茶を捧げる前、顧客の好みを聞くべき。

おやつの招待なら、とりあえず、おやつを捧げる、それから茶を捧げる。

「酒のいっぱい、お茶の半分」という諺がある。

茶を捧げる時、茶水を十分に漲ないで、七分がいい。

顧客が不注意時、手に火傷するのを免れるために、水温がそんなに熱くないほうがいい。

同時に二名以上の来訪者がいる場合、茶色が一致すべき、茶の皿で茶を捧げる。

左手で茶皿の底部を捧げ、右手で茶皿の縁部を支える。

茶を捧げる時、顧客の右から茶を捧げ、笑顔で、相手の目を注視しながら「お茶、どうぞ、ごゆっくり」と言う。

茶を捧げる時、職位の高低によって、上役としての顧客に茶を捧げ、それから職位によって、自分会社の同僚たちにお茶を捧げる。

6、归化法:翻译上的归化法是指不管原语的语言形象和语言形式,尽力在译语中找出与原语意义相对应的表达,既以形象译形象。

由西方人提出,尽可能地使读者安坐不动,引导作者接近读者。

归化法要求译者向译语读者靠拢,采取译语读者习惯的译语表达方式,来传达原文的内容。

如下简单举例:(1)、「原文」茶道大行,王公朝士无不饮者。

「译文」:茶道大流行、王亭貴族の中で飲茶しない人がいない。

(2)、「原文」廉俭育德、美真廉乐、合诚处世、敬爱为人。

「译文」廉節徳育、美真廉楽、誠意交際、敬愛他人。

三、翻译的步骤翻译的步骤,也是翻译中尚须解决的一个问题。
