This kind of trade is mainly based on different consumption preferences. Economies of Scale Trade may occur because of economies of scale, that is, the cost advantages of large-scale production. Economy of scale is achieved through a larger order book and better utilization of company resources. For example, Country A and Country B may have the same capability in producing cars and computers, but the cost for the production of them will decrease if the goods are produced on a large scale. Both countries may find it advantageous if each were to specialize completely in the production of one and import the other. III Text Business Introductions Introduction is the formal presentation of one person to another, in which people get to know each other and establish relationship each other, and is an important part of business relationship. The first impression is very important. The proper introduction can be a good beginning for the future communication. The only difference between the rules for social introductions and the rules for business introductions is that women are not treated as women but are introduced according to their business rank. To begin with, each person is always introduced to the other. This can be achieved in two ways. First, by actual use of the word “to”: Mr. Johnson, I’d like to introduce you to Mrs. Borden. Second (and most generally used), by saying the name of the person to whom the other is being introduced first, without using the preposition “to”: “Mrs. Borden, may I introduce Mr. Johnson?"
