【摘要】从新疆北部地区24种常见植物根围土壤中分离并鉴定出5属27种丛枝菌根真菌,其中球囊霉属Glomus 15种,无梗囊霉属Acaulospora 9种,原囊霉属Archaeospora 1种, 内养囊霉属Entrophospora 1种,巨孢囊霉属Gigaspora 1种.道氏球囊霉Glomus dominikii是新记录种.

多数被 子植物 的根 共生 ,也 可以与 苔 藓、蕨类 、裸 植物 共生形成 菌根 ,大 多 数农作 物 、果树 、蔬菜 、观 赏植物 和花 卉等都 能形成丛枝菌根 。因此 , 丛枝 菌根 在 生 产 上 有 很 大 的 应 用潜 力。丛枝 菌根 的菌丝无隔 ,属 接台 菌 纲 球囊霉 目 ,形成 内生菌根 并在寄 主 细 胞 内产 生独特 的丛枝和泡 囊结构 , 几乎各种类 型的耕 地或非耕地 中都能 找到丛枝 菌根 的孢 子 ,通常 为厚垣孢 子 、接合孢 子和无 性接合孢 子 ,但 一 旦土壤受到侵蚀 、熏蒸或开矿的干扰 , 便会缺乏丛枝菌根。 植被 、土壤遭破 坏后 以及某毡 自 然 过程会 影响丛枝 菌根的多样 性 ,其 孢子数量也 受土壤 p H值 、P 、K和有 机质含 量以及 土壤质地 影响。干 旱、 半干 旱地区和废 弃地 由于 植被稀少 , 土壤中 AMF孢子数量相当少 。因此 , 在 这 些地 区 更需 要接 种 A MF 来 改善 植物的养 分供应尤 其是磷素 以及钾和 作 用 ,特别在 贫瘠的土 壤中促进 作用 更显 著。丛枝 菌根首先将 土壤 中的营 养元 素吸收到 根系 中,然 后再转运 给 地上部分 。 无论 在 正 常 水 分 或 者 干 旱 条 件 下 ,丛枝菌根 均能够提 高寄主植 物的 水 分传导 力、蒸腾速率 、膨压和 叶片 相对 含水量 ,降低叶片 水势 、气 孔阻 力 、永 久萎蔫点 、溶质势 和自然饱 和 度 。近年有人认 为丛枝 菌根主要 通过 直接 作用 即与 病原微生 物存在竞争 部 位 的活力竞争 及诱 导生化拮抗物 (如 几丁质酶 、类 萜烯 醛 ) 来克服重茬 。 中国的果 园普遍存 在一种现 象 : 因土 壤肥力不足 而导致 果树出现 生理 病 害 ,若施用 化学肥料 又将破坏 土壤 结构 , 对土壤和水资源造成一 定污 染。 在 中国广大 的干旱和 半干旱地 区 ,丛 枝 菌根也可 能是节水农 业的一项有 效 措施 。丛枝菌根 真菌在 土壤里 自然 存 在量 很少 。为 了提高果 树对矿物 质营 养 元素的 吸收 ,解决 生理病害而 又不 污 染环境 或者破坏 土壤理化性 状 ,可 以对 果园进 行丛枝 菌根的接种 。人工 接种 受许 多条件 限制 ,如接种 时间 、 接种 方式 、接种 数量和 土壤生态 条件 等。结合组 培和工厂 化育苗培 育菌根 化 苗木是 丛枝 菌根应 用的主要方法。

AM真菌中,分布于土壤中的菌丝称为外生菌丝或根外菌丝,通常呈网状结构,有时形成二分叉吸收结构。
根外菌丝从形态上又可分为两种:厚壁菌丝和薄壁菌丝。
根外菌丝对损伤的愈合能力较强。
在较粗的根外菌丝上可以产生大量的休眠孢子。
分布于根系内的菌丝称为内生菌丝或根内菌丝。
内生菌丝又可分为胞间菌丝和胞内菌丝。
胞间菌丝是在皮层薄壁管胞中间由圈状菌丝或由侵入菌丝分叉直接形成。
(2)丛枝(Arbuscule)AM真菌侵入宿主植物根系皮层细胞内,经过连续二叉分枝生长形成树枝状或花椰菜状结构,即丛枝。
丛枝是AM真菌最重要的结构,它是AM真菌侵染宿主植物根细胞组织内部进一步延伸的端点,被认为是宿主植物与AM真菌进行物质和能量交换的优势位点或主要场所。
(3)泡囊(Vesicle)泡囊是由根内菌丝顶端膨大而形成的球形、棒形、圆柱形、椭圆形或不规则形结构,可在根系皮层细胞内或细胞间生长发育。

关于泡囊的功能有两种观点:一种认为它是繁殖器官;另一种则认为它是储藏器官。
(4)辅助细胞(Auxiliary cell)辅助细胞是巨孢囊霉真菌所特有的结构,这个科的真菌不在根系皮层细胞内或间隙产生泡囊。
巨孢囊霉科菌根真菌的繁殖体萌发而尚未侵染寄主根系的过程中,及侵入根系后,菌丝在根外分叉,末段隆起、膨大形成辅助细胞(根外泡囊)。
巨孢囊霉科的根外辅助细胞与球囊霉科和无梗囊霉科的根内泡囊一样,被认为是储存营养的器官。

丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizae)是自然界中分布最广泛的内生菌根[1],它对生态系统的演替过程、物种多样性和生产力及被破坏的生态系统恢复与重建等都有十分重要的作用[2-3]。
红树林为自然分布于热带和亚热带海岸潮间带滩涂上的木本植物群落,作为独特的海陆边缘生态系统在自然生态平衡中起着特殊的作用[4]。
研究表明,丛枝菌根真菌也是红树林生态群落中的一员,对红树林植物丛枝菌根真菌研究可以丰富红树林生态学的研究内容[5]。
国内外学者对红树林植物菌根做过相关的研究。
Sengupta等[6-8]报道了印度红树林植物的菌根真菌研究结果;胡弘道[9]研究了台湾淡水河口秋茄的菌根真菌种类,确定内生菌根真菌10种;王桂文等[5]对钦州湾红树林丛枝菌根进行初步研究;Wang等[10]报道了深圳福田和珠海红树林丛枝菌根真菌的研究。

【摘要】盆栽灭菌条件下,研究了黄芪 Astragalus membranaceus 与摩西球囊霉Clorrms mosseae 形成丛枝菌根的过程及细胞结构变化情况.结果发现,黄芪接种34 d时,真菌菌丝开始侵染根表皮;44 d时菌丝在皮层细胞内逐渐增多,并且细胞间有极少量泡囊产生,形状为椭圆形;54 d时细胞内大量菌丝扩展;63 d时有大量真菌孢子萌发;84 d时细胞间有大量泡囊形成,呈圆形、近圆形或椭圆形,部分泡囊开始收缩衰老,同时皮层细胞内有少量丛枝并存.生长期间,菌根侵染率和孢子密度的变化与丛枝菌根的发育状况密切相关.
