▪ 商务信函作为国际贸易往来的一种重要形式, 在语言上有自身的一些特点。一般认为,英 文商务函件的语言特点必须遵循所谓的Five Cs的原则,即correctness(正确)、 clearness(清楚)、 conciseness(简洁)、 concreteness(正确)、 We regret to advise you that we can not accept your offer 就应该改为:We are sorry to tell you that we can not accept your offer。
