出纳岗位认知分析

摘要

出纳员是货币资金内部控制的关键岗位,明确其职责,加强对其的制衡,对于保证企业货币资金的安全完整,有着十分重要的意义。随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,

财会制度改革也不断深化,出纳在现代企业财务管理中处于重要地位。过去有一种倾向认为出纳人员只管钱,整个财务管理中没有会计员重要,也往往把出纳员置于比较次要的地位。其实并非如此,出纳员和会计员都是一个独立核算单位的要害岗位上的工作人员。由于现金具有特殊财富功能的货币符号,并且日常流动性很大,需要有专人管理,与专管账目的会计人员形成分工协作,相互配合,相互制约,是共同搞好财务工作的有机整体。

出纳工作是会计工作的一个重要岗位,关系到贯彻执行国家政策和规章制度,关系到每个员工的切身利益,也显示出财务会计人员的精神文明和职业道德水准。

1.出纳的概述

1.1出纳的含义

作为会计术语的出纳,通常是指出纳工作。出纳工作,顾名思义,出即支出,纳即收入。出纳工作是管理货币资金、票据、有价证券进进出出的一项工作。具体地讲,出纳是按照有关规定和制度,办理本单位的现金收付、银行结算及有关账务,保管库存现金、有价证券、财务印章及有关票据等工作的总称。

1.2设置出纳岗位的原因

现金作为一种特殊的商品,是人们最为关心和渴求的一种财富;现金作为资本的一个组成部分,又是流动性最强、性能最活跃的一种流动资产,可以说谁得到了它,谁就得到了物质财富。所以现金不同于其他资产,在管理和核算上需要有一种极为严密的手续,要有相互监督和制约的手段,从而保证其安全完整和不受损失,这就要求在日常工作中建立和完善现金核算和现金管理制度。这一制度最显着的特点,就是在核算和管理中要求账钱分管:一部分财会人员(会计员)分管账目(指现金总账,或称总账中的现金科目);一部分财会人员(出纳员)具体分管现金的收、付、存,以互相配合、互相制约,共同管理好现金的核算和管理工作。
