研究及方法Study and Methodology
• 研究目的是调查酒花浸出物对喷涌的潜在影响,特别是高级酒花 产品的制造工艺对喷涌的影响。我们从以下几个方面进行研究
The intent of the study was to investigate the potential impact of hop extracts on gushing, but in particular looking at how the manufacturing process might impact on this. As such we looked at: – 天然的酒花酸the nature of the hop acid – 生产工艺条件processing conditions – 啤酒类型the beer 研究使用了强化测试条件Research used forced testing conditions – 将产品添加进入啤酒中并处以长时间的摇晃direct dosing into beer followed by vigorous long-duration shaking.
