织形式。在我国,90%以上的民营企业是家族企业。在改革开放30多年的发展中,家族企业从不断地壮大,为中国的经济发展和社会稳定

进步做出了较大的贡献。然而随着市场竞争的日益激烈,不少家族企业遭遇瓶颈、陷入困境,一部分家族企业正从初期的繁荣逐步走向崩解,造成这种现状的原因是多方面的,其中企业文化落后是最为重要

的因素之一,为此,如何对其进行家族企业文化的转型为影响企业发

展乃至我国经济发展的重要因素。本文从界定家族企业、企业文化、家族企业文化、现代企业文化等概念出发,研究了国内外关于我国家族企业的研究现状,总结出了传统家族企业文化与现代企业文化的差异性与共同点。然后探讨了家族企业文化在企业成长中的作用与局限,其中家庭企业在企业成长的作用包括家族企业的凝聚力远远强于一

般企业、家族企业更讲诚信、重信誉、护品牌、有利于加强家族企业管理、提升企业竞争力;局限包括传统家族文化对外人缺乏信任容易引起信任危机、传统家族文化的排他性导致企业用人机制的任人唯亲、传统家族文化的专断性使得企业决策缺乏科学性和民主性、传统

家族企业文化建设遭遇的定位模糊、内容单一等问题。然后从家族企业生命周期的角度,分析了家族企业文化在企业成长过程中的变迁。接着分析了家族企业文化向现代企业文化转型的制约因素,包括中国家族企业经营者与员工素质的制约、家族企业文化缺乏开放性的制约、儒家思想对家族企业文化的制约、封闭的内部管理的制约、家族企业文化中的消极成分易泛起沉渣、家族企业公共精神的匾乏、家族企业的特质导致信任模式异化。最后提出转型后的家族企业文化目标的基础上,提出了家族企业文化转型的对策建议,包括提炼和整合传
