学英语简单吗？肯定会有许多学生说：“难死了”。
为什么有好多学生对英语的学习都感到头疼呢？答案只有一个：“不得法。
” 英语与汉语一样都是一种语言，为什么你说汉语会如此流利？那是因为你置身于一个汉语环境中，如果你在伦敦呆上半年，保准说起英语来会非常流利。
但很多中学生没有很好的英语环境，那么你可以自己设置一个英语环境，坚持“多说”、“多听”、“多读”、“多写”，那么你的英语成绩肯定会很出色。
一、多“说”。
自己多创造机会与英语教师多讲英语，见了同学，尤其是和好朋友在一起时尽量用英语去问候，谈心情……这时候你需随身携带一个英汉互译小词典，遇到生词时查一下这些生词，也不用刻意去记，用的多了，这个单词自然而然就会记住。
千万别把学英语当成负担，始终把它当成一件有趣的事情去做。
或许你有机会碰上外国人，你应大胆地上去跟他打招呼，和他谈天气、谈风景、谈学校……只是别问及他的年纪，婚史等私人问题。
尽量用一些你学过的词汇，句子去和他谈天说地。
不久你会发现与老外聊天要比你与中国人谈英语容易的多。
因为他和你交谈时会用许多简单词汇，而且不太看重说法，你只要发音准确，准能顺利地交流下去。
只是你必须要有信心，敢于表达自己的思想。
如果没有合适的伙伴也没关系，你可以拿过一本书或其它什么东西做假想对象，对它谈你一天的所见所闻，谈你的快乐，你的悲伤等等，长此坚持下去你的口语肯定会有较大的提高。
二、多“听”寻找一切可以听英语的机会。
别人用英语交谈时，你应该大胆地去参与，多听听各种各样人的发音，男女老少，节奏快的慢的你都应该接触到，如果这样的机会少的话，你可以选择你不知内容的文章去听，这将会对你帮助很大，而你去听学过的课文的磁带，那将会对你的语言语调的学习有很大的帮助。
三、多“读”。
“读”可以分为两种。
一种是“默读”。
每天给予一定时间的练习将会对你提高阅读速度有很大的好处，读的内容可以是你的课本，但最好是一些有趣的小读物，因为现在的英语高考越来越重视阅读量和阅读速度。

附件2020年江苏省高中学生英语口语等级测试实施细则为了保证2020年高中学生英语口语等级测试顺利进行，根据《2020年江苏省高中学生英语口语等级测试纲要》，特制定以下实施细则。
一、测试对象及资格审查测试对象为符合我省2020年高考报名条件的学生。
考生在各市、县（市、区）教育局指定的部门报名参加英语口语等级测试。
二、测试日期测试日期为6月6日、7日两天。
三、考点、考场设置和布置1.考点应设置在有利于安全保卫、外界干扰少、设施条件较好、达到新冠疫情防控规定条件和标准要求的学校。
2.考点应根据当地疫情防控指挥机构的要求做细做实各项工作。
考点布置要合理、周到，便于考试组织管理。
考场应安排在隔音效果好、无干扰的教室（房间）。
考点内应设置医务室、茶水处（间）、休息室等。
考试前要对考场及考试设备等进行消毒。
3.在考点内醒目处，张贴《考点平面示意图》、《考场安排示—1—意图》、《考生守则》、《中学生英语口语等级测试违规处理办法》。
4.考场要设置测试准备室，供考生正式测试前熟悉试题之用。
考生进入测试准备室前须接受体温检测。
四、考点组织机构1.考点设正、副主任3－4名，测试人员和考点工作人员若干名。
考点主任由教育局负责人担任，副主任由招生办（考试中心、考试院）、基教处/科（中教处/科）、教研室（教科院、教科研中心）、考点学校负责人担任。
考点工作人员由考点主任委聘。
测试人员由教育局聘任。
2.考点正、副主任、考点工作人员和测试人员必须具备的条件是：①作风正派、工作认真、纪律性强，敢于抵制一切不正之风；②熟悉和了解考试工作程序与工作要求；③具有三年以上工作经验，责任心强，办事认真负责；④具有组织管理考场能力，且身体健康；⑤当年无直系亲属参加测试。
考试工作人员必须执行回避制度：有直系亲属参加当年测试的不得担任考点工作人员和测试人员；属回避对象不声明，由当地教育行政部门给予处分；本人已声明，负责人仍决定安排考试工作的，教育行政部门要给予相关负责人处分。

江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试实施细则为了保证****年全省初中英语听力口语自动化考试顺利进行，特制定以下实施细则。
一、考试形式、时间中考英语听力口语两考合并，通过计算机一次性完成考试，全自动化处理。
每天设8个时段，每个时段下设2个批次。
每个批次考生的考试时间为30分钟，实际考试时间为22分钟/生，其中听力测试12分钟，口语测试10分钟。
考试时间安排如下：二、考点设置1.考点的计算机及相关软硬件配置均须符合计算机及相关软硬件配置要求。
凡不符合要求的学校必须升级、补充相关软件与设备，方能申报考点。
2.考点布置要求合理、周到。
各考点应统一设置“江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试XX市XX中学考点”标志。
除在醒目处张贴考场分布图，对出入准备室、候考室和考场的路线做出清晰指引外，考点还应同时公布考试批次、时间、考生须知、举报电话、违纪处理办法等信息，并在考试区域（含候考室、考场及进出场沿线有关地段）内须设置警戒线，与考试无关的人员一律不得入内。
3.每个考场门口要有醒目的考场序号和本考场每批次的考试时间。
考场内墙壁上、黑板（白板）上须无任何与考试有关的内容。
4.考场内考试用的计算机和备用计算机座位须按照一隔一的方式进行设置并编号，同时确保座位号奇、偶相邻。
个别学校如因条件限制无法确保一隔一设置考试座位，须确保两台考试机之间的距离大于80厘米。

