葡萄酒进口报关报检所需资料

Document for Clearance Required for Wine

税号22章，按包装规格“升/瓶”区分税号，发票按不同品牌分开列明，将每种品牌酒的净重，成分，年份，酒精度报清。Distinguish the tax number according to packing specification “Litre/Bottle”, issue the invoice separately for different brands, indicating the net weight, component, year, alcohol degree for each brand.

报关资料与普通进口货物一致，但建议客户办理由原产地商会办公室出的原产地证，备海关突然需要。

The document for clearance for wine is same as for general cargo, but we suggest client to prepare for the “Certificate of Origin” which should be issued by chamber of commerce of the original.

全部为法定检验检疫货物

All the wine cargo need legal inspection and quarantine in China.

商检需要额外提供，

Below documents are required for inspection:

1.中文标签，正标背标都需要，彩色复印在一张纸上。

背标上要显示“原料与配料：”、“XXML”字高要在6MM以上。

4.进口食品包装情况说明

4. Certificate for packing for import food

6.国内经营单位的卫生许可证，

6. Sanitation License for importer

7. Copy for business License (copy)

8.酒类销售许可证复印件

8. Distribution License for wine (copy)

上述资料都要敲经营单位公章。

需要开具卫生证书的话，请将表格填妥，存入U盘送商检局备案。