静学高级中学校2020年高考第一次英语听力考试口语测试赴考方案为确保2017级高三学生2020年高考第一次英语听力考试和口语测试的顺利进行，现拟定我校本次考试的赴考方案。

考生守则
1.考生必须自觉服从考试工作人员管理，严格遵守考试纪律，认真参加培训，不得以任何理由妨碍考试工作人员履行职责，不得扰乱考场及其他考试工作地点的秩序。
2.考生须凭《准考证》，按规定时间参加考试。
3.考生须在考试开始前40分钟抵达考点学校，观看考场分布和行进路线图。
不得携带通信工具进入准备室。
4.考生须在考试开始前30分钟进入准备室，接受考前培训。
5.考生须在考试开始前15分钟进入候考室，不得携带与考试有关的材料进入候考室。

2020年高考英语口语加试考务方案朝阳市第一高级中学考点为了，在保障广大高三师生健康安全的前提下，使2020年英语口语加试工作有序开展，保质保量完成加试任务，特制订本方案。
一、考务工作小组（具体安排见附表1）组长：王志生副组长：张景刚成员：时劼王晓艳张敬磊刘雨红李明张学志初兴荣二、考试时间：2020年5月18日上午8:00~11:00考试地点：高三楼2楼3楼各专用教室（见附表2）三、考务人员要求：1、高度重视，认真负责。
2、及时到岗，慎重对待。
四、考生注意：1、考生应严格遵守考试纪律，自觉服从监考员等考试工作人员管理。
2、本次考试以班级为单位班号为顺序，班主任负责带队管理。

中考是关系到千家万户的一项重要工作，我校高度重视，建立健全责任网络，严密组织，严格管理，坚持对考生负责、对家长负责、对社会负责，确保学生健康和安全。
根据区教育局、区教研室和区招办的中考工作有关精神和要求，为保证中考口语听力考试工作顺利完成，加强与考点校的合作，结合我校工作实际，特制定我校口语听力考试送考方案。
一、工作领导小组和送考老师
1、领导小组：

二、明确职责
（一）领导小组职责：
1.组长、副组长：全面管理此次考试工作，决策考试期间的一切问题。
2.张叶川：宣传解读此次考试工作的有关事项，负责上下内外联络，负责安排处理考生有关考试方面的事务。
3.王林陈怀海：负责对考生安全卫生、诚信等方面的教育与管理，督促班主任对本班考生不安全行为、不文明行为的制止和教育，防止意外发生。
4.马维兵：负责安排此次考试的往返交通，协助班主任对学生意外问题发生的处理。
5.俞晶晶：负责考试信息报道。
6.乔学田：负责考试过程的具体事务管理。
（二）班主任及送考教师职责
组织管理本班考生此次考试工作，宣传、解读此次考试的有关事项及“考生须知”。
考前对本班考生加强安全卫生、考风考纪、诚信等方面的教育。
了解并掌握考生的身体状况，考试中学生如有不正常情况及时向领导小组汇报、并及时处理。
负责本班考生往返交通的安全，服从领导小组的乘车安排。
确保本班考生此次考试的安全。
三、具体安排：
1.5月29日下午召开送考人员工作会议。
2.5月30日下午我校学生分为2个批次进行考试。
第10批次4名学生（王庆宇、吴洲、王浩、徐加鹏）在12：40到校集中，12:45由刘进利校长开车、乔学田老师带领先期赴东港中学参加考试；
其他学生为第11批次，13:10该批次学生到学校集合，学生组长清点人数，报告给送考的张叶川老师，送考老师认真核实做好考前动员并提出安全注意事项和要求。
13：15准时在校门口乘车出发。
3.进入考点校，在规定地点集中，送考老师要清点人数，在考点门口才能发放准考证，统一进入考场。
4.考试结束后，学生到指定地点集合，学生组长清点人数，发现问题及时对学生进行教育。
专人取回准考证。
5.中考领导小组副组长召集送考老师及班主任，反馈学生信息，认真小结，及时调整工作。
四、突发事故的应急处理
4月29日上午学校召开九年级学生会，对学生进行考试纪律和安全方面的教育，尽力消除可能存在的安全隐患。
1.学生上下学的安全：倡议家长力所能及的接送，不能接送的教育学生注意遵守交通规则，道路行走的时候统一靠店铺一侧行走。
2.学生未及时到校的处理：考试前班主任统计每个学生的联系电话（最少两个），到校时间适当提前10-20分钟，班主任提前检查学生的到位情况，视情况采用电联或派人寻找等方法。
3.证件丢失的处理：学校教务处事先打印好空白证明并盖章，确保学生正常考试。
4.校车未及时到位的处理：学校事先和泰达公司联系，告知到位时间，并索取公司和司机电话，发现未到位及时联系。
